Just did my LASIK Surgery with Dr. Soroudi after using glasses for over 20 years. I wish i had done this sooner. The consultation was quick and easy, Dr. Soroudi was very well informed and helped me understand the whole process of the procedure before going in. Surgery was incredibly quick and virtually painless. During the surgery Dr. Soroudi talks you through the whole process keeping you calm and involved.Recovery was incredibly quick as well, the surgery was early in the morning, i took a short nap after and was already noticing improvements. By the next day my vision was nearly perfect, taking only a day or 2 more for me to feel fully recovered.A month later and I have no complaints, i can see 20/20. I only wish i had done this sooner in my life. Best decision i have made, completely 100% satisfied!!

I was there on 8/23/2021. My appointment was at 11:00 AM, got there at 10:50 and had to wait till 1:30 in the afternoon to see Dr. Soroudi himself.This is totally a business oriented operation without any consideration for peoples time. I didnt even get a chance to see the office manager for the cost of operation. The whole office was on lunch break at 1:30 and no one could locate the office manager. Dont Trust them, all their care about is overbooking and running their business like a hot kitchen, He is all about money and tries very hard to hide it behind a humble facade.I just read other peoples comments about him, I was blessed with what happened and didnt go through this operation with him.

Went to Dr Soroudi for Lasik. From the second I met him, he was extremely professional. Scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks later. I was a little nervous prior to the operation, but his calm demeanor calmed me. Operation went very smoothe, and the operation took less than 15 minutes total. His staff mentioned I would have discomfort for a few hours and like clockwork I was better a few hours later. Now Im on day 2 and already seeing better with very little discomfort. I am so thankful to Dr Soroudi and his staff. What ana amazing team. Whatever praise I can give is not enough!

My wife had lower eye bag removal 04/2018, this year, less than a month now = literally happened over night ; eyebags returned.. as if something came undone... don’t believe it!..Dr. Soroudi promised he would make herhappy, should have asked how long that promise was good for :(.... She contacted them last week, and still waiting for any type of response.... this place is only for temporary, expensive, fixes! BEWARE!!

This is a review of my experience with Dr. Soroudi for eye whitening, also known as BRITE-WHITE or WhiterEyes. I also had lower eyelid surgery or blepharoplasty with Dr. Soroudi.If you’re looking into this procedure, you’re probably like me where you’ve suffered from low self esteem and undeserved judgement/concern from others about your red-yellow-brown-bloodshot-tired looking eyes. This can affect both your personal life and professional life, as well as your overall feelings of happiness. Unfortunately many people like myself suffer from this simply due to genetics or sun damage, not because we are losing sleep, hung over, doing drugs, or drinking excessively. Unfortunately eyes like ours carry this stigma and the only true resolution is surgery. Everyone performing this type of surgery uses the same principal - pterygium surgery followed by topical mytomycin C. But not all providers have the same skill, care, bedside manner, experience, or technology.I had several consultations across the west coast before choosing Dr. Soroudi as my preferred treatment provider. My local ophthalmologist said he had only performed this surgery a few times and was hesitant. I also had a consult with Boxer Wachler. I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism, patience, confidence, care, and concern I was given during my (paid non-refundable) consultation there. Dr. Soroudi was exactly the opposite. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain in detail how he we be performing surgery, and share extensive information with me about his technique and experience. I felt 110% confident in him and I’m so glad I went with my gut! Surgery was painless. Recovery was slightly uncomfortable but Dr. Soroudi provided me with detailed post op instructions and care, and was available to me throughout the whole process. My case was very severe, but I saw about 75% improvement after the initial surgery. 6 months later I got a touch up with Dr. Soroudi and decided to also opt into fixing the bags under my eyes with a lower eyelid surgery or blepharoplasty at the same time, especially now that I had 1000% confidence in his skill and being under his care. Recovery was completely painless the second time around and my eyes are almost 100% clear now. I was even complemented by a stranger today that I had beautiful eyes! I never dreamed of a compliment like that before, about something I had been so insecure about for years! I had my upper and lower eyelid surgery procedure with Dr. Soroudi. They gave me post operation information papers and performed the surgery on a Friday afternoon. The many times they messed up: 1) They forgot to give me antibiotics until 3 days after the surgery when I called them and complained about it. 2) Based on their own procedure information, I was supposed to be seen 2 weeks after the surgery, but the receptionist said they don’t have any appointments and scheduled my appointment for one month after the surgery. 3) I went to their office after 9 days because I saw 4 firm threads around my eyes and the stitches were non-absorbent. Dr Zokaeim said I should come back after 2 weeks. The receptionist still didn’t want to make a 2-week appointment until Dr. Zokaeim persisted. 4) At the 2-week appointment, Dr. Zokaeim failed to remove all the stitches completely. I came home and could feel two black and hard-to-the-touch spots around my eyes. 5) When I went back for those two black spots, she failed to acknowledge her mistake and referred to the two dots as “bruises,” yet she removed them with tweezers!!!!!! 6) Dr. Soroudi had told me it will take one to three months for the stitch marks to heal completely and mentioned that only two tiny dots on the corner of my eyes would remain. However, it has passed 4 months and all the stitch marks are fully visible and DEEP. The stitch marks have been so awful and deep that none of the 4 concealers I tried cover them. 7) In addition, my upper eyelids are not symmetric and one of the stitch curves is located higher than my other eye’s, and they are done with very poor precision (pictures attached). 8) Last but not least, I haven’t been able to reach him to even ask for his opinion about the stitch marks, regardless of the countless times I have called their office and texted the emergency line response. He didn’t care to talk to me for even 2 minutes and texted me a “come in” during the quarantine and the pandemic when the office was closed and the receptionist kept telling me the doctor is not here. What are you going to do to fix the mess you created at the time of sewing the stitches? I am only 59 and the scars the doctor has given me on both my upper and lower lids are way worse than the shape of my eyes prior to the surgery even now after four and a half whole months. I used to have only two wrinkles on the side of my eyes and now there are four. I paid so much money to get good results for such sensitive and important part of my face, and what I got was a procedure with a precision of a ten-year-old sewing two pieces of cloths together.

