This place is horrible. My dad stayed here when he was doing end of life care. They made everything so much worst. They tried throwing him out like he was trash, he had dimensia. He had Medicare. I had to take him home with me that day. The emotional distress was horrible. Stay away from this place.

The staff at Culver West are wonderful. My husband was admitted for rehab post pneumonia which had made him very weak due to his diagnosis of . From the first day he got there everyone was attentive and kind. His nurse Lisa is the best. Kevin the care coordinator was very informative about his care and post care. The head of the rehabilitation department was very encouraging and positive. If my husband ever needs a nursing home again, Culver West is at the top of the list.

The place is great, It hard to let go someone and see the hard road of recovery for my cousin. But the nursing staff are awesome. They give great energy as well. I do see a speedy recover, all thanks to them.

The first person I met was the receptionist. She was helpful and very pleasant. Then I notice other staff members who were friendly and the surroundings very pleasant and friendly. Additionally, I notice how clean it was. Thumbs up ☝I was with my friend at lunch time and his food was enjoyable to him😁Sincerely - Anita Savage

5/2017Mom died and this health center was part of her demise9/8/16Sorry for the graphic photo -I rarely give bad reviews, however when I do its real.My mother was admitted to Culver West Hospital after being discharged from Kaiser too early. What followed with Culver West Heath Center was a nightmare. Although some of the staff were helpful, most werent.They have one Doctor (Dr. David C. Chang) who works for several facilities and is rarely available. That being said my mother got multiple large bed soars along with two infections in 10 days. One infection was due to feces backed up into her intestines because the nurses did not do there job while under Dr. Changs care.Im suing Dr. David Clifford Chang in small claims court October 2016. I would urge anyone to not place your parent or loved one in this facility unless they are able to talk and move around physically. Do not depend on this center for anything as theyre motto is its not my job.Go somewhere else if you can. Your loved one will thank you.

I would tell anyone who has a parent in any health care organization is to put a mini camera in the room. This place is ridiculous and if you go to the center after 8pm you will see the real deal....patients sitting in the hallways that need to been changed, staff on their cell phones or playing games on the computer. Its a joke...get a mini camera for your loved ones and dont forget to check their back side...

I have a dear love one @ this facility. The times Ive visited him, I noticed he was always laid up in the bed. We all must do our part and not depend upon a facility that has a name to take care of those that need assistance. Especially if they mean anything to you. One nurse was helpful, and suggested we would wheel him out in a wheelchair for fresh air. Did you read that last part., (FRESH AIR) . The assistant wheeled him out and lit up a cigarette right next to MY friend thats admitted at Culver West. Might I add he has stage 4 lung cancer. In THAT, its time to search for a new facility where staff uses COMMON SENSE!!!!!!

Great place! I love the atmosphere and so does my mother who is recovering. The nurses are very caring and my mom says the food is EXCELLENT!!!

I enjoyed the watching the staff handle the seniors and assist them with eating and dressing. For my first visit I was very impressed with the calmness and compassion I witnessed. Looking forward for o my next visit.

Unfortunately, you have to give one star to be able to post.This place is the worst facility. The food is terrible and always cold, the nurses are rude to the patients and the turn over is so great that no one ever knows whats going on. They lied to me about the medication they said they gave to my brother when they didnt even have it. I would never ever send anyone I cared about to this facility. Its terrible that this is rated one of the best facilities. Kaiser works with them regularly.There is one great employee there. His name is Ruel. He is qualified, very responsible, respectful and truly cares about his patients unlike the others. He is the only one worth talking to.

When I arrived, the front desk clerk welcomed me with a smile. She immediately provided assistance and showed me how to check in on the computer. Aside from the warm welcome, I liked the interior and exterior of the building. It was very clean, spacious, and modern. I also loved the warmth my grandmother received from the CNA and charge nurse. My grandma has repeattedly assured me that the staff treat her with respect and attened to her basic needs. My family and I are happy with the care my grandma is receiving!

The facility was very clean and the facility personnel were extremely polite. I really like the nurses attention to my friends medical issues.

My review is just for the telephone encounters that I have had with this facility. I have called 3 days in a row to get information on a patient that was admitted to our hospital. Medical Records lady (whom i will not mention her name but I do have it) has no urgency with anything. Requested information from her 3 days in a row and on the 3rd day, she states I need to send her a fax requesting this information. She could have told me this the first time we interacted so patient care was not delayed. I was asked to call back many times during these 3 days which I complied each time. Pretty ridiculous. Ill make sure if any of my friends or family members need assistance, they will not go to this place!

Very attentive staff, I was there everyday while my Mother rehabilitated after bilateral knee surgery and they were great.

Nice place to work. Staff is helpful and encouraging willing to help me learn the ropes.

Everyone is so proffessional. The facility is clean, too.

This is a horrible place, Ive seen any people die in the facility. please go somewhere elsewhere. This facility gets 2 out of 5 stars on the Convelesant hospital rating chart

When you come in the day staff is always parked in visitor parking that is all I will say for now being that I have a family member in the facility

I believe this place killed my uncle. Just a revolving door. Beware!
