Went here to get impacted wisdom tooth extraction and another removed and it was done so well and with so much care. People were shocked at how great of a job they did and how well I recovered. Little pain and great follow up appointment after. Best place Ive been for oral surgery!

Very professional and polite service. I went for wisdom teeth extraction. I got my appointment within a month or so. My procedure took about an hour. I didnt feel a thing during the procedure and it felt like I was only in there for 5 minutes. I went for follow up just to make sure I was ok because I had a little sensitivity to cold water and food kept getting stuck in the gap my tooth left. I received a tool to help get rid of food debris which worked great. Overall great experience. I had the procedure done by Dr. Vahedi.Thanks

Literally the best place I’ve ever been! It was my first time getting surgery and Dr Vahedi and his staff were so kind, attentive and caring. I wasn’t too nervous and they answered all my questions I had both before and after the surgery. I actually woke up laughing so hard because I couldn’t believe it was over that fast. I even shared some laughs with the dental assistant who made the experience all the more better. And they checked up on me and escorted me down to my ride after I had wore off some of the anesthesia; My face wasn’t even that swollen for too long afterwards. I feel like if you’re going into oral surgery, that has to be the best way to come out! I highly highly recommend this office if you are looking for a quick, “painless” procedure!

After being suggested continuously for unnecessary procedures, my expectations of a dental office werent too high. However, Dr. Vahedi was very honest and extremely skillful in executing the wisdom teeth surgery.The staff here is friendly as well. One of the office ladies was nice enough to escort me down to the car in a wheelchair after the general anesthesia.Overall, I would suggest this office to anyone who is considering a visit.

We went to three other places to get my wisdom tooth removed and we werent sure until we came here. The whole process was easy when it came to insurance approval and within three weeks I was scheduled for surgery. The whole surgery was quick and recovery was smooth. I would highly recommend this place!

The staff, Stephanie, Jenny, and Svetlana were very welcoming, friendly, and fantastic!!! The oral surgeon, Dr Jonathan Shadi was extremely nice and informative. Dr Shadi made my son Collin, who has autism and was very anxious, feel right at home and very comfortable with going ahead with the removal of his wisdom teeth. Absolute superb service. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs dental work to check out Dr Shadi and his staff!! Thank you Staff for everything you did to make my son extremely comfortable!!!

It was a great experience. Went it to remove my wisdom teeth and I was greeted with a warm hello and very welcoming. The dentist is a great Professional and very clear in explaining everything to me. He made me feel very comfortable and assured me I was in great hands and I was. From the staff at the front desk and the assistant nurses, everything was a great experience. The office was very clean and well kept as well.

Dr. Vahedi extracted two of my teeth and placed two successful implants.The entire process was effortless from start to finish, and most importantly it was relatively pain free. As a fellow physician, I can honestly say he did an excellent job managing my medical needs and monitoring my safety. He also had excellent bed side manner and his staff is very organized. Before coming here, I was seeing another oral surgeon for my my wisdom teeth surgery. She tried to take so much money from me and scared me from the procedure. Dr. Vahedi has such a gentle approach and assured me that I was going to do fine. He is confident in his abilities and that made me feel very safe. I truly cannot thank Dr.Vahedi and his staff for such a smooth procedure and recovery. He simpliy is the best and I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else but here.

You have not met someone more fearful of dental work than me (i have held pythons, encountered bears, gotten lost in lagoons in west Africa) but NOTHING is worse to me than having to do dental work. This was an unexpected extraction and if covid 19 wasnt already nerve wracking, having that on my schedule was traumatizing. BUT this is where a good doctor and his staff come in; this clinic has a great team from front door to Dr.Shadi himself..they are informed and helpful, communicative and considerate. They sent me follow up information to all the questions i had and suggested wise options for future procedure should i need it. Amazingly considerate of all my concerns and anxiety. I have a dentist in the family overseas so surgery manners are very important.dr.shadi and his assisting doctor were constantly checking in on me, communicating in a clear concise consistent way throughout the entire process (i was still scared but felt very safe and aware of the entire process). Amazingly NICE but also incredibly professional and one of the best dental experiences ive had, all things considered. Highly recommend

The most unprofessional person i have ever spoken to (jenny ) so that what she said her name was.. She was very rude to and when i asked her about information she said it is not her job to investigate my endurance information. And this was just to make an appointment.. I can not believe people like this have a job.

