EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONIST!!!! I called at 6:40pm today and asked of they are taking walk ins and what time they close. The receptionist said they close at 8pm and that they are walk ins only.I came in at 7:17pm and she told me the doctor took the last patient at 7, so they are not taking any more patients. It is VERY unprofessional and disrespectful to those who are already in pain to make them drive to a location only to hear that they are not taking any more patients. A professional and competent receptionist would have informed me when I called at 6:40 that they stop taking patients at 7:00 and that closing at 8 is basically a false advertisement, which would save me time as I would go to a different location. Now I have to wait till the morning to go in again. HORRIBLE customer service. She should be trained or fired.

I wish I could give a positive review. My experience here last July was pleasant enough, pretty standard for an urgent care.But I was there for a rapid COVID test at the peak of the uncertainty of the pandemic. My insurance company reimburses for any covid test, out of network, whatever. But they needed a couple of pieces of information for the billing from Quick Stop Urgent Care- a couple of codes. Ive been emailing with their staff for months (!!!) and still havent gotten the right information. My last email was months ago and they havent even replied. I definitely have no plans of going back, not worth the trouble.

The receptionist today had no medical experience and didnt understand that no deductible and 0% coinsurance means my insurance is picking up the bill. I work in healthcare and specifically study insurance, so I know what these things are and what my coverage is. I was in so much pain I couldnt waste energy arguing with her, and then I chose to pretty much refuse any care beyond some OTC pain meds because I didnt want to deal with what would inevitably be error-filled billing from this place. The doctor also seemed to behave like the severe pain I was experiencing was all in my head. Go somewhere that actually understands insurance and billing, and where a doctor will actually listen to your symptoms and ask questions and do a real exam.

I have been getting my botox and fillers by Dr. Khalaf for years now. Everyone at Quick Stop Urgent Care is very professional and welcoming, service delivered with integrity and I am always happy and feel in good hands when getting anything done. Highly recommend. Will be back soon.

Just visited last night it was very clean friendly and quick Maria was very helpful with answering some of my questions and very polite. Dr. Ivan was warm friendly and answered all my concerns. I love that I could get what I needed there and didnt have to stop at a drug store. Very affordable visit.

Have brought a friend there a couple of times and just recently went in for COVID-19 swab & antibodies test. There’s always enough staff to accommodate everyone. Staff is also super friendly, helpful and have gone out of their way to accommodate us every time I’ve been. Highly recommend if you need a “quick stop” urgent care place! 😉

I go as a first time Patient, I was just standing there and the receptionist to the left just sitting there not telling me my payment didn’t go through the second time and they wouldn’t even care if I was dying. Just gave the card back like everything is good and didn’t say anything and was just doing everything else. Bad Urgent care for sure.

I had a really good experience here, the front desk staff confirmed that my insurance had no copay over the phone before I arrived, and they got me in really quickly. Ashton was really friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me get all the tests I needed (strep and mono). She helped me get another treatment (Ive been to my primary doctor twice and treatment hasnt been working). Im hoping this works but if it doesnt, I think she did everything she could, and she told me what next steps to take if it doesnt too. Overall the staff is all super friendly and I am glad I went! The facility is also really clean and nice inside.

Not my usual thing but really irritated. Im rarely sick but I recently got a rash. Was prescribed an ointment with directions on use which I followed. Almost worked. Thought it would fade away but didnt. Not only didnt but got worse since I had no more of the medicine. Since Im not use to the process I called this urgent care to refill. I was told at that time they do not and I needed to return to see the doctor again, which I did. Was prescribed the same treatment but twice as much for twice as much of the time. The amount (which is now doubled) I got lasted only half as long (since the rash increased) but now I know to call the pharmacy directly. I got my refills which ultimately lasted as long as I was now told to apply. While my rash has not completely left and I think at least giving it one more week maybe two and if not I will go to a dermatologist specialist. However even though I already paid for a second appointment when I didnt need to to get the refill I should have been told only needed to be called into the pharmacy and didnt need to come in a second time (yet). Now that I understand and explained the slight but understandable learning curve I was on I was told I need to come in again. Pay my fee, I will be told I can get this basic medicine and next step is to see the specialist if it really doesnt go away (A conversation I already had, paid for an planed to). But nope. Need to come in again, pay them (or maybe denied). Right now, no medicine, not going back, going to wait till Monday to call specialist, get appointment at their convenience and rash will undoubtedly get worse in the mean time.Thanks HUN! You know who I am referring to if not ask around. This just happened.Doctor was nice but there are others.

