It has been two days in a row now that I arrive and the office is closed before scheduled hours. I even called receptionist to verify that I was on the way and should be there before closing. It was 4:45 as I arrived simply to find out AGAIN, she left before scheduled closing time despite me leaving early from work in order to accommodate their false hours. Normally I wouldnt be irritated by this except the fact that I called twice to say I was on my way, now I missed several working hours and am STILL without my needed paperwork.