The staff and Dr. Vahedi are wonderful! It was a great experience from start to finish. They made me an appointment quickly, greeted me kindly when I arrived, and didn’t make me wait long in the waiting room before seeing Dr. Vahedi. Dr. Vahedi explained all of my possible options and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable, not pushy, and I felt like he truly had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend!

This office is the BEST. I had a bad tooth that had to be extracted and they got me in same day. The staff and doctors are in my opinion the best in town! I would highly recommend them.

I had extra tissue growing on the tooth Gingival papillary and Dr. Vahedi was the one who took good care of me. This was the best Doctor I have met that does an excellent job on people mouths especially mines without any pain. Everything healed accordingly and I feel great. I surely recommend this Doctor to all people in and out of California. He is the Best and he Knows just what he is doing with alot of knowledge he gives you about everything what and what not to do. So glad I spent the time researching!! I was trying to find a TMJ specialist, which was kind of difficult because at first I didnt know the terms I should be searching for on my insurances website. (FYI apparently for TMJ you should search for either maxillofacial specialist or prosthodontist).Luckily, Wilshire Oral Surgery was IN my network, so I called them & scheduling a consultation was very easy! I thought it was too good to be true that this place had no bad reviews on Yelp, because a lot of the other specialist dental practices in the area, even if they had 4/5 stars, if you read the bad ones, were soo shady and horrible-sounding. (Like for food, Im fine going to a place rated 3/5 or 4/5, but for something medical, I just didnt feel like giving any leeway.) Very glad I found this place!When I arrived at the office (which is located in a super nice building btw), I filled out some paperwork... and of course, bc my Uber couldnt find me, I wasnt able to make it in early. My appointment was at 3pm, but I didnt turn in my paperwork until ~3:15pm. I felt reallyyy bad because usually Drs offices cram you into their schedule very tight, and if you dont come early to fill out the paperwork, you are stuck waiting behind other people who might have been scheduled after you.Thankfully, it did not seem busy, and there was only 1 other patient leaving when I was doing the paperwork. Other than that, I didnt see anyone else. (Maybe Tuesdays are just a slow day... in which case, come on a Tuesday!!! lol). Also, they had Ellen on the TV, so that was a huge plus :P The front desk personnel were extremely nice, & answered all my questions.Dr. Vahedi was the one who saw me, and he didnt make me feel rushed at all, even though I was technically behind schedule. I explained everything about my situation, and he provided super insightful feedback. I guess regular dentists arent trained in jaw-related things, because he told me completely new information that I had NEVER heard before. And believe me, Ive asked every single dentist Ive been to about my TMJ / grinding issue (I grind my teeth at night), they can never say much. I learned a lot from him, I guess this is why you need to see a specialist for everything... sigh lol.Ive been stressing about this for years, but with all the info, I can finally rest easy!!! I didnt even get targeted for invisalign/any other devices, which, several other dentists Ive been to always push on me, because my teeth are SLIGHTLY off, but like not enough to be worried about... I guess they try really hard because they have a license deal or something?? Dr. Vahedi didnt even try to diss on my current night guard that I brought to show him, I was worried it wasnt good enough, but he didnt try to sell me on getting new one made. He did give me the options & tell me about what types they can do for me, if I get worse.ALSO, I believe these guys might also be normal dentists too (not sure, havent read all of the reviews here), but either way, he did not try to sell me on becoming a regular dental patient either!! Like what? This man is a saint!!! BLESS THEE.Anyway, 100% recommend making an appointment at this place! Even better if theyre in your network, of course. Wooouw! What can i say about Dr. Vahedi?! Dr. Vahedi is an spectacular, knowledgable individual. He is attentive and takes time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan and shows expected outcomes. I had an amazing experience and all his staff are welcoming.