What can I say, this place was great! Very quick like the name! Robin made my appt very swift and painless. Milad has the best bedside manner and a wonderful staff! Definitely will be coming back!

Had to go here on Sunday - and despite feeling sick as a dog - these folks helped make this crummy FLU BUG not so bad? Efficient to get seen, really nice front desk staff and nurses... If you have to be sick - at least you can deal with nice, caring people. Highly recommend - Amy L

Its UPSETTING when you walk into an Urgent CARE and get treated like an INCONVENIENCE by the individuals who work there.It made me sad the way these individuals CHOSE to treat me. Robin and Suzanna were incredibly unprofessional and made me feel less than human. I was almost scared that the Physician Assistance would duplicate their behaviour, but I was PLEASED Ashton was a PROFESSIONAL. I shared my experience with her and she said I could call ahead next time to make sure she was there. Truth is, I will NEVER go there again.Upon leaving my girlfriend used her voice to express her concern to Suzanna, but was dismissed. THANK GOD for GOOGLE reviews because MY VOICE WONT GET DISMISSED HERE!In short... BE AWARE

I didn’t like this place. I went to do blood tests and I told the nurse I prefer the blood to be taken from my right arm. She was rude and says I needed to check both arms. She was acting and speaking with me in a rude way. I didn’t pay the clinic to be treat like this. I don’t recommend this clinic at all. Bad treatment. I’m very polite and I know which arm is better to have my blood taken. I’m never coming back.

Dr. Khalaf & P.A. Ashton are both Amazing, very knowledgeable & kind! The front desk are on the ball, constantly cleaning the iPad check in, counter & chairs plus are very quick to get you into a room. The most Ive waited here was about 25 minutes on a Very busy flu day, but usually 10 to 15 at the most. I never have to go to the hospital anymore unless Im having a heart attack!

Lied twice on the phone. The first time was about 8 months ago when they told me they’d be able to see me if I made it by a certain time, and even though I made it they said they wouldn’t see me because it was within 45 minutes of closing and too busy. I visited again recently and they said they’d see me with my insurance, which is a great plan. After driving 20 miles and arriving, they said they couldn’t guarantee it’d be covered but they could send the bill to the insurance. I can tell how they like to do business, by tricking the unsuspecting. They’re privately owned so they get you in and then try to make it sound safe to go with them if you sign a paper assuming responsibility for the bill. Now, my insurance would 100 percent cover it. However, I don’t feel comfortable doing business with a privately owned institution that is this lazy and purposefully vague and unsure to maximize profits from the unwitting. They’re not legit enough to have a contract with anthem blue cross but will tell you it’s covered with them over the phone to get you in. Immoral. simply going to a more transparent and emotionally caring urgent care office such as in Culver City or on Melrose.

Excellent service, the medical staff gave me a second diagnosis and I believe that its the issue. My first diagnosis from a different doctor wasnt working out. Best Urgent care in the area!

This is such a great urgent care. Ive been once before and chose to come back even though my insurance doesnt cooperate. Its worth it to me to pay cash for great care than go elsewhere and wait three hours and not be listened to. Dr K listens to me and makes a plan on the spot. I waited twenty minutes in her sparkling clean waiting room and her staff is wonderful. Cant recommend this place higher.

The facility is nice and the staff is reasonably friendly. That said, Dr. Khalaf seemed uninformed and argumentative; she suggested solutions that were not in line with the information I had given her. She also pushed those vitamin shots on me, even though they had nothing to do with my condition. When I needed a refill, she denied it and pushed for me to come in for another expensive consultation. Very money-driven, very poor medical services.

