I came here to get a covid test. Very consistent and professional. I am a regular now because I have to get tested for my job. Very good staff, they are organized and on top of there operation.

Super nice stuff and easy to book appointments online. I visit this location on a weekly basis for covid test for work easy process.

Came here thinking I had Covid. Got a free test, the staff was friendly and the doctor cared! Thankfully, I didnt have Covid but I am so appreciative of the care I received. They made me feel like extended family. Clean and safe space. Maybe a small wait during busy hours but definitely recommend.

I usually don’t write review but I needed a tb test and I called before I came and they said they do tb test and to come in as a walk in and you’ll be seen. So I come and I spend a hour waiting for what for them to tell me that it’s better to make an appointment. If I knew I should made an appointment I would have made it for 11 because they had an appointment. This people are unorganized and do a better job.

Okay, I got my COVID test last NOV, and just got my bill and they charged me $600 for the New patient office or other outpatient visit. They said it is a free COVID test on their website and thats why I made a reservation there. They didnt even notice me about this weird fee what so ever when I visited. I feel like I got scammed. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!Also, the test result was sent by a short text message saying Your lab result came back normal. Please see your email for copy of the result and the email didnt even included the test result, so when I asked them again it didnt include the attachment or any document in the email they never got back to me.Please dont get scammed. Not worth it!

I got bloodwork and bloodwork only ! done here that was covered by my insurance and received a bill for 1700$ !!!!!!!!!! I was charged 600 for the visit and 1000 for A TONGUE PROCEDURE!! I never even took off my mask while In there I will be disputing this today I believe this place is a scam DO NOT GO HERE unless you like being stolen of your money.

For a small medical office, they are very attentive and professional. The doctor I worked with was young but very understanding and listened to my symptoms. The other doctor that did my bloodwork was kind and informative. Poked me a few times but eventually got the right vein in my hand. Otherwise, I do recommend to visit this office for immediate care.

If youre looking for a great urgent care in Los Angeles, Vermont Urgent Care is where you need to go! The staff is super nice and I was able to get in and out in 30 mins! Hands down they had the cheapest visit price compared to the other urgent cares in Los Angeles.I would highly recommend visiting this urgent care!

The people in this office took very good care of me! The primary doctor was kind and super helpful. The nurse calmed my nerves as we were taking blood work among other things. The office was clean and everyone followed CDC protocol.

Vermont Urgent Care is the ideal place to get tested for covid-19. It is clean, quick, non-invasive, and there is a lot of parking available in their own parking lot. Nurse Rose was really nice and patient with us, which was great because my daughter and I were so nervous about taking the test. We got our results the next afternoon. To sum it up, this please is quick and hassle-free which is exactly what we were looking for. We had a great experience at this Urgent Care and will be back if we need to be.

If you are here for Covid-19 testing, expect to wait between 20-30 minutes if youre able to, as many people stop by here to do their testing as well.It was super easy making an appointment, and both the doctor and staff were really patient and nice! The doctor in particular has a great attitude and makes you feel welcomed. I got my results the day after my appointment and I would definitely recommend coming back within the next months to continue testing.Great experience overall :)

DO NOT GO THERE !!I went to this establishment TWICE and both times It was complete nightmare. I made an appointment for COVID TEST and both times and I was not seen until 3+ hours of waiting. The first time I actually waited 4 hours, second time 3 hours of waiting.I had an appointment both times and they did not care, they told me they would see me when they had time.They clearly do not value other peoples time. WHAT IS THE POINT IN MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO RESPECT THAT.I let it go when The doctor apologized for not seing me when he was suppose to...so I let it go. But I just promised myself I was NEVER going to them again.It wasnt until recently that they started popping in my nightmares again.I got a MEDICAL BILL 😡THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME $50 FOR THE NOSTRIL COVID TEST THAT THEY DID HERE.I was under the assumption that Covid test were free. Even their website saids Free covid test . I am attaching both of the bills they send me as well as their free covid test sign on their website.Please, Please DONT GO HERE (unless you are desperate). They clearly do not value your time,which is honestly really important. PLUS they have the NERVE and AUDACITY to charge me for a COVID TEST.

