The vibes in this place are not it. The employees give attitude this one employee rolled her eyes at me and shrugged cause I asked a question and the security just follows you around. Like I know it’s his job but he gets to close when he walking around you it’s make you feel so uncomfortable.

The lines are very long and very slow the last couple years, and prices have long been in excess of what is reasonable for a thrift store. This one seems to favor the smaller sizes in stock, which can render the trip completely pointless, especially because even their selection of books, while plentiful, is consistently dismal. It’s not like they have a huge amount of competition within walking distance, which is a shame, (although competition might not be expected to improve Goodwill itself, as I recall their selection being better when they had the neighborhood monopoly).

Great selections of used items. Got some nice porcelain wares from Limoge (France) for $5.99. Made of 24k gold???. Some areas are super cluttered especially at the back part of the store. This store needs an exhause to circulate the air inside. You can smell the used clothing. Staffs are helpful. Great selection of used clothing. Turntable vinyl records are plenty. Dvds occupy a big side of the store. I like the book section at this store. Restroom is available. Parking may be limited during pick hours. Customers do contribute to the clutter.

The dress I bought here was of good quality. I enjoyed my shopping here though it was just small for they have friendly and accommodating staff. I highly recommend this place.

Great store, always fun, though parking lot can get jammed. I was able to purchase a series of tapes to help mentally prepare for my job interview at Pizza Hut today.

How is a dress priced at $15 in bad condition afordable??? Old navy sandals for $15?? Please stop raising prices. People come here to shop for an affordable price.

Used to be one of the best goodwills.. the store really took a dive in terms of merchandise this past year. I hardly find anything good here anymore.

Great staff, terrible managers. Wendy was so unbelievably rude after I donated half of my storage space—at least $1200 worth of items. My mom accidentally included a vintage jacket and I realized it was missing a few days later. I called and described it to a very helpful staff member, adding that I’d be happy to pay for it. She went to look for it. Fifteen minutes later, Wendy picked up the phone and rudely told me there’s no way they’ll allow someone to look for my stuff. I’d been holding the entire time—surely the sales person had an answer if the jacket was still there. Wendy refused to let me speak to this person and she had a terrible attitude, telling me I’d have to come in and look for myself. I told her there was a nicer way to say this to someone who just dropped half a storage space at her Goodwill. Despite me remaining polite and seeking a solution, she attempted to tell me off. I hung up. People like that should not be managing anyone, let alone kind people willing to do their job and actually help customers.

During the time I was shopping the store was very clean and organized. A very nice place to shop Monday 7:45 pm

The cashiers were incredible. We enjoyed the double dipped discounts for tags of white & red! A whole dollar. The dressing rooms did meet with ADA compliance. It was extremely difficult trying on pants standing up for we have back & knee injuries & we are over 75 years old.

We donate to Goodwill on occasion, but I would rather do our donating to the Salvation Army, because all of their profits go to the needy and this is not true of goodwill. However, they have an interesting selection and you never know what you’re going to come across. If you are shopping for books, CDs or DVDs, expect the most frustrating day of your life, because they are in no kind of order whatsoever. You’ll be there all day picking through them.

Employees obviously care about this store. Things are clean and organized and the prices seemed great to me (I mostly looked at clothing). What stood out most was the amazing customer service - I have never witnessed such high customer service at any other goodwill I have ever been to. Would recommend!

Clean on the inside and easy to donate. Unfortunately everyone knows that this is the place to find great deals, so the parking can be very difficult if you dont show up early in the day.One of the neat things is that they often have a lot of household items that are deeply discounted and unused. Additionally the clothing selecting is OVERWHELMING, so you should be able to find something that youre looking for (it may take a while, so be patient--but this is because you have so many options).

Great DVDs and CDs you just need to dedicate at least 1 hour to the massive piles. Great finds practically every time! Love finding rare items like the For Your Consideration series.