Im really glad to have an urgent care center of this quality close to my apartment! Ive been to this clinic on two different occasions over the last couple of years, and its always been a very positive experience. Clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. Plenty of parking spaces in the back, which is a plus for Hollywood! Staff at the front desk always seem friendly and happy to help with whatever questions you have in the process of getting signed in. Dr. Khalaf is courteous, professional, and attentive. Unlike some doctors, I never get the impression that she is just trying to hurry you through. She takes her time listening to what you have to say, and is warm and compassionate. 5 stars for Quick Stop!

Quick Stop Urgent care is the absolute best! Never going to another urgent care facility again. I was in a panic when my kiddo’s fever spiked and a trip to the emergency room is way too pricey even with my insurance. Of course, I would have taken him there if Quick Stop wasn’t able to help, but I didn’t have to. They were so great with my son. I can’t thank them enough. Saved me time and money.

Fast, efficient and friendly. Went in for a cut from glass and was cleaned up and given a tetanus shot. Probably took about 20 minutes total. Would recommend for sure.

When my roommate was awesome enough to pass on her sinus infection to me so I came to quick stop urgent care Hollywood right away in order to get some antibiotics so I wouldnt be completely miserable during my work week. I came to this clinic before and have never had an issue. The place is clean, staff is accommodating and it was quick, just like the name. During my past visits, I have been in and out of there under 30 minutes. They dont bombard you with questions and they realize that you want to get out of there as quick as possible. The doctors kind of know that youre in there for antibiotics. There are plenty of other clinics near my house and I still always drive out of my way to attend this one.

I have come to Quick Stop three or four times now, usually for steroids or antibiotics when I get the flu. I used to go to a different clinic in Hollywood, but the wait was always horrible and the doctors were not helpful with advice or diagnosis. The staff and medical team at Quick Stop are very friendly and helpful and the office is always very clean and organized. I usually walk in without making an appointment and never wait more than 20 minutes to be seen by a doctor. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anybody in the LA area.

Dr Khalaf is wonderful, caring and super professional. Her team of nurses are top notch. I highly suggest coming in when needed. Its a super clean facility and they get you right in and out in a timely manner. Thumbs up indeed! I will be back ;)

Highly recommend this place. I went in the morning, there was no wait time and very simple sign in. Once my insurance was verified I was escorted to the back for vitals. The doctor was great! She offered homeopathic options and healthy suggestions that I wasnt expecting to hear at an Urgent Care! Really made a difference. Very intelligent Doc. Got a b12 shot and out I went to get a green juice from across the street!

I paid Quickstop for my labs and still got a bill from the Qu3st. And I never got my results!

When youre not feeling well its important to feel cared for from when you first walk into the doctors office to when you leave. Myra at the front desk was personable and made me feel at ease. It took all of 10 minutes to collect my information and take me in back for my stats. I then met the Doctor. Dr. Khalaf was empathetic. She listened and was able to help me. She suggested I see an orthopedist for the intense pain I was having in my foot and gave me something to help with inflammation. I would definitely come back here again. Everyone was extremely kind.

Dr. Khalaf and her team are my first stop every time I’m sick. They have me in and out in a really decent amount of time, they’re open late, and my favorite part... she’s not shy about actually diagnosing you (quickly and competently), boosting back up your immune system and making sure you have the medicine you need. Def not one of these doctors that says to “sleep it off” which drives me nuts. My work is demanding, I don’t have that kind of luxury. The office is nice, there is parking in the back, and they’re all very friendly. Highly recommend.

Staff was friendly, but it literally took them 3 hours to consult me. Their prices are also 50% higher than other places for certain services.

Dr. Khalaf is outstanding!! She showed a NASTY laceration on my hand who was boss! Im very fortunate to have had her hands make those deep stitches count. Her followup care was also very diligent. A remarkable doctor & a great environment.

I love everything about this urgent care. It is conveniently located right in between my home and work. The office is extremely clean and the service is fast. The doctor and nurses listen very attentively and always have a positive attitude.

