I had my mother-in-law at this facility for almost a month, they were so good with meeting her needs. My mother-in-law is a difficult person to deal with so I was definitely pleased with their services. If there were any issues, they made sure to contact the family for intervention. Thank you to all the staff for all your help. You are appreciated.

Horrible Horrible Horrible! I had both my grandparents there & I’m glad we brought them back home. Place is so unorganized, staff is unprofessional, and they shouldn’t be able to stay open! The staff never did what we had asked for they literally neglect their patients! My grandma was traumatized when we brought her home she said they her never checked up on her, treated her soo bad, never helped her at all and we brought her home with several bruises!Please do not send you loved ones here !!!

My dad died the day after they sent him to the ER. I have been trying to find just a little peace after all of the grief. I have been hounded by these heartless people to fill out paperwork they should have given me a month ago. I had waited and waited for the paperwork to come in the mail. Days after his death the paperwork finally arrived. Thinking that there was no need to fill out the paperwork, he is gone now, I put it aside. Now they are ruthlessly calling me, I said he had passed. They said we know, when are you sending Beck that paperwork. Apparently they need it ASAP. HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER! I hope that no other family has to deal with the heartless and down right cruel people that work for this facility.

To compare this place to a bad train wreck is it insult to bad train wrecks.I came here to heal after successful surgery and a very fine Hospital. At the hospital staff was attentive and confidence. Hair not hardly anyone speaks English and they dont know what theyre doing.Everyone seems to be too busy to helpOne thing after another has gone wrong since Ive been here.My signaling button went out so I am using my phone to call when I need help. A couple of hours ago I had to wait an hour for help going to the bathroom. The person who came to help was very good, but he said this was a busy time of day because thats when they feed people that cant feed themselves. Shouldnt a plan for that?Much of the support staff is very arrogant and self-serving. Many dont understand English. This is a for-profit operation that really Cuts corners.One man came in to give me some pills. I asked if he could help me with something but he said he was busy watching the game. He is on the clock!This morning when I asked for a bedpan they said they were too busy and they were out of bed pan. They told me to fill my pants instead and then get to me later that was about 30 minutes later till they finally did.Skilled nursing facilities are not known for being very good, but this one takes the cake.It was the only one in the LA area to be available when I needed it anyone wonder why?The one reason I gave that to rather than one was that the OT and PT are very good. Those are not done by the company but our contracted out

I spent 102 days there Í got great care the staff was great also the nurses gave me excellent care I can refer it to everyone !!!😎

Let me start bye telling you this about hollywood premiere nursing home this place tried to kill me to shout me up bye overdosing me in the nursing home giving me two and a half times my insilin i was in coma at prebestarian hospital for a day and a half almost died all i can say

SERANO SEN Is a Kaiser facility is awful..the worker are lazy and detatched from visiters they dont acknowledges family members save for a few over a two year period. They truly lack multicultural capacity necessary to service the diversity of patients that kaiser deals with...i dont know why they (medical industry) make fillipino ppl the poster child for nursing health care givers...or asian ppl..they do horribly with patients that are not of their ethnic group. Both my grand parents were there. I moved my grandmother from there. My grandfather suffered there. They never hardly groomed him i did. Im suiing these ppl know. I would have kept him home where i took care of my grandfather for over 5years. I had to place him there because his benefits with kaiser would not allow him no other facility. This place is awful..the only plus was ...kaiser was close by.
