First time going to this dentist and was just so impressed. Everyone was so nice and careing, my son can be very difficult but let me tell you joanna worked her magic because he felt so comfortable with her. Glad my son has a wonderful experience will definitely be returning. Everyone was so wonderful and sweet really appreciate it!

My daughter goes to the office on Crenshaw. The dentist and staff are super amazing and friendly. The office is also very clean. I love taking her to this location and highly recommend this office.

The staff is very welcoming and professional. They know how to work with children well. As a parent this is important because I feel comfortable bringing my children here. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and understanding.

The staff and dentist are all really nice. The problem is that theyre now operated by Western Dental. To get an appointment you have to call an 800 number where they ask the same questions over and over again. It took 20 minutes to make appointments for my kids. In the past it would take a 2 minute phone call.

The staff is very friendly. I personally think it depends the attitude of each person that shows up here . Also be prepared to wait outside due to Covid . And if you have an appointment they take a while to get you in . Like I said before the staff has always been friendly with us its just the wait that annoys me .

2020-The staff terrorized my daughter, gave us attitude.- I came back to remove a crown that was too big for my daughter I paid $400 ( porcelain) out of pocket because medical does not cover. My daughter didn’t make it inside the office! The previous experience traumatized her - she kept screaming don’t let them tie me up please!!! Parents please this is not a kid friendly Zone - older kids maybe ?? Also they billed me for service never done at this place - I found out through a different dental office. FRAUD ALERT🚨!! Check your medical bills!!Western Dental - I have tried numerous times to get a hold of your billing department- contact medical fraud department- thank you!Office- get rid of your nurse she is not kid friendly and has a bad attitude. I’m referring to the one with the crashed impala who arrived late by the way.

Staff is completely unprofessional, they forgot about my son and had us waiting hours until we asked and now today we had an appointment at 11am and another family that came in at 12 were in and out in minutes their excuse were understaffed which irrelevant when we scheduled our time before theres.Honestly the worst experience at a Dentists Ive had and Ive had my tooth drilled without any painkilling medication

All of the staff at this western dental location is great! Dominique was amazing, she took great care of both me and my 4 year old. She understood my concerns (the parent) and cared for and comforted my son during his dental procedure. Thank you Dominique 😊😊

My only complaint is I filled out the paperwork online from a link that was sent to me and it was not transmitted to the office, so I had to sit there and fill everything out again. Office is clean staff is nice, wasnt crowded. No wait time.

Staff is friendly. Have a little play area for the kids. They strap the kids in a straight jacket to do any services which scared my child to death. (I requested not to but they said its mandatory.) They give a toy after but it says right on the package Prop 65 warning/that it causes cancer/birth defects etc. They still do silver fillings on children...again even though I asked for white due to Mercury. After getting in to a debate about me not wanting silver fillings for my child they said they would call the authorities on me if I chose not to proceed with dental treatments for my son. Clearly I went else where.