Vermont Urgent care was really accommodating. I needed to get a covid test and the sweet ladies at the front-desk were able to squeeze me in within 30 minutes upon my arrival. The test was easy and my results came two days later. They had me fill out minimal paperwork and asked me a few questions. I will probably come back to this Urgent Care if I ever need to. I had no concerns or reservations about the facility or any of the people who work there. The parking lot is next to the building, in case youre worried about street parking.

Fast, kind, and made me feel relaxed. I was really nervous about my whole situation, but the staff there are very professional and discreet i would definitely recommend this place.

I was charged 1700 for a covid test and emergency services that I was not administered. When I reported this on Yelp and social media I got a call from them apologizing and saying they would rescind the charges and asking me to take it down. 2 months later and they havent changed their claim at all.

I had my appointment at 3:00. Got there at 2:30!! & They didnt see me until 4:30. I went and ask the receptionist & was told to keep waiting that there was another patient still before they call me & those ppl they kept calling were ppl that came after me!! If they give you a specific time for an appointment they should respect that time!!

Dr. Pejman Samouha is an excellent and caring physician. He took care of me the next day after I called to schedule. And he answered all my questions, was super helpful and professional. Their top priority is patient care and the staff was super friendly! I highly recommended Vermont urgent care!!!

On Monday, I had called the office to get tested for Covid right before they were about to close. The staff was kind enough to wait for me, given my situation, which had to be done right away. The test went seamlessly, and they sent me the results the following day. I’d recommend coming here to a rapid body test. Dr. Samouha and his team is fantastic and generous!

I called for a COVID test and the receptionist was incredibly rude for being indecisive about the appointment time. If I call around to see where to get one as soon as possible, its not wrong to be indecisive for wanting that. I know there are other people that need it but if I decide to keep the appointment, Ill keep it, if I dont then I call beforehand to see that that slot is open. She didnt need to be so unnecessarily rude about that. If their policy is to confirm appointments, there couldve been a better way to address that, not lash out onto someone you dont know. Almost everyone in this county needs testing, youre not a hero by being rude and denying someone options. Teach your staff compassion training and basic human decency because these receptionists should not be in healthcare if that is the attitude presented towards potential patients.

This was my second time visiting Vermont Urgent Care in Los Angeles and I must say the service was amazing. The staff is amazing, I was able to get in the same day without an appointment!  Dr. Samouha was excellent he really cares about his patients and you will come to understand that after your first conversation with him. He’s an exceptional doctor with a ton of knowledge. I would pick this clinic over an ER visit any day!Avoid going to Kaiser and waiting in a 10 hours to be seen, I highly Recommend Vermont urgent care, hands down the best urgent care in Los Angeles!

I went to get a covid test. There were two patients there when I got there. They sat me in a room, where I waited for 45 minutes. I came out, asked the girl why it was taking so long. She looked up from the papers she was shuffling through, and said rudely youre next. I waited another 15 minutes, at which point I had been there for an hour, and walked out. They had the nerve to call and ask me to come back! Total waste of time, the clinic was empty. There is no reason I should have sat there for an hour.

I was always treated so nicely in this place. They not only welcome the american but the hispanic community very well there. Dr. Samouha explains everything so well and detailed. I will keep coming back if I need.

Super easy to book an appointment over the phone or online the staff and the Doctor are nice and very professional. I got my Covid test done and I received my result in 2 days.

Unprofessional and unreliable. Appointments mean nothing to them. They gave me appointment for a weekday and then decided to close without informing. When I managed to find a doctor at the back door entrance, he was rude and just wanted me to go away. No care at this urgent care.Not only did I waste 1 hr driving to their place, I had to drive around and call several other urgent care centers in the area to see if anyone else see me at the last minute.

The staff and the doctor at this office are amazing. They were so accommodating and got me in and out of my appointment quickly. The doctor especially was very understanding and compassionate. He explained everything in detail and answered every one of my questions until I was comfortable. I was able to schedule my appointment online, confirmed my appointment through email and had my insurance verified within minutes. I would recommend this office for anybody who has any medical emergency and who needs to be seen right away. You will be very satisfied!

