Dr. Krivitsky was awesome. She made sure I knew the plan going into my gum recession procedure, did a great job and cleaned everything up well. There was guidance provided on how to care for my gums in the recovery period and I healed much more quickly than I expected. The office staff was really nice and made costs clear beforehand, and the office was always really clean/sanitary/comfortable. Would recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Aalam. Two of my crowns (my front teeth) had gotten loose, and I urgently needed to get implants. I got some consultations from other dentists, but they would try to get me to do all these additional unnecessary expensive treatments. I got lucky while trying to schedule with Center for Advanced Periodontal & Implant Therapy because after I told them that my crowns were extremely loose and about to fall out, they managed to squeeze me in for a consultation. Im usually very nervous at the dentist, but especially since my front teeth were loose, I felt even more self-conscious and uncomfortable wherever I went. But Dr. Aalam and the staff were so bright and took care of all my concerns. Even though it was nearing Christmas and the holidays, Dr. Aalam made an effort to squeeze me in for implant surgery as soon as possible so that I can get my temporary crowns by the time I returned home for the holidays. I have to say, these crowns were so much more beautiful than my previous ones, and he even fixed up my gums, which healed very well. Even after the procedure, he takes very good care of his patients, and continued to follow up with me several times, even giving out his number in case if I had any urgent questions. I would give this office 100 stars if I could!! I had a gum graft on my bottom and upper teeth I was so nervous for the procedure but the staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease! I met Dr. Krivitsky today for the first time for my gum pain and other problems I have related to my gums. I could feel how genuine and caring she was since she did not rush to finish our consultation even if after she did everything she could do and took about an hour to make sure we talk about all of my concerns and possible pathways we can for my problems. Normally, I never easily trust or feel comfortable with dentists or periodontists but for the first time, I felt totally safe. So, now I have total peace of mind even if I ever have a serious gum problems, I know who to go and I will get a great help. For me, these two months were so miserable since I was in a horrible pain and experience other problems related to my gums and I could not find any periodontist who was willing to see me. Because of this, I had so much anxiety in addition to my pain and stress due to the changes we are having right now.So, I cannot thank her enough to see me today. Additionally, the environment of the clinic is very relaxing and friendly. When I was there, there were three assistants working at the front desk and I did not have to wait for previous patient to finish her administration.

I was dealing with a receding gum line as a longterm effect from my braces, and got a stem cell graft treatment with Dr. Aalam. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend the center for any dental needs. The staff is always very kind and welcoming. I never feel like Im forcing myself to go in like I have with dentists in the past, and my gums have healed amazingly since getting the treatment.Edit: while they do great work here, I dont appreciate them not having flexibility for a long time, loyal patient. Its been a crazy year and I completely blanked on an appointment I had. I called as soon as I got the voicemail, which was over 24 hours before, but apparently the policy is 48 hours or you get charged. Considering I go in for a cleaning every 3 months I figured they could work with me, but apparently that doesnt matter. When Im scheduling appointments 3-6 months beforehand it would be nice if they could be understanding.After leaving the above edit, I was personally texted by the doctor asking me to explain why I had left such a bad review. I tried to explain and continued to receive nonstop texts urging that I was wrong about the situation I went through. Its very disturbing that my personal information was used to complain about a review I had left rather than simply asking the staff to contact me and reschedule the appointment. This whole situation could have been avoided entirely some earlier consideration, or a normal 24 hour cancellation policy instead of only trying to solve problems once they publicly reflect on the business.

Finding the right doctor to perform an implant procedure, in the front of my mouth, and at a fairly young age, seemed so daunting at first. I felt so vulnerable and dubious of everyone I consulted...until I entered their office. These are dentists who are not only excellent and talented clinicians, but also outright nerds about what they do. They really care about the patient and know how to get the best possible results, both aesthetically and functionally. If ever I need more treatment in the future, I would look to no one else. I challenge you identify the area where Dr Aalam treated. It’s undetectable. Like brand new gums of a child. Not only is his work impeccable, the office is absolutely stunning and meticulously well maintained. I was introduced to Dr. Krivitsky when I heard her speak on an Oral Health Docuseries created by Dr. Pedram Shojai. After decades of putting off gum surgery, I knew I had met the doctor to lead me through this process. I was not disappointed. Our first meeting was a lengthy educational appointment where Dr. Krivitsky explained why I was having the issues I was experiencing, how with surgery and changing habits and tools to clean my teeth would resolve my gum recession issues.Surgery was quick, the recovery period was indeed uncomfortable, but not unbearable. I was provided written instructions but as someone who is a bit OCD I did call the office a few times and everyone was very helpful. If staff needed to talk to Dr. Krivitsky, a return call happened shortly after my inquiry.My gums look beautiful! And if Covid19 wasnt an issue I would have hugged Dr. Krivitsky. She has excellent bedside manners, is the utmost professional, does amazing work and has a great team working with her. I highly recommend her for your gum recession procedure.

