Doctor gave me the wrong prescription, and it takes an average of 40 minutes in line to pick up contacts at the Vision Center (has to do this 3 times to finally get the right contacts). Staff is friendly enough, but if you value your time at all then the cost savings here just aren’t worth it. Just google your local optometrist and save yourself the headache.

Eye doctor was great 👍Now the people who help you after to pick your glasses are awesome, specially Stephanie. She help me and my mom and was so helpful. Shes the best person to help you there.

Great customer service here. I was helped by three people over a couple of weeks and Francisco rocks. He had so much patience with me and my wanting a perfect pair of frames for my daughter (who wasnt with me to fit). Very happy with his help and the whole friendly staff here. Will be back! Prices are good too, although everyone is getting competitive with glasses pricing these days since they are all made so cheaply in China (except for a few Italian brands). Good selection of basics here.

Costco optical the best!!! Good prices and good service, thanks. But the optometrist ( the one at los Feliz) isn’t doing a good work , he wrote the wrong prescription for my glasses; don’t go there for an exam.

The absolute worst optical exam I have ever recieved. Not only for glasses, but again for contacts...BOTH were wrong..other reviews are true. stay away.Both were overly strong for what my actual vision was..my eye doctor was like I whoever did this is a hack..I would 100 percent not recommend any of the doctors here..its basically a huge money scam that is like a diploma mill..get you in, get you out.Dont risk your eye health to these people.

The worst service ever!!! I needed new glasses and the lady working there with long nails was racist and rude! First, she skipped my roll call number and then she spoke with me attitude and was not willing to work at all. She was more concerned about her time being wasted than someone in need of help with their eyesight. Horrible service and horrible attitude. They need to fire her before she does more damage to the company.

Super disappointed. Was seen for all of 2 minutes. Needed a prescription fixed, so went in hoping to get a re-do on my prescription so that I’d actually have usable glasses. My glasses, with my new and “updated” Costco prescription came in today, and they’re worse than they were before having them fixed. $70 later and I’m still not able to use my glasses!

Super convenient and good prices but terrible customer service. I was interested in finding out what specific exams the optometrist can conduct in that office and the staff had no knowledge of exams. Additionally the staff gave me attitude and talked to me sarcastically.

Showed up right at 10, dr. showed up at 10:30. theyre supposedly open for business at 10. they also dont mention you should make an appointment. ive used them before as a walk-in and didnt had any problems, but their service has gone downhill. waited for an hour andcouldnt get a clear answer if i would get an exam or not. terrible communication from their receptionist/scheduler, they lost an exam and a couple of eyeglass prescriptions. as if they gave a crap.