Goodwill is an outstanding company first of all. Their mission in helping people is truly remarkable and I support when I can. Now with that being said, the parking lot needs security because something was missing from my car when I came back to it, sucks...🤔😣

Staff are helpful and friendly, and the store is packed with plenty of diamonds in the rough.... If only the different pieces of some items were intact it would be perfect. And finding that one missing part is often a fools errand.

Huge store, lots of movies, lots of carts come out to check out the items first and fast. Parking is small, has parking on the street. Semi organized, but lots of stuff to look at and look for.

On 5/26 I went to the register to pay (I spent over $100) and Joseph begins to scan my items before abruptly stopping and telling me to go to someone else because he has to help with a customer carryout. Meanwhile there is a long line of customers waiting behind me. When he returned I asked if there was no one else available to help with the carryout. His reply Its just that everyone is old. There were at least 4 employees on the sales floor at the time.One young man helping with the fitting rooms, a few other men pushing carts as well as employees coming in and out of the double doors.It is unfortunate Joseph felt comfortable enough to be completely unprofessional. Clearly this behavior is welcome at this store.The front end of the stores should only consist of people who are mature and professional enough to deal with everyone. DO BETTER!

I have had the worst customer service experience at this Goodwill. I went to drop off some donations last Sunday night and unfortunately in one of the bags that had the donations my cell phone was included by mistake. I went back to let them know as soon as I found out but to my dismay the manager said she couldnt help me because it was closing time and to call back next morning at 6:00am to speak to the manager then. I did as was requested but nope the person who answered was helpful, the manager was not. I was told once again to call back before noon this time to allow them sufficient time to go over the donations. I did that and according to the manager nothing was found but if theyfound something they would call and let me know. I never got a phone call back and I am certain that my phone was there so someone probably one of the employees got a hold of it and will try to sell it or use it themselves. I think is a shame that people are not more helpful and do not try to understand or put themselves in someone elses shoes. No more donations from my end, I am sure they dont care which is fine. I really think they should care about people that they serve though. :(

You never know what you will find. This is a large store with more than just gently used clothes. There are vacuums, suitcases, chairs, books, and so on. The kitchen section is also quite extensive.

This is probably the biggest donation center around, but the manager is EXTREMELY RUDE so beware of that if you’re trying to make a donation. My husband went there by himself and was trying to unload the truck, and the manager said no one could help him. Then a random guy said he would but the manager told him to leave anyway because he was sick of his face and didn’t want to take his donations. Dude, that’s just not the way to treat someone.. specially when they’re trying to do some good.

I love this goodwill. I am a local here :) I can always find great clothes that are in great shape. I highly enjoy when they have a sale... $3 on dresses!

Because here I can find many house. Hold appliances as well as clothing. And electronics books and many other things I may needs and necessities to my well being.

The best Goodwill store hands down theres always something you can find here. Literally Ive been shopping here since 2011 and this store is great. You never know what you find here whenever you arrive here.

The sales clerks are quite courteous. One worker I felt was upset that people leave things on the floor like shoes when they can easily return the items back to the proper places.I know Rachel who has worked there for a long time & she is funny, great saleslady!🌈🌹🌷🌹🌈

Recently moved here and have been going here everyday since. Ive found some great furniture for my apartment. The place is huge so theres ton of hidden gems to find.

This location gets the good stuff from the distribution center. Sale rack of $3.99+.Color of the week indicates 50% off the rack price.... example a rack says $3.99 for sleeveless tanks, youll get it for $1.99. Be careful, cause some items are in misplaced racks.Busy on Weekends. The parking lot is free and packed on weekends. Easy access, and more free on weekdays.Donation Tip on Weekends: Drive thru the back alley, put your emergency lights on to drop off you items asap.

Prior to the summer of 2004 this was a very very nice store. Very well organized better than most higher end department stores like ross and t-j max. Also was a very friendly Manager always smiling and helpful even when I didnt agree with certain prices. I dont know what happened, She may have gotten promoted. But after I stopped seeing her, things changed, It became a noticeable goodwill again.