Best cleaning in the Galaxy!!! Maryam cleaned my teeth very thoroughly, I was always scared of the ultrasonic scaler but when she used it I didn’t feel a thing. I love that she explains every thing. The office staff was very helpful as I just lost my insurance, they helped with payment options to help make this surgery affordable, and they were also very helpful and kind. They were always ready to answer any questions I had about the surgery, and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible, being my first surgery ever. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs this procedure performed as well!

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Very helpful front desk staff who answered all my questions before I came in. I was very stressed and nervous about the gum lengthening procedure but Dr. Aalam explained everything thoroughly from the get go and made me feel super comfortable about the procedure. He’s clearly very busy but every time I met with him he gave great care and attention to my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured. I’d refer anyone here!

Dr. Kravitsky is so meticulous in her care, both before my wisdom teeth extraction and after. She always made sure everything was A-OK and explained her process thoroughly, making the procedure go by smoothly.

Dr. Krivitsky is just a fabulous Periodontist! My surgery was 100% problem free; she explained everything clearly & put me totally at ease. The work she did was so expertly done that I dont even see any evidence of my gums being cut. The surgery she performed was almost completely pain free. Im also impressed w/her attention to follow-up care. She made sure all my concerns were address & even assisted me in setting up treatment for crowns. The fact that she is the nicest, most kind, caring doctor Ive ever met, was a wonderful bonus! Its so evident that she wants the best results for her patients & wants to provide an excellent experience for us as well.

Super thankful to Dr. Aalam and Dr. Krivitsky for taking my husband for an urgent appointment and saving his tooth! They had to redo a bone graft for him after it was botched in NY. We have been traveling to LA just to have them work on our teeth. The office is beautiful and the staff are wonderful as well!

I have had two separate periodontal grafting with Dr Aalam. One for upper teeth done two years ago and one for lower teeth done three weeks ago. He is truly top notch. Im happy with the way the uppers have healed and am looking forward to seeing the lowers heal too.

Dr. Aalam and his staff have been treating my family members for years. They certainly have the greatest respect for him, referring to him often as part of the family since he has so positively influenced their lives through their teeth.I, on the other hand, have only recently been fortunate enough to meet him for my wisdom teeth removal. I am not an easily trusting individual nor am I an easy patient to work with. I have had extremely negative experiences with dentists and have unfortunately developed a fear of them.Despite my faults, he has been nothing but patient, kind, informative, calming, and detail oriented. Dr. Aalam and his team performed my surgery quickly, with, thankfully, no complications. His instructions were thorough and I felt at ease before, during, and after the procedure.His office is clean, quiet, and, in my opinion, gorgeous. The front desk staff are always helpful and welcoming. They are diligent, available, and consistent with follow-ups and phone calls. His technicians and support staff are helpful and work with care.I cannot thank him enough for this rare (at least in my history), but EXTREMELY positive experience. I’ll start this out by saying that I have been flying from New York to come see Dr. Aalam, Dr Krivitsky, and the staff at the Center for Advanced Periodontal & Implant Therapy for about the past year. I was in need of a dental implant and was referred by the excellent staff at Trident Dentistry. There is no better place to have any kind of work done, and no nicer staff to lead you along the way. The work is finally done and the results have by far exceeded my expectations. I can’t thank them enough for new smile and I give them my highest recommendation.

Easily the best dental experience Ive had. Went in to remove all wisdom teeth and it was as fast and painless as can be expected. As always the couple weeks after wisdom tooth surgery sucks, but they helped ease everything. I still go frequently for hygiene appointments.

I was treated for Gum recession and decide after deliberation with myself to go forward with stem cell gum surgery.Dr. Alina was amazing! I followed her instructions and a week later my healing has improved and amazed her too.
