I came into this place barely able to walk after my back spasmed. As soon as I walked in the door, Dr. James made me do something I didn’t think possible at the time - he made me laugh.Our first consult helped my pain right off the bat.I did the full deal with him and his awesome staff - several months of treatments and physical rehabilitation.Dr. James and his staff really helped me get better - not just by helping to heal my back, but also by providing a comfortable, relaxing environment at their office that actually made me look forward to my treatments.If you are in rough shape with your back or neck, give this guy a go. I am 61 years old. Prior to finding Dr. James, I spent 3.5 years with back, hip, and neck pain following a car accident in 2016, and 2.5 years in ineffective WORKERs COMPENSATION treatments. Workers Comp which included multiple orthopedists, chiropractors and physical therapists were unable to substantially reduce my pain or increase my ability to walk more than a mile before I would experience crippling pain. Dr. James and his staff provided a holistic approach plus physical treatments that had never been offered to me before, that have significantly reduced my pain and inflammation and ultimately enabled me to walk 6 miles in the Rose Bowl parade on New Years day 2020 (this week). I absolutely could not have done that 2 months ago. The staff are warm and very attentive to their patients needs. This is top-of-the-line chiropractic/physical therapy care!!! Ive been with Dr. James off and on since 2014. This year, I had a new episode in my lower back and I was heading to a laser surgeon for a consultation when I stopped by Dr. James office to pick up my MRI from 2014. He talked to me and wanted me to consider getting back on track with our treatments because surgery isnt a cure and could make things worse. So I canceled the surgical consult and started back with Dr. James and Im so glad I did. After only 3 decompression treatments, I am nearly pain free. I love love love Dr. James!

This team of experts and staff are remarkable. Twice now they have saved me from being crippled and in constant pain. My life has been given back to me for the second time. Dr. James is by far the BEST chiropractor I have EVER been to... and there have been MANY! He has helped me to heal my body on a number of occasions when my pain was almost to much to bear. His unique approach to not only his adjustments, but also by addressing possible neurological issues that could be contributing or causing the problem is refreshing. I have limped into this office in awful pain and on the same day walked out pain free... and he always seems to fire my glutes back into working again each time. My experience so far w dr James has been really good. I haven’t been in extreme pain for the last year or so w 3 herniated disks in neck and nothing was working. Went to various chiro’s, PT and even had an epidural and none of it worked. Now after ~12 sessions w dr James I’m feeling much better and can’t wait to finish the treatment. He even helped w an odd onset of vertigo I had last week. Highly recommend him and his great staff.

Ive been treated there for 2 serious disc herniations over the past 8 years, and have gotten amazing results. After 3 epidurals over 6 months, over a year of excruciating pain and researching options, lack of sleep and a surgery consultation recommending surgery to treat a 10 mm disc bulge/hernia in my L4/L5, my internet searches on the topic generated a FB recommendation to Dr. James. After reviewing his website I thought Id give non-surgical treatment another try. I was on the cusp of surgery and Im so happy I clicked that FB link (which I never do!). After 2 rounds of treatment, my pain has almost gone and reduced from a level 10 to a level 1 light discomfort. I am no longer waking up in the night in pain, popping Advil or icing. I am hopeful that with a maintenance plan with Dr. James and some homework recommendations I can continue to avoid surgery and fire up those glutes! Dr. James treats the cause and not the symptoms.
