This medical center is an absolute SCAM. When I called to make the appointment, I told the nurse about the medications I was taking, and also wrote them on the new patient form. I was told that their credit card machine was down... yeah right! They had me go take cash out of the ATM- first sign of shadiness. I met with the doctor for all of 2 minutes and was told that they could not help me because my medication wouldnt mix. I have taken these medications for years without any sort of problem, and my previous doctor renewed them every time. I requested a refund since they had prior knowledge of the medications- they shouldnt have even scheduled an appointment! Who seriously scams someone who doesnt have health insurance?! Obviously I didnt have extra $ to just throw away. If you want to kiss $150 goodbye and be treated RUDELY, this is the place for you!

I have been a patient of Dr. Vlads for almost 5 years, and can not say enough amazing things about him, his nurses, or his staff. They are some of the most caring, compassionate, and helpful people you could ever hope to meet.I have had some pretty serious situations during my time with Dr. Vlad, and never once did he rush me, or not give his 100% full attention. And that goes for everyone in the office. They are all very professional, and just a call away when I need ANYTHING.Sasha is your go to girl when you need something - she is smart, thorough, and VERY knowledgeable. I feel completely at ease when speaking with her - shes actually become a friend! Not many people can say that about dealing with their doctors staff. Having made an appointment 10days earlier. I went to the surgery for my appointment to be informed my appointment was for the nurse not the doctor as booked. I confirmed twice my appointment with the doctor. To be told the next appointment would be 18days away. Not professional behavior from a medical office.

I had heard great things about this doctor. However, I was hesitant because, well, it’s my health and I wouldn’t just trust anyone. But when I heard about Dr. Nulsinovich and his phenomenal office, I gave in - I went for a consultation as I couldn’t await anymore.Today Dr. Nulsinovich is simply the best in Los Angeles. He is Honest, Professional, Knowledgeable. Extensively explains all alternatives, so his patients can make the best educated decision for themselves.In the period since 12 by 22 November 2019 when I was in Cedars Sinai he gave me a thorough evaluation on my stomach problems. After extensive research when I went in on the day of my surgery, my nervousness faded (primarily due to Dr. Nulsinovich’s knowledge). November 22, 2019 for my stomach entire process from start to finish went exactly as he said it would. Everything went smooth and without complications. My surgery was very successful.In addition to him being a fantastic doctor he has friendly office staff always makes you comfortable and accommodating. I have been seeing Dr. Nulsinovich and his crew for a few years now, and they are really quite amazing. I really like how doctor gives eye contact, answers questions, ask questions, explains procedures - it made me feel comfortable. Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, very knowledgeable and understanding doctor made a huge impression on me. They became like family after seeing them multiple time through my multiple visits for the procedures and check-ups.And I have told my family and friends that if they need help the best Dr. in L.A. is Vlad Nulsinovich. Absolute worst experience ever getting lab test results.Had lab work done on a Friday, the NA said I’d have results in about 3 business days. I called them and they said my results were not in yet. 5 business days later, the following Friday, I called and they said the NA was busy but they would leave a message. She never called back, so I called again, and they said she was still busy that she would call me back hopefully.The office closed and I was not able to get my results. Today, Monday, I got a missed call from them while at work. I returned their call, and they told me I needed to call back in 1-2 hours. I called back exactly 1 hour later and they told me the NA stepped out. Finally she returned my call, I had to excuse myself from a meeting with an employee to finally get my results.They then EMAILED me my results AFTER I spoke to her over the phone.I got the reports and it said the results were reported on Tuesday... longest turnover on results ever. Good thing there was no abnormalities or concerns in this lab work.I will be finding a new provider moving forward.

It takes 3-4 weeks to get in just to see the nurse practitioner and even longer to see the actual Doctor. My first experiences at this office were great and everything was done in a timely fashion up until recently. I had bloodwork done and despite NUMEROUS calls from me to the office I still have not received my results and its be 3 WEEKS. Staff says they will give me my results by the end of the day and despite their promises they NEVER call back with them. Not only is this unprofessional but what if something was alarming about my test results? Furious.

The best Dr. Ill ever have. I miss him so much and wish him nothing but love and prosperity in his future endeavors.

Dont go here. I chose this practice because its close to my apartment but theyre unprofessional. I made an appointment and upon calling to confirm, they tell me I had no appointment and the girl on the phone simply hung up-- speaking of girl on the phone, it took me almost 20 minutes to speak to someone. Go somewhere else if you want respectful treatment.
