Loved my first appointment. I saw Jake Collins PA-C. Hes very nice and relaxed; he was concerned enough to listen to my problems but wasnt so concerned as to cause worry, which I take as a good sign from medical professionals. My previous care had not taken my concerns very seriously at all, but Jake did; he heard me out, gave me a referral, and they scheduled my next appointment with a full workup. Also, its no secret that hes gorgeous, so I get good medical care and nice sight, what more can I ask for!

Dr. V has been a PCP for my husband and I in the past few years. I cant say enough good things about him, Asia and his team. Dr. V and Asia are very personable and 100% there for us every time we visit them. They make me feel safe to discuss literally everything about myself from physical & mental health to family issues. All the staff is very pleasant and efficient as well. We feel very fortunate to have found them.

A great fair-weather doctor... cute, charming, personable, great if you feel good and don’t need a doctor. But if you have a crisis or an emergency, look elsewhere. In my opinion he failed miserably when i needed him the most.

I really cant say enough awesome things about Dr. V and his team. They are so professional, thorough, caring and are so respectful of their patients time. Ive never experienced anything quite like it. SO happy that my friend referred me to him!

Honestly, I feel blessed to have found such an excellent primary care physician. Dr. V is an intensely curious, intelligent, knowledgeable, and professional doctor. He is the best general practitioner I have ever had. Couldnt be happier.

Was looking for a new practice and had pre-signed all my personal information with this office after some research and seeing the positive reviews. That was a quick online process and required me to fill out nothing when I arrived (bliss). I happened to have an unexpected awful stomach flu, exactly the kind of thing I wanted to be ready for. Even tough I was new, they took me within a few hours, filled an Rx instantly with the drugstore downstairs, and were great about followup when I called in later with some final concerns. Anyway, Im feeling much better today and very much appreciate the quality care Asia the PA and the compassionate and capable staff all around provided.

I was referred to Dr. V by a friend and I am forever grateful. Ive had medical issues for years and Dr. V is, simply put, one of the kindest, smartest doctors who always goes the extra mile for his patients. Always.Hes professional but not intimidating, thorough and easy to understand. Dr. V is very positive thinker who is always looking out for the patient; he cares. He spends a good deal of time with me at office visits, makes sure I have all my questions answered and always puts me at ease- I never feel rushed. Hes simply the best!

I agree with what some people said, he care and listen. To early for me to coment on other methods cause I have no medical issues, thank god and I have not delt with this office to much, but so far, everybody there was super nice..Update...Ok. So I visit a few times now and its only get better and better, I cant say good enough. It is amazing how nice this place is. People there are so sweet, so nice, so caring, I am speechless, I have seen a lot of other places, by far without comparison, this is the place to go to. If you are lucky, they except new patients, if they dont, dont give up, keep on trying. I am sold!

Honestly, DR V is the best doctor in LA! Im going to put that out there right now, because he truly is amazing. Id been searching for a gay doctor in Los Angeles and found his website and saw that he does Mens Health, PrEP, HIV and STD care and internal medicine. His offices are amazing (modern and huge), his staff is so buttoned-up and professional, and thankfully they have electronic medical records so I can check my labs anywhere I have an internet connection. Love that! If youre looking for a great gay doctor who really knows his stuff, DR V is your guy!

So unorganized. They emailed me three times about the same thing that I had already sent the first time they ask. And they never provide follow up calls when they mention that they will. I found myself having to hound them just to get a new patient appointment.
