The moment you enter Dr Cancio’s dental clinic, I felt I am in good hands. Everyone was professional; the clinic nice and clean; and they followed strict Covid protocols. The best part was Dr Cancio’s light touch, as he thoroughly worked while I watched Harry Potter! I walked out with a smile knowing my teeth will be taken cared off, for years to come 😁

Great dentist. Attends you very well! Very very soft hands, you cant feel pain nor does he poke any tooth or cavity.. very gentle & nice.. 5 stars indeed.. fixes your tooth aches feels like you never even had a tooth ache to begin with.. Highly recommended to my family & friends!!!

Had Insurance Under Medi-Cal/ Denti-Cal and heres what happened:1. I went to this dental office as an EMERGENCY patient. I had tooth trauma and desperately needed a root canal. They made me wait 2 weeks for an appointment.2. I got to the appointment and was initially told that I had to wait a month to be treated. I accepted.3. I had my appointment pushed back two more weeks because the dentist and company refused to treat me without a payout that was to be covered regardless.IN TOTAL, I WOULDVE HAD TO WAIT TWO MONTHS FOR TREATMENT.Lastly, a team member from that office neglected to take my condition seriously and sarcastically tried to pen me in for a future appointment. I asked for my X-rays and CT scan and booked another dentist.This Dental Office only cares about the BOTTOM LINE; which is typical and fair enough. This is America after all. But also, based on the bedside manner of the staff, they DO NOT CARE FOR BLACK LIVES.

Ive been a client here from the first week they open. Dexter and his Team has been Awesome each time I went in for dental service. My family and I have relocated and might be able to continue coming to Everest but we will always appreciate the warm, welcoming and professional service. Keep Up the Good Work Guys.

Dr. Juan and the lady there that works with me are very kind and gentle. Usually, I get uncomfortable or awkward with dentists, but with this one, it’s different. There’s this nice lady there that talks to me genuinely about my teeth, and I find it relatable and comforting. It’s all awesome people there. However due to the pandemic, reschedules occurred but it’s all okay. It’s understandable. The people there are human, and deserve respect as much as everyone else. Overall, it’s a warm place and I definitely recommend going there if you’re looking for any dental assistance. 💕

Office is super clean and high tech ! Especially with Co-vid, the office makes you feel very safe. DR and staff are amazing and very helpful. There was some rescheduling due to the pandemic, which is completely understandable. You won’t get better costumer service and dental care anywhere else 😁

Best dental office ever! Front office is very considerate and generous. Most receptionists are extremely rude and just dont really care about the patients needs when it comes down to scheduling. The assistants were very comforting when you can clearly tell I was terrified. Theyre also knowledge and educated. Whenever I had a question, they always had an answer. Dr. Cancio is very humble, wise and sincere. You can tell he just wants to help his patients. Excellent office! I highly recommend coming to this office. I will not be going anywhere else but here!

Had an appointment today with Dr. Cancio. My appointment was frequently moved due to pandemic and I totally understand that the clinic is taking extra precautions. As usual, I’ve been greeted with very friendly and courteous Staff.Dr. Cancio did an amazing job.. very gentle and caring.Highly recommended. Very clean place!Five star service!

This is probably the only dental office I would recommend, the staff and Dr. always make you feel comfortable and especially right now with covid they seem to keep everything clean. Keep in mind the rescheduling is for everyones safety and doesn’t happen often but they still try their best to accommodate!! (:

They rescheduled my appointment 3 times. My original appointment was scheduled for December. Now they are trying to schedule me for February. They always call the day before saying the doctor is not coming into office. Well why do you scheduke appointments when you dont know his availability?? DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here.

Staffs are amazing. But DR CANCIO is one of the best dentist I’ve gone too. very light hand no pain what’s so ever I highly recommend his office. My dad is scared of needles and when he got work done he didn’t feel a thing He never wanted to get his check ups till I finally convinced him to come to Everest dental care. I bring my family and I referred friends aswell and everyone loves it. Due to COVID I know a lot has change but let me tell you there update they check your temperature before going in they don’t have a lot of people waiting in lobby all the staffs are wearing face shields mask etc you name it all the protocols for COVID . Office is super clean that’s a plus . My sons appointment was last month and it was rescheduled and I was okay with it they were able to schedule there soonest availability. I have a lot more to say but I’ll end it here . DR CANCIO and staffs you guys make us feel welcome thank you for your service.😁

This dentist is the one I highly recommended to you. I went in today for a fill in and felt no pain. Dr. Juan Cancio is a nice person and I recommend him. Overall they are great people and have a nice attitude. All the staffs follow the COVID 19 protocols by wearing mask at all times and keeping a distance with one another.I definitely recommend Dr. Pocholo CancioMaria Edith Henriquez!!!

What I like about this dentist is that he has a light hand and pain free. I went to one dentist that was too rough. My old dentist of all my life retired. The place is nice and clean.

This dental office the staff dont and doctor they are lazye people I went to hoping to get job on my teeth but the people and doctor dont have respect for patient they dont want to work they treated me with no respect there this place should be closed.

This clinic the manager male call me rude and talk to me rude and cancel my authorization without my permission didnt want game me hes name when i asked who i was talking to he rudely said reception or come in person with my pain waiting for more than 1 month for authorization he just cancel my authorization without out explaining why and call and screaming my phone dentist dismiss me from thr clinic without explaining why? Thats what reception told me over the phone i should reported to news and medical but i let karma take action not me that sucks being discriminated

Here all the staff treat you with respect and professionalism zero bad faces, Dr. Juan Pocholo one of the best zero pain when working on your teeth I came for a crown and two fillings and I left 100% happy.