Have been to this office twice and have had great experiences both times. The staff is friendly, the wait is not bad at ALL, and the doctors are extremely knowledgeable. Innone instance they were even able to refer me to a great specialist and get me in quickly for my injury. Definitely recommend.

My Dad, who is a 96 year old WWII Veteran pilot, needed an emergency procedure a couple of weeks ago. It was about 6PM at night. Had we gone to a hospital emergency room he wouldnt have been taken care of until well after midnight. We have been down that road before and its always a nightmare experience. I called several other urgent care centers in the Hollywood area, but only Quick Stop Urgent Care had the apparatus and the willingness to handle the procedure. Dr Khalaf and her staff offered my nervous Dad a comforting bed side manner and we were able to get in and have the procedure completed in 1 hour, which was amazing. The office and examination rooms are neat and clean. I am truly grateful that this place is available and close to my Parents house.

Quick Stop Urgent Care really helped us out with our baby boy. We lost our health insurance last summer. Not our finest moment, but life happens. Our little boy is 3 now and gets the worst earaches imaginable. High fever, earaches, lots of sleepless nights. When you don’t really need to tackle the inevitable costs of an ER visit just to cure an earache, it’s nice to know there are affordable emergency care clinics that will take you in a moment’s notice. Thanks, Quick Stop. Our little guy is feeling better.

Clean facility, well-run.Ive only once seen a busy waiting room, they almost always see me sooner with walk-ins than most doctors with appointments.Way better than the days when I had to either wait all day at primary care in hopes they might take a walk-in, or wait all day at the ER for something that isnt an emergency. Sitting around sick people all day, exposed to whatever they have...I only wish they were closer...

I love this place and it’s so convenient. Dr Khalaf has such a wonderful demeanor, understanding and an abundance of compassion and makes me feel comfortable every time! The staff members are so considerate and compassionate, friendly and understanding. Their hours are perfect. If I am not feeling well and they are not open I wait till the next day. I won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend Quick Stop Urgent Care to everyone. And a added bonus is Dr Khalaf does med-spa services as well!

Since moving to California from Minnesota I have had a difficult time adjusting to the health care system. Quick Stop Urgent care made this adjustment very simple today. I came in during the 9am hour and was seen by someone within 20 minutes. After my rapid strep and flu tests came back negative I was given injections for pain and immune support and was also offered holistic/dietary guidance to help fight the virus I seem to have contracted. Everyone was very attentive and patient with me. They were also understanding of my financial restrictions. I would recommend this Urgent Care for those concerned about a potential viral infection!

I was a walk-in close to closing and honestly I didnt know if they were going to be able to see me.They quickly got me through the paperwork and I was in the appointment room within 15 minutes. The nurse was very pleasant and professional and I felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Khalaf saw me shortly after she made the experience even better. She was able to diagnose me after a few short tests and gave me exactly what I needed to improve my symptoms while I was still there. I highly recommend this place as your choice for Urgent Care and I believe you will find yourself saying the same thing afterwards.

Dr Khalaf & her staff are warm & professional. I went in on a Monday morning during flu season expecting a long wait. I was seen immediately. The Dr addressed my concerns and came up with a plan. Her office had my prescription filled at my local pharmacy. This is a great community resource. I wish she was my GP.

I have been here multiple times for various reasons and have been very satisfied. The place is very clean, the rooms are very nice even have nature tv screens to relax you, they get you in very quickly and they are very thorough and friendly (even giving probiotics and vitamins). I would come here over an emergency room any day! They educate you on how to prevent future infections and how to stay healthy moving forward, I couldnt ask for a better urgent care! Dont think I will be going anywhere else anytime soon!

Its probably weird to say it about an urgent care place but my husband and I LOVE this place. Weve been here a handful of times in the last few months due to various illnesses and everytime we always have a pleasant experience. There is virtually never a wait longer than 30 min and there isnt any long wait once you go in the back either, like at the regular doctor. The doctor has remembered us just from our few visits and always has us in and out in no time. I highly recommend this place if your insurance accepts them. You can even brush up on your flu shot or a B complex shot here quickly and cheaply!

