Every time I drive past this Alcott Nursing Hospital, it is painful to remember the terrible experience. The people who work here and the administrator are rude and cant empathize with patients and their families. Absolutely not here if you dont want to lose your loved one.

My mom was referred by a case manager at the hospital who spoke highly of Nelda, who is the director of admission at the facility. I didnt want to place my mom in a nursing home, but Nelda has been helpful getting my mom situated and checks in with me from time to time regarding my moms health. Most importantly, my mom who is residing in the facility spoke highly of Nelda which made me feel very very comfortable. If further medical care is needed for my mom, the nurses check in with me to discuss the care plan based on the doctors orders. I feel confident that the staff members are taking good care of her. It is a dirty and disgusting place.In particular, the cheeky and young Administrator behaves arbitrarily.

Woest place .my aunt stay there 1 monthshe ask pee they dont ignore .food junkshe like sit down from bed , she asked them to sit up they dont care .so she lay down all daymy aunt loose almost 20 pound .worker so unkind . they should learn how to talk with patient and visitor .i felt weird place .for one month she change room 4 times . even she dont stay room she was in hallway . look like they take patient without roon .please dont go this place terrible plasemy aunt said she dont want to stay even 1 day.

A fantastic nursing home. This is k-towns #1 nursing home in my opinion. Beautiful (older) facility with a great staff.Nighttime noise was too loud and the food was lousy. But I didnt choose Alcott for the food. I was home a week early and thats what I remember.

We inform you of the truth about false texts that are being posted on Missy USA.Ive been delivering for nearly 3 years at a restaurant called Jangan Doenjang located in Olympics and Berendo.Due to the pendemic situation, I couldnt go inside and wait outside, and two nurses came out, picked up a box with food, and went inside, leaving a message that someone to sign the card paper would come out. When I came out, I went to Zhuge Road leaving a word that it would be coming soon, and I was waiting for that. Then, after a while, a woman (a person who is currently working at the entrance) asked what happened and told the situation, so she told me to follow her. When I answered that the card paper was attached to the food box and the nurses took it inside, I made an impression saying why you are not holding the card paper, and asked to wait here and disappeared somewhere. LostAfter a while, bringing a food boxI asked if I should listen to something like thisAlso, making an impression, I got angry and went into the office (I didnt expect to bring that food box, and I never told you to bring it. When the young man was about to write on the card, I saw the woman stare at me and mumble while making a sign with her two index and middle fingers to the man.I guess it was like giving me $2 as a tipWhen I received the card, it was as expected.It was bitter, but thank youAs I came out, I saw her face, and her meaningful smile was like a laughing face.Since then, while doing the delivery, I had to ask the customers why it was so late (for reference, I spent about 30 minutes at Alcott).When the delivery order came in from Alcott again, when I was with a male employee, he responded normally, but when the woman was alone, he asked him to wait with a hysterical voice and delayed it intentionally. He said that he only had to give it two dollars and gave it to me. This happened repeatedly for several months, and I talked to the owner of the Jangan Doenjang, but he reacted in a hurry. Wait for the sharp voice to hear again the moment you put it onAt the moment, my repressed anger exploded and asked me what the hell did I do to my auntSo what this woman was saying was spectacles. If I had a delivery, I would do it. I was asked what to ask. Mr~~? I was staring at it, and I thought I couldnt talk to this woman anymore, so I said I would talk to the manager and turned around.The owner understands your feelings, but dont expand your work here. I cant just leave that girl aloneIt is unacceptable that a human with an anger control disorder, who repeatedly cries out for several months for having heard of a heavy food box once, works at the first gate of a nursing home hospital caring for poor elderly people. The arguments were mixed like thisThe owner shouted that if you expanded the job, you were fired, and I asked you to fire and left the storeA few months ago, many elderly people hereI died of Corona, and I am the only one who doubts that humans with such a personality did not knowingly abuse, let alone care?How much longer lifeSelfish human beings are really disgusting.

Please avoid horrible facility at all costif you do not want to lose your loved ones.

Nurses and staff are rude

Friendly, professional and caring. Jeannette, the Marketer, and the staff are great at accommodating patients and ensuring that they feel welcomed.

Definitely a 5 stars Facility and Staff, everyone from the Administrative Office, Social Worker, Nurses, LVNs, CNAs are very professional, friendly and caring towards not only their patients but as well to the visiting family members. I would like to specially thank Everyone that took great and compassionate care of our mother while staying there :)

Our experience with Alcott has not only been very satisfying but has exceeded our expectations. My 91 year old father fell and as a result suffered two brain surgeries. This was further compounded by a small stroke. When he was admitted to Alcott he was very weak. After several weeks of therapy and loving care he slowly regained his strength and has become mentally more alert. I give all the credit of my father’s amazing recovery to the staff at Alcott. The dedicated team of the physical therapists and the nurses and the CNA have been heroic. My father developed dysphasia and the speech therapist worked closely with my father to get his food and it’s consistently just right to fit his needs. My family has been astonished to see the recovery of our father. Alcott’s staff not only cares for my father’s physical needs but also takes thoughtful care to meet his emotional needs and dignity. My father has told me numerous times that everybody works so hard and is so kind to him. We are so blessed to have our father at Alcott.

I like this place because of rest area outside, sometimes hard to reach staff by phone, but it is fine. This place is good for rehab. My mother was there for 3 month after broken lag surgery.

A great place to work! High quality nurses.

After a lot of time, I called the store and told the situation, and the store will deliver 4 more Then, after a while, a woman (a person who is currently doing information work at the entrance) asked what happened and told the situation. He told me to follow him. He guided me to the office where a young man to sign the card and waited at the entrance.