I would give him negative stars if I had the option.Ebi Soroudi has performed Lasik Surgery on both of my eyes two years ago. The first day after surgery I was complaining about Ghost vision on my left eye and he said it will be belter after a few days.After two months of following up and visiting in his office, he suggested to do the second Lasik surgery. After doing the second surgery, I have ended up with cornea melt down on my left eye. He could not fix it and after each follow up and complaining about Ghost vision he just tried to deny and made fun of it.Now I am under professional treatment by real ophthalmologists in University of California to fix my cornea. But looks like the damage is irreversible. I have lost about 50% of my left eye vision which cannot be corrected with any sort of glasses and/or contact lenses or even surgeries.I have been advised by UC ophthalmologists that the cornea of my left eye never been a good candidate for Lasik surgery, but Ebi Soroudi never told me.Looks like all patients are just customers and money printings machines for him.However, he gave my money back for his malfunctioned surgery on my left eye, but I will never be able to restore my vision which costs a lot more for me.This person fools the patients by false advertising of “ I care about your eyes like my eyes, من از چشمان شما مطابق چشمان خود مراقبت میکنم!The question is: if he knew that I am not a good candidate for Lasik Surgery, why he did that? And if he could not realize it, then it would be a high risk for all other patients going to his office.

Dr. Soroudi is one of the most caring Drs I have ever come across. He is fabulous at what he does because he loves his job and it shows. When I walked into his office he told me without even examining me what was wrong with my eye and he was 100% correct. I have been to other Drs and I can tell you there is no one as good as he is. He is the real deal and the rest are an imitation. If you want a fabulous caring knowledgeable Dr., then Dr. Soroudi is the one. I promise you .

The question is are you seeking an eye surgeon or an eye butcher? I was looking for a surgeon and got a butcher! His heart warming promises and powerful radio slogan I will care for your eyes like my own were nothing but bunch of lies and some meaningless hollow words. This review may look like a white elephant among all the good ones, but I felt compelled to tell my story, hoping it will help others.I went to see Dr. Soroudi to mostly correct a bad blepharoplasty. After 6 operations within 6 months on the very same eyelid that was supposed to be corrected, I ended up with permanently damaged eye muscles and a lifetime of irritating and crippling double vision which affects every aspect of my daily life. He could have stopped his damaging efforts and referred me to a specialist in the middle of the process as he confessed, but as he said, would have cost him a lot. It was too late when I learned that he did not even have the experience and credentials required for the type of operations he did on my eye.Despite his nice manners, he is extremely materialistic. He uses the cheapest materials in operations and even tries to save money on stitches. His only regret in my case was that he did not charge me enough! as he said. It would have been an honorable act if he accepted responsibility and offered help to try remedy his wrongdoings by sending me to another specialist. But I guess you are incapable of an honorable act if you have no honor.I would recommend a due diligence before choosing an eye surgeon, especially checking his/her California medical license validity. My first operation by Dr. Soroudi in his Los Angeles office was done on January 5th, 2018, but for whatever reason he backdated it in his paperwork and pretended it was done on December 15th 2017 despite easily verifiable and provable documentations. I walked into Dr. Soroudi’s office to update my eyewear prescription . I was talked into this LASIK procedure I have regret it since the day I got it done !I don’t recommend LASIK to an enemy. THAT SIMPLEI cannot see up close or far . I see double half the time , and I have dry eyes ALL the time . I am a total mess ! I cannot read a darned book. 😓
