I understand that this is not the outlet store, however I am leaving this review in hopes that it gets to a person who can make serious change.The customers who shop at this store are abusive towards other shoppers. I was aggressively shoved by a customer when trying to look through a new bin. Management couldn’t care less and allows these customer to behave like rabid animals. There should be repercussions for customers who can’t follow the rules and treat others with respect. Goodwill should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this kind of behavior. They also insist customers keep there shopping carts on them which is a fire hazard. More bins should be brought out at once so shoppers are not as aggressive and carts should be kept in a designated space. Masks are also not enforced. Good job Goodwill, keep up the GOOD work.

Just in area for work so I had limited time. Store was organized, but I did not find what I am looking for. I know you have to visit often to find things, currently Im looking for a wall hanging cabinet to add storage to a small room.

First time here. I found one of the pair of shoes and it was really down my alley. I asked the lady if they carry the other half behind the counter for security purposes. She said, its probably just misplaced. In hopes of finding the other one I went looking around and sure enough. I found it about 5 minutes later but for some reason it felt like an adventure although its just because people here dont care to replace what theyve gotten back to its original rack. All in all found a hat and these shoes for 13 bucks. Not too shabby goodwill!

The store itself was clean, and the staff were nice. There were a bunch of Executive people walking around the store and they ignored everyone shopping there instead of leading by example to their staff and greeting the shoppers. Some corporations need a ride awakening that it is the shoppers that pay their bills, not their employees. If any of you Executives are reading this, you may want to reach out to your shoppers and ask THEM for advice. After all, in an era where everyone is shopping online, the only way shoppers will keep returning is if they feel valued NOT IGNORED!

The staff members are personable, courteous and able to assist as needed. The store is maintained exceptionally clean and is frequently well stocked with fresh, like new and new donations, and they have various incentive discounts offered throughout each week. You wont be disappointed!

Good place to to go and look for good guy clothing. All prices are affordable.parking is not that great but you will find parking if you look for it. 420 all day!!!

On a Monday the attendant at Goodwill Pasadena told me that everywhere was full. According to him no one could take my donations except for Goodwill Los Angeles. I drove there expecting a huge line of people , but it was completely empty! The attendant there helped me unload my stuff in about two minutes. The place to submit donations is not obvious---its around the side of the building and not on the main street.

This is the spot! Great quality clothing at fraction of the original cost, tons of new stuff is brought out daily. I go on an average of 4times a week. Staff Is too nice and extremely helpful and the restrooms are always clean. In the back is a water fountain in which youre able to use to refill your personal water bottle, I find that to be a neat add-on compared to water fountains with just a spout for slurping up water.

It was a well kept store and the employees are friendly. They had a good clothes selection for affordable prices👍They have a book/ media corner filled with books, cds, records, DVDs and VHS tapes. Didnt have time to check it all out. They also carry electronics, furniture and home goods. I got lucky and was there on their dollar days so I got a few things for a buck😃.

Better than a thrift shop this place is called a Goodwill store. So is smaller and expensier than regular stores.. there is many new merchandise, beside old items.

Goodwills are great places for discount clothing. Although you need to check every seam to make sure its not torn. I also look for audio books when I go there

I always find at least a few great deals here, and sometimes its a major haul. Today I scored a brand new 6-pack of IKEA wine glasses, 4 cute dinner plates, a new-looking mini muffin tin, a tank top, 2 skirts, and a shorts jumpsuit - all for 33 bucks.

Neat, clean smaller Goodwill store. Usually has what I am looking for. Prices are a little high, but they seem to carry better clothing items.

Made a donation here for my work. They said they would email me the receipt but they didnt. I called them the next day but no one answered. I left a voicemail with my name and phone number but they did not call me. I still have not heard from them

This is not a typical Goodwill store. It is a clearance store, which means its selection is eclectic, cheap, and turns over quickly. I found two very nice rugs for $5 and $10, and the staff was helpful.

Nice, good old fashioned good will. Bonus points for having two books of pogs a couple weeks ago. Not too cleaned out because of location.

Actually, I went there looking for a kids size tee shirt for my dog. Also, bought a few kitchen item. Lots of nice items to choose from.

They had a lot of nice stuff to look at and make you want to buy it.

Always find decent items clothes are tagged nicely at this location and stressed is generally organized and neat for a thrift shop! Thursday sale day is the best!

Well. At Goodwill you find very good close good brands for very liw cost like H&M, White house, Calvin Klein, and many more brands

This Goodwill every so often will have amazing items. The staff here is pretty friendly, and theyre so organized that their sections are color organized!

I am in the Rise Up Retail and Customer Service class and its preparing me for a good job. The cafeteria food is good here too.

Love this place, I got so many adorable tops and two dresses all for $17 good quality beautiful cant wait to go back.

Bought a huge stack of good books (math, philosophy, history, etc for $1) but they of course have a bunch of crap novels. Sell CDs and well. Picked up big Pyrex containers for $3 each.

Nice...clean....organized...easy parking and helpful staff.. Priced reasonable.

They helped me bring in my donations, had me type my email address into an iPad and then I received my receipt a few seconds lager on my phone. Very easy

Friendly staff, tons of name brand clothing and great selection in general.

Not kid friendly at all .I seen a lady walk in and got a cart to put her daughter in then was shook that it didnt have a spot . She had to carry her kid in the store while shopping. I just put my kid in he was sitting . I dont bring my stroller because the tiny isles. Only one cart can pass at a time.They also didnt have a changing station in the bathrooms well in the ladies room anyways and Im sure they didnt have one in the mens bathroom I had to change my son in the fitting rooms .A lot of clothing didnt have tags and the cashier just said its regular price so she told me it was 7 dollars whatever didnt have tags like she just said a random number . Never knew regular price on all clothes with no tags was 7 she just looked at the most expensive thing I had which was like $7 and said that no tags was $7

I love Goodwill stores, but this one is terrible. Not only is it in a questionable area of Los Angeles, it is disorganized, messy, and has a poor selection of stuff.Stay away!

Employees are rude and supervisors are worse, so better go somewhere else, saint vincent thrift shop is around the corner.
