Dr. Cook provided me with an entirely new experience. She was courteous, competent, and professional in my perspective. Migraines arent a laughing matter; Ive had them my entire life. Dr Lisa pushing her clients to make office visit appointment in order to tell you if your result is positive or negative. Which she can not do this legally. She doe because she makes most of her income from office visit co payments. If a doctor is not honest, do not let her to take care of your body! If you love yourself make sure to find different doctor.

I took my mom to visit doc Lisa, she referred us to take MRI, then she promised to call us about the result. Instead of calling she made us to make an appointment during pandemic, once we showed up she literally said your result is negative and byeee..Come on! You are pulling people in so that to charge them for office visit ?Then, we nicely asked them to waive it, since it is illegal to do so, instead they started to threatening us with the collection!

Dr Cooks receptionist is incompetent and unethical. I called to see if Dr Cook had any available appointments in the next couple days. Her receptionist advised me of several appointment times and asked which one I wanted to take. I told her I needed to check my schedule and would call back to set the appointment. Based on my schedule and available appointments I would have to schedule for the following day. When I called back to schedule she said that I missed my appointment and would be charged $90 for not canceling 24 hours in advance. How could I call to cancel an appointment that was neven even made? Even if an unauthorized appointment was erroneously made when I called to ask about availability, it wouldnt even have been scheduled 24 hours before the alleged appointment time so how could it have been canceled before it was even supposedly made. Now this fraudulent bill has been reported to the credit bureaus and is negatively affecting my credit score. I recommend finding a doctor office whose employees have integrity and compassion.
