Dr Hyman is the best and their. selection of glasses are great. I have been seeing Dr Hyman for many years. He has the best staff too.

Extremely painful experience!1, Wait for customers to contact them for updates.2, If the customer wants to contact them, needs luck. because they reply to you depend on their mood. I have to remind myself that does not give up contact them after no response.For example:(1)left voice mail many times, but barely replied.(3)called them on business hours, but directly goes to voice mail and no one called back.(4) the front dest said the manager will call me back, but they never did.3, Totally irresponsible for customers health and feeling.After 9 months, I still didnt get the glasses that fit me. I work in front of a computer, glasses are important to me. If they have told me earlier that the lab wont be able to make the glasses, I will find another place for my glasses, but they didnt until I went to ask. And their attitude makes me feel sad. I want to know when didnt they know the lab doesnt make the glasses for my frame, but they refuse to tell me. I dont even know that they called the lab or not, sad sad sad! please avoid this place!

I first met Dr. Hyman Sr., and now the son continues the legacy. Customer service is incredible. Ive been back because my frame broke several times and their inhouse technician fixes them on the spot. A pair of white gold Cartier frames needed to be sent out and the repair cost was less than $100.They remember you by name and by face. Treat you like family. I highly recommend over those chain stores where you are just a number, just a customer.Dr. Hyman and his team are awesome.Best regards

Time and time again, Dr. Hyman has come in clutch for me. Ill be at work right in Westwood and if something happens he has no problem with me walking in and helping me regardless of his busy schedule. The front staff is awesome and friendly as well. I feel like this review is long overdue; especially that it has been 3 years now that I am with him.

I have been a Patient for many years and I have never been less than completely satisfied with all aspects of my care. I trust the medical care for my eyes and I am amazed at the variety of choices available for eye wear onsite. I recommend Dr Hymen and his team highly.

Although Dr. Hyman is an excellent eye doctor. Appointments can be a challenge. Everytime I go I have to wait. I had an appointment today at 11am and when I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, there was another person there with the same 11am appointment. Of course, she went in with the doctor first. I stayed until 11:10 and I told the front desk staff person that I was leaving. She said sorry about that.

He staff are very professional and respectful and they were very helpful. I highly recommend this place and their prices are great