I would like to start by stating the good before the not so good.Although this is a fairly good urgent care, it is more advisable to go here for a regular physical at the most. If its something more complex, Im not sure if you want to take the risk. Consultation is $55 per visit which is reasonable, however the medical staff do not seem to be able to diagnose things correctly sometimes . I had gone in for an issue and was prescribed antibiotics that did not suit my issue. And so I was taking antibiotics that were not helping my condition and finally had to go elsewhere where I was told I needed to start another course of a different antibiotic.Wait times are unpredictable and too long sometimes. Even though I had an appointment at 1pm, I had to wait till 3pm to be seen.

So SICK OF DOCTORS and the way they treat black women! If I’m telling something isn’t right, the doctor should not be trying to convince me nothing is wrong when I know my body better than you do! Doctor gave me antibiotics and i still was having issues so i came back for him to tell me nothing is wrong without doing any further examination and assuming i don’t have the money to pay!

Had to do a covid testing to be able go back to work full-time. Stop by Vermont Urgent care, never been to an urgent care clinic before. The place was super clean and all covid protocols were followed. The staff and the doctor were super nice and informative, the whole process took less than 15 minutes. They gave me the results right there and followed up within 24 hours with results for my blood test. I highly recommended.

Website says that insurance is not required for STI testing, and yet I was refused to be seen/ have my insurance accepted despite having Photo ID and insurance policy information.

This place has a really great and knowledgeable doctor. Now is Nurses in the front are not that great to be honest not even to Too nice. They kind of come off as if they dont want to help you and they do move a little slow. But other than that, my experience was pretty decent.

I have now visited twice and they truly are a great group of people. Both times I went as a elk in with no appointment and have been able to see someone within 30minutes. They are friendly clear and concise. Way better than most urgent cares I have been to.

9:15 appointment for a covid test its 9:50 and one of the nurse just took my information to check me in. The wait time crazy. Whats even more crazy its only 3 patients waiting to be seen. The medical staff are just slow. Then have the nerve to be rude 😂😂😂

Dont go here. They sent me a random bill for $1600 for some simple bloodwork. Suspect billing department. Smells like a scam to me.

Dr. Samouha and his staff were terrific. He was patient, very informative, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of during my visit. I highly recommend this center and will myself be going back.

Poor quality healthcare. If you dont have insurance, they will assume you don’t have the funds to pay and won’t fully work you up. The woman practitioner is very nice and listens, but her antibiotics did not treat me properly. So i came back in the following week and was assigned to see the doctor, who identified himself as the medical director for the practice. He “couldn’t touch or assess” me because of COVID19. Why wear ppe from head to toe if you won’t assess your patients? He ordered a new antibiotic for me and wasn’t listening to my symptoms. 2 days later I was feeling worse than ever and called the clinic and found out they never even sent my specimen out for culture either time because I would have to pay! I could’ve paid the cost so I’m not sure why it wasnt even offered to me. Just handing out antibiotics like candy and wondering why there is so much antibiotic resistance these days. The girl at the front desk has no people skills, rude, cold, short. Never ever going back.

I called on friday to verify my insurance. They said i need to come in to verify my insurance. I said they won’t be able to contact my insurance on Saturday. They said it’s okay, because they verify my insurance online. I went in on saturday. They said they need to verify a code, but can’t since it’s Saturday.I called on friday to prevent this situation from happening and it still happened. :| two thumbs down

The staff here are always friendly, personable and professional. Every occasion that I have been here has been very quick, no longer than 10-15 min to be seen. Great medical care! Definitely recommend this place as your go to clinic!

Very impressive operation. I got a same-day appointment with ease. Reception staff were friendly and the sign-in process quick. I saw the doctor within 15 minutes of my appointment.

Scheduled a covid test for travel and they closed the building on the day of appointment. Didnt even let me know beforehand. Unreliable and horrible customer service.

This place is a scam! I went there with a huge lump on my shoulder, due to a muscle injury, and the doctor did not know what it was. If she did, she hid it from me. She, pushed hard to give two shots; one of an anti-biotic and the other a steroid. I refuse the antibiotic, but when I went to pay the Bill, the assistant told that I owed $185.00, $55.00 for the appointment and the rest for the TWO shots she gave. When I said that she only gave me one, the assistant replied that the Doctor mixed both drugs together in one shot. All that doctor care about was making more money off me by selling doing whatever she could. She should be investigated by the Board.

