I had such a great experience here. The staff is very nice, friendly, and proficient. I was able to get all of my tests done in a timely matter. The doctor was very attentive and kind and he helped me finally figure out why I was having chronic headaches and together we worked on a plan on how to fix it. I havent had a headache in weeks. I strongly recommend this place to anyone, you are in great hands.

I had a seizure a year ago. I never had one before and I was extremely worried. They became more frequent so I knew I had to see someone. I was referred to Dr. Eskenazi and Im so glad I was. He had a lot of experience with seizures and got me on some medications that helped right away. The staff was really nice and answered my questions. The doctors were great and spent time with me. I only got to meet Dr. Eskenazi for a couple of minutes, but they had a lot of patients so its understandable. 5/5!!!

I waited three months to get an MRI I showed up and the doctors ordered the wrong body part . Ive had other tests done haven’t received results, prescriptions were supposed to be called in but never done. My very first televisit I sat by the phone for 2 hours waiting for my phone to ring, never happened. No one will call me back, no one will fix my mri orders, this process has taken 9 months and if you take into account my mental state after dealing with this Im worse. Do yourself a favor. Find another facility. One that actually cares, because this place does not

Dr. Eskenazi is by far my favorite doctor on my team. He is the most patient, kind, accommodating and understanding person. He comes at all hours to visit me in the hospital to make sure I am well taken care of at Cedars. He is extremely communicative and truly is a patient advocate. I would highly recommend Dr. Eskenazi to anyone. He really is the best and I am truly lucky to have him on my team.

I was suffering and needed a neurologist with the same day appointment. I found the neurological institute of Los Angeles online and i was told to come right away! I was treated by Doctor Ascension with so much passion and love, I was impressed. All my test were done super fast as well.

I was referred to Dr. Eskenazi by my primary care physician for my regular migraines. After seeing many doctors and getting different diagnosis, Dr. Eskenazi recommended a treatment which Ive been using for weeks and my migraine has been under control since then. He is very knowledgable and straight to the point.

Trust all the negative reviews. I had no problem getting through to talk to a representative but a majority of the time the person on the other end of the line is incompetent. No one seems to know anything and they say they will call you back, but dont hold your breath. They have no problem getting referrals and wanting to schedule tests. But when it comes to following up they dont have an appointment for over a month. Seems to me as if they only care about profit

Doctor seems very rushed. Office set up is temporary and not at all patient friendly. Contact to get feedback seems disorganized. On line portal does not work for me. Office staff is friendly and seems competent. I realize this is a temporary situation and the Covid pandemic has made things much more difficult. When the Doctor gets into a more professional office space things will not doubt be improved.

I went to the office for my first time due to a head injury. My first caregiver was really supportive and easy to work with. I later saw two doctors. I forgot the first doctors name but he was very professional and good at his job. Dr. Eskenazi is great. He has a great bedside manner. He performed trigger point injections and he was very good at it.I would definitely recommend the office and am glad I have them helping me.

My uncle has parkinsons and the traditional medications did not help him, he was having hallucinations and making the caregiver miserable. Dr. Eskenazi and his team enroll him in a medical trial and he is now so happy and calm.

I recently went in to see Dr. Eskenazi for severe headaches, I was hesitant at first since no one has really been able to help me ease with my concerns. From the moment I meet Dr. Eskenazi I knew I was in good hands, he answered all my questions and reassured me I would be okay. My headaches have eased up tremendously that I can actually go back to work! his staff is amazing and so friendly his medical scheduler is so polite and answered all my questions from parking locations, to what procedures I would be needing and the amount of time it would take. The first visit did not leave a very pleasant impression, as there was a feeling that the doctor did not take my words seriously. During the second visit, he prescribed me medicine, but I did not receive a prescription as he sent the prescription to the pharmacy. So I realized that this medicine would be expensive, and the pharmacy from which they would call me works with the doctor in a special way. Nevertheless, before the doctor prescribed this medicine for me, he did not specify whether I had contraindications to taking this medicine, unfortunately, I have. To make an appointment next time, I tried it for several days. I left messages, talked to some representatives who forwarded emails, but after three days I gave up, as no one called me back. It is difficult to say how good the doctor is, but so far my opinion is generally negative since in my opinion he carries out the appointment too quickly and does not go into details.

I came to the Neurological Institute of LA and had an amazing experience. I wanted to see a doctor because I was having a strong pain coming from my neck and going all the way up to my head after falling skiing. I was a wreck. Nervous and very anxious and they did such a good job calming me and dealing with my issue. Dr Eskenazi is very thorough and evaluated all the possible scenarios to find out what was wrong with me. I am thankful and came here to recommend him because I can assure you this is a great clinic.

Worst place for getting in touch with someone, they have the same number for all of their facilities but yet no one answers, had and appointment with the Doctor a week after my referral was approved however the Doctor never called me the Nurse did instead, the Nurse then and advise me that I would a 2nd referral for treatment, got that approve now no one seems to know anything they kept transferring me around until they said someone will call me, its been 3 days and still waiting just left a message since I wasnt able to talk to someone.
