Dr. Suren Chtchyan is professional, informative and explains the procedures you are getting down to a T.His staff is also very prompt and courteous. When setting an appointment you expect to be seen relatively quickly though that is not always the case at some establishments. However here I was seen within 5 minutes of both of my appointments.Marsha was very helpful in working with my schedule to get me an appointment that fit with my work.Deep cleaning here is amazing. First dentist where I really only felt little to no pain. Deep clean was quickly over with great results.Highly recommend this dentist to be your go-to.

First and foremost, I had a superb experience with Dr. Chtchyan and his diligent staff, who extracted my molars (wisdom teeth).He explained the process of the surgery scrupulously, pertaining to my specific case, which gave me reassurance and comfort. I had all confidence in him and his attentive staff.The whole process, since the beginning, was exceptional and comforting. Nobody truly enjoys the dentist, most of us dread it terribly, but Dr. Chtchyan and his staff are absolutely professional and comforting. It’s notable that Dr. Chtchyan is extremely strict when it involves the healing process but that just reflects his concern of your well-being and full recovery.Without a shadow of a doubt, I recommend Dr. Chtchyan and the wonderful staff that assist him. They conduce their discipline with the upmost respect and benevolence.

Dr. Suren is quite knowledgeable. Hes not just a dentist, he has done the whole treatment for my teeth from helping manage bone loss to fillings to surgical implant. I had fear of surgery but i knew i was in good hands after going through the various steps and getting the results that he explained and I expected. His pricing is more reasonable than 2 other dentists I went to before.

Had my impacted wisdom teeth removed here, great experience. Quick, easy, fairly painless and best of all, great people :)

1 star for nice office staff and 1 star for what seems like a good dentist, but I wouldnt know......one of the only offices in my area that takes new Medi-cal dental patients. I saw their great reviews and over looked the waits and other issues.They apparently enrolled me in some program that would expedite my procedures from Medi-cal. I said ok. I wait SIX WEEKS just to get my cleaning (and presumably another six weeks to fix an old filling that a previous dentist screwed up [extra note: Dentist said it wasnt a dentist issue...but tell that to the piece of plastic my former dentist pulled from my gums a few weeks after getting said filling....I dont seem to have good luck with dentists] )ANNNYWAY, they call me less than 24 hours from my appt. and tell me whatever they enrolled me in...is no longer valid. I would have to wait another 4-6 weeks for Medi-cal, get my cleaning, then wait another six weeks to get my filling done.I also tried to have my filling done first since...you know...TIME. But was told there would be too much bleeding.....ok....first of all. I floss daily, havent had a new cavity in over a decade, and never encountered this concern before.Long story short it seems they suck up as many patients as they can for whatever benefit it is too them, without much concern for your timely work.Who knows, Im sure the actual work is great. But Im not waiting six months to figure that out. I hope they revise their system...or just simply state that they HAVE WAY TO MANY PATIENCE AND CANT HANDLE THE WORK LOAD.

This is not normal for me, but I just feel like people should know that inadequate precautions are taken for Covid 19 at this office, belligerent unmasked patients in waiting room and staff with noses exposed. I left still needing dental work, quite disappointed--but I figure that not catching and carrying the pandemic is more important than dental work at this time. Staff sort of made me feel like I was over reacting, I just assumed there would be protocols. This is Los Angeles not Alabama.

I got my wisdom teeth extracted under sedation and the whole experience was great! I felt very comfortable the whole time, and recovered quickly. Dr. Chtchyan explained everything in detail and his staff were also very helpful and kind throughout the whole time. Thank you Dr. Chtchyan!

Worst experience ever. Snatched out two of my teeth and never replaced them with the partials that were promised. They gave me a complete run around until they decided that they were not going to the job at all.I think that I damaged his ego when I mentioned the strip mall location in a letter to him. . Als o, the place is not private. Everyone is exposed while the work is being done. You really cant talk without everyone in the office hearing you. Very low budget with poor people running it. There are better professionals in better locations than this.I wish I could give them a less than zero. Oh well.

I have been a patient here since spring 2018. Ive had dental surgery, cleaning, composits done. Bad teeth..so you name it. Never once have I felt like I was being ripped off with extra and unnecessary treatment. Which has always been the case with my previous dentists, which Ive had a lot of (bad teeth, remember?) I only had to wait for an appointment more than a week once, but it was not urgent at all. And on the other hand when I have a pressing issue they see me on the same day! Everyone at the office is friendly, helpful, and professional. And they all speak multiple languages, which is a huge plus!

We live in Las Vegas and have been Dr Chitchian’s patient for many years . We drive to see him and will continue doing so because he is the best doctor. I can not praise him enough . He is very knowledgeable, has great bed manners. He is very patient, explains everything in details and answers any questions we have in details . He has done root canals, minor surgeries , extraction and did my implants. And we NEVER have any problems , swelling or pain . He has a MAGIC touch .

I have been to my fair share of Dentist and by far Dr.Suren is the best. I had so many problems and he always knows what to do and extremely professional, I recommend him to everyone i know and although i moved 50 min away from his clinic im still very hesitant to look for another Dentist im very greatful that i have him as my Dentist. A visit that changed life. When I first came to surgeon Suren overall condition of my teeth was so bad that I couldnt really eat normally. I was really lucky that he decided to accept me with lots of work for him to do but they decided to proceed step by step with any radical changes. I took some time and fixing one tooth after another I suddenly felt so much of an energy and belief that I started a gym during the treatment. What can I say my body reaction was something incredible Id never expect from such a skinny guy like me. With healthier teeth I was able to eat more and gain 8-10 lbs of pure muscles within a short period of time (2-3 months). After another treatment from surgeon Suren and a few more days at the gym I decided to start my own business and make a feature film (hopefully for Netflix) since making movies was always a dream of mine. God knows how but I finished the script that Ive been working on since last year. My life has changed and I can feel big changes are coming. I wasnt being able to smile openly since high school because of two of my front teeth werent straight and more than that was damaged because of the elbow episode in a soccer game. It always lead to fail any casting Ive ever attended. Moreover its very important to any person of any gender to feel confident about ourselves especially if you have a public relation career.Surgeon Suren just finished working on the last and very serious problem which was my two damaged front teeth and its such a relief that Im finally able to smile again after 15 years! Im sure that would help me with my film career because Id smile again without any hesitation :)He also have a really fantastic professional attitude as well as every single one of the stuff members who works together with him. Its an incredibly family atmosphere theyve created in there and theyve completely changed my vision on dentistry.