Flu season is back and of course I came down with the flu during holiday season. At Vermont Urgent Care, Dr. Samouha was able to see me right away, prescribe me exactly what I needed to get me back to normal the very next day!

After waiting for 2 hrs after my scheduled appointment, I had a brief exam by a PA. I was subsequently told the unseen doctor did not have the time to do a simple procedure and suggested a self-home remedy.

Wonderful patient care. I went in after a bicycle accident and suspected concussion. The doctor saw me in about 20 minutes. He examinined me, asked several questions, and gave me a tetnus shot for a facial injury I had sustained. He told me everyting looked okay based on how I answered his questions and the syptoms I was experincing. Hes a really nice guy and I believe a good doctor. His assistant even followed up a couple of days later to check that I was doing okay. I would not heslitate to use Vermont Urgnet Care again.

I came to this place over 2 years ago and my insurance covered my visit. Now randomly they keep harassing me with texts and emails saying I have to pay because they tried to bill my insurance again and 2 years LATER (that I no longer have). I am seeing other people have had the same experience what a scam!!

This clinic may not look like much on the outside, but its so much different on the inside. I liked everybody but I especially liked the doctor there who treated me with kindness and care.. He really really seemed to care. If youre between doctors and you need A place to go this is better than anything Ive seen around. Everyone says go to Hollywood walk in clinic but Ive been there. Dont go there, go here! You wont be sorry😎

Roxy, Saba, Tiffany, and Jamen made my night! They were so friendly and caring, I couldnt believe it. Roxy was personable and friendly and made me totally forget that I was even in pain. If Vermont Urgent Care & Multi Specialty Center was a sitcom, or some kind of hospital drama, Tiffany, Saba, Roxy and Jamen need to be on it. What super awesome people!

Took 45 min to see me with an appointment for a 5 min check-up. Also kept recommending invasive surgery since Im insured.

Dr. Samouha is compassionate, thorough, honest and refers me to great doctors. He has helped change my life.There was a period of time when I was panicking a lot, my heart was racing, I couldnt eat, felt awful, my arm was going numb. I went to Kaiser and they said it was anxiety, gave me a prescription for a very strong medication people have gotten addicted to. I was at the hospital for hours.My gut told me to follow up with Dr. Samouha instead.The issue was, in fact, my gut. After a couple of minutes of questions, he gave me a different prescription. Within a couple of days, I was back to normal.Hes great.

I love this place , the staff is very respectful and friendly. Dr. Pejman is one of kind , he makes you feel comfortable and his not judgementa like lother Dr. Are, he listens and explains tx without making you feel akward. I recommend this place , there not expensive and there schedule is pretty flexible so if you are in need of medical tx or have an emergency, I urge you to give them a call and confirm my feedback. I promise you wont regret it.

Dr. Pejman Samouha is beyond amazing. He went above and beyond his call of duty by helping us carry my husband from the car to his office due to a painful and swollen gouty feet. His compassion and concern for his patients is extremely admirable. Having friendly staff is an added bonus as well.

I made an appointment and had to wait over an hour after checking in. For some reason the secretary was annoyed when I asked for the first time after 45 minutes how much longer I’d have to wait. Overall, the doctors/PAs seem nice and qualified but having to wait that long is pretty unacceptable - especially when I asked on the phone if coming at a later time would be better for them.

The doctor and other staff members were extremely nice and very helpful. I was in and out in less than an hour. Excellent service.

I had been suffering from a bad case of bronchitis for over a month. I visited a few doctors but my condition remained the same. I decided to try Vermont urgent care a try. After meeting Dr. Samouha i was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge in my medical ailment. He prescribed me a medication which i srarted using the same day. After two days my bronchitis improved and started to feel better. I strongly recommend Dr Samouha for all urgent care needs.

Everything seemed wonderful when i visited, but when i went to my family doctor later and filled them in on the visit I was informed that this urgent didnt perform the tests they should have for the diagnosis they gave me. They also prescribed way too much medication than I should have been given.

This seems ok but you should call them before you go because i did and im sick and they dont even accept any medi-cal which is really messed up they really put on their website what kind of medical insurance they accept.

This urgent Care has a doctor but he really doesnt know what to give to patients I went to see if he could remove a wart but he said that I had to buy a over the counter medication to remove it and I pay my consultation for nothing . That really sucks 😡😡😤😤