Great spot to donate home and clothing items. Plus they have a nice parking lot which makes unloading and loading a breeze.

Colossal selections of used items: Books, CDs, vinyl records, shoes and seasonal items. If looking for Halloween and Christmas costume this is a go to place. Restroom available. Parking gets crazy sometimes. Staff helpful and friendly.

Amazing Finds here! Whenever I see a great and useful product (usually at a fraction of the original retail price), I become quickly depressed for a moment thinking someone has suddenly died and their Siblings have simply thrown everything out for lack of time to do a proper Estate Sale!

This is one of the most organized Goodwills I have ever been to. Love coming here for Halloween costumes. I often donate my used clothes here. Parking is ok. I wish they had a more flexible return policy.

The most disappointing thing about this place is that THEY SELL BROKEN ITEMS, which they obviously do not test. I have purchased two faulty electronic items. I tested one of the items in store and alerted the clerk, a week later, it was back on the shelf. Its ridiculous and shows how much they really care about the community. I am fortunate enough that this does not inconvenience me much, but I cannot imagine how disappointed I would be if I relied on this store for my household appliances. Especially with their bogus return policy, just to throw salt into the wound.

I love this place! The staff makes it such a fun experience to go into the store even if you dont buy anything. They are friendlier and more helpful to me than many department stores staff including Nordstorm Cerritos MAC counter. I have found some cool items at this location including jewelries. I go there almost every weekday just to see whats new. Check it out.

Its a good will folks. That means you have to dig through a lot of crap to get to something good the advantages your prices are quite a bit better than other places that are in the same line such as Crossroads.

One store manager and a hand full of workers have good manners, excellent customer service, and are professionals. The rest are rude, racist, and unprofessional managers and workers that price everything too high. At or above 50% when they should be pricing at 15% of what the current retail values are. Heck, pawn shops buy items in excellent condition at 10% of current retail. These are used, uncleaned, and unchecked for potential health hazards free donations in very poor conditions, at 50% and above the current retail prices? NO WAY!And 90% of clothing is womens wear one hanger rail of mens dress pants and one of dress shirts. Need to quit discriminating against men and get more mens dress attire in store like the rest of the Good Wills.This store has potential, but bad managers and workers that want to overcharge for free donations are going to put it out of business.TIME TO BOYCOTT GOODWILL OR SHOULD I SAY BADWILL!

Why do all goodwills smell the same? This place is huge and they have good stuff . They even have new stuff in bags. Pretty dope.

Just because youre in Hollywood doesnt mean you have to pay Hollywood prices, and with that said I noticed the high prices on some of their merchandise...and are each Goodwill store cutting back on books, I noticed that section got way condensed and the choices on display now seem mediocre at best for the prices listed...and do all the workers have to seem like if theyre dummies, I know Goodwill employs handicapped people but do they have to put the dumbest ones to deal with the customers, sometimes you ask them a question and whether you get an answer back or not is anyones guess...still worth a visit but your wallet better be full and dont expect anything more than clothes and shoes and assorted chotchke items, just at way high prices...

This Goodwill is huge, and they generally have a decent selection of everything. A little difficult to get the door to the dressing rooms open.

My reason for only two (2) stars is the organization of this store! Specifically, cluttered isles and a poorly organized and kept back section. You know, the areas of Electronics, Housewares, Electric Appliances, Bags and Baggage, Medical Aids and Bicycles, etc. What a disaster, even the Van Nuys store is better than this junkyard store, by far.I must use a Mobility device and this store is the worst Ive ever seen for keeping the stuff put out on shelves, kept on shelves and picked up after customers. If your shelves arent big enough for the volume of goods you have out, get bigger shelves or dont put out so much that you block isle ways with the stock being deployed and displayed for purchase.And, ALL of the Goodwills that I am used to going to, Portland OR & Vancouver WA, they have EVERYTHING on shelves, except the furniture/sporting goods items, and the womens and mens clothing is sorted in sizing sections. Whats wrong with doing that in California? Why do we deserve less than the other states of the US?
