Dr. Jennings is my favorite medical provider Ive ever had. I moved recently so unfortunately, I have to find a new OB now. I will miss her dearly. She delivered my first baby. I was so nervous through the whole process and her calm and kind demeanor was reassuring. She listened to all my questions and concerns and made me feel so important and taken care of. If any patient had trouble getting in to see her, it was never her fault. Shes only in the office a few times a week so if you couldnt get in, thats something you need to address when making appointments. As far as the office staff goes, there are a few of them who are wonderful to work with and a few who are a little more difficult. If I was ever having problems being understood, I would always ask for Violetta. Shes always so kind and seems to be the most knowledgable of all the office staff. The only real issues I ever had stemmed from my awful insurance company. But Dr. Jennings office always did their best to work with me and I had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Jennings herself. At 36 weeks, I was diagnosed with cholestasis and had to be induced a couple days later. I was terrified, but Dr. Jennings talked me through all of it and made me feel at ease. She delivered a healthy baby boy with that same calm demeanor I had grown to trust and depend on. Dr. Jennings is incredible. I would trust her to deliver all my kids. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their OBGYN.

My niece needed a certain med because she tends to miscarry. Dr.Jennings ignored her needs and she lost her son.The E.R doc was going to give it but, she had already started to bleed.Please, if you go to her for your prenatal care, BEWARE. Make sure she will provide appropriate care for you, or dont go back!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never even seen the MD. I have been trying for 3 months now to get in to SEE her. This rating is for customer service, staff attitude, and lack of professionalism from the office. From waiting on hold for 30minutes, to being called back to be rescheduled twice, to the staff calling to verify the reason for my visit numerous times. Im just opting for an entirely DIFFERENT physician so I dont ever have to deal with this again.