My mother is from out of town and staying with me. We have gone to Quick Stop twice and it is amazing how professional and personable the staff has been each time. Dr. Khalaf was very knowledgable in both Western and holistic treatments and formed a multifaceted plan to help my mom out. Every staff member could not have been nicer as well. I highly recommend this facility!

Urgent Care: Incredibly rude front desk staff. Even worse nurses. Horrible misdiagnoses on more than one occasion by Dr. Khalaf. Repeated billing issues, double charges, insurance verification issues and basic lack of understanding of standard practices.Med Spa: Diluted Botox had no effect, but did leave hard, raised, unsightly, painful bumps on my forehead for nearly 3 months. I called at least 5 times to speak with Dr. Khalaf about my reaction and was told the first 3 times she would call me back within an hour and she never called. The last 3 times I was told she was refusing to speak with me.This place is a total, utter, sham and should be shut down for malpractice.DO. NOT. GO. HERE.EDIT: Response to Dr. Khalaf.I came back to your facility a couple of times for a few reasons.1. I wanted to stay positive and give the benefit of the doubt that it wasnt a chronic problem. It was.2. I was hoping maybe Id get to see another physician who was more engaged. I didnt.3. There are not a lot of urgent care options near where I live that had low wait times.Re: misdiagnoses. I came in one of my first few visits with what I later found out to be walking pneumonia, and you said I had leaky gut and was likely gluten intolerant, and that was causing my symptoms. I had a full blood panel done when I kept getting worse after your treatment of a steroid shot and that was not the case. I came in again with a severe sinus infection, and was told it was a virus and there was nothing that could be done except a steroid shot/vitamin shot. Got significantly worse. Eventually went to my doctor and got antibiotics and was cleared up within days.Re: Double charges. Of course you confirmed with billing that I wasnt double charged. Because I already disputed the charges and had them reversed.Re: being available/emailing/calling you. There were at least 5 times that I called and left word with the front desk that it was URGENT that I speak with you. They said youd call me within an hour or that you were refusing to speak with me and that if I wanted to talk to you I had to come in. If you think your staff wouldnt say those things, youre wrong. At the VERY least, they were not giving you my messages.The reason I left this review is because this final experience was so horrible, and being told that you were refusing to speak with me was the last straw. What else am I supposed to do with that message? You say I know how to reach you, but that certainly has not worked in the past.You also know how to reach me. Despite your claims, we never emailed until AFTER this review was posted. Seems like the only thing you care about.

I have to say this was the CLEANEST facility Ive ever been too. Traveling from Ny I was nervous to go to a doctor where I wasnt familiar with the area. Dr. Khalaf made me feel comfortable and her staff was extremely nice as well. I would highly recommend this place to anybody!!!

Dr. Khalaf and Dr. Chris were both understanding, reassuring, and personable. I couldnt have asked for better care. Not to mention so convenient!

They dont do flu tests. Owner has responded asking for where I got that info. I called they said they did. We went and its just a Botox facility basically. We waited in line while a couple picked their injection type and I eventually had to interrupt with my very sick girlfriend to confirm they did flu tests. Receptionist told me they do not. EDIT - Now the owner is saying they are not a Botox facility at all, and that Im lying. One of their photos, though, literally shows Botox in one of the window ads on their own building.

The front desk girls was amazing, fast and very understanding. The doctor was amazing.

After suffering badly from what I thought an Ear Infection for 20 days and flying to New Orleans and NYC for acting gigs, It was very hard to perform with such a pain in my ear! So after I am back in LA I just went to another doctor at the urgent care cuz the ear drops the first doctor gave me didnt work obviously and guess what was in my ear?!!!!!!!!!!! That stupid piece of HEADPHONES RUBBER was in my left ear for over 20 days!!!!!!!!!!! I am blown away and I feel like I got new ears cuz I can finally hear people!! Never been so grateful like I am right now to Dr. Katie at the Urgent Care. OMG I am in a shock stillSo Grateful to the amazing staff at Quick Stop. Thank You Dr. Dareen Khalaf
