Angeleno smile is one of the best dentistry I know. I love the workers here as they are super kind, and know me personally. The cleaning is super fast and professional. In additon, Ive recieved many free stuff like an electric toothbrush, two free whitenings, and a lot of mini brushing kits. I really am glad to have found this place, and enjoy going here. One improvement Id recommend is to make the wait time from checking in for the appointment to actually getting seated for the cleaning process faster.

Everyone was really nice and informative. But the office is so noisy. There are no walls to separate you from other patients or the secretary’s desk, so you hear every conversation, every cleaning, insurance calls, everything. I’m used to hearing relaxing music behind a closed door. Not so much here. Don’t know how covid friendly it is to have others oral secretions floating through the air either.

Great job on my Zirconia crown for $600.00. Other places wanted to charge me $1600. Thanks again and very satisfied🙏

Angeleno Smile is by far the best dentist I have every had. My dental hygiene has improved dramatically since my first appointment thanks to the careful and comprehensive exam from the Drs and the fundamental education they provided me that somehow other dentists breezed over. No matter which doctor I see they are patient and take the time to educate me, which I feel makes each visit super valuable. I would like to shout out to Dr. Galustian who performed my wisdom tooth extraction. So calm, reassuring and professional. The surgery was a breeze, I blinked and it was over. He took time to follow up with me and I truly felt cared for. So happy I found this dentist office! I have Delta Dental insurance and it covers all routine care and most of other things (fillings, wisdom tooth) so that helps also

My experience was very negative overall. I am a UCLA student, and had my cleaning/fillings done at this place. Some of my fillings were poorly done and had to return for a redo. Prior to doing my fillings, I had a regular/closed bite. Now, I have an open bite and my molars grind when I chew. I also had a tooth that was bothering me and they didnt address the issue. At this point, I had used up my benefits from insurance on fillings. They told me to come back in 6 months when the insurance renews and then theyll look at my tooth.I dont like the doctors or receptionist. They come off as very impersonal, push you to get things you dont really need, and dont take care of you. They also give off scam vibes like they want to get money out of you.

I had a bad experience. Receptionist wasn’t friendly, she was pushing me to decide quickly what I was gonna do for my teeth, after the doctor checked me up. I even asked her to send me an email with the procedures to needed with the prices but she didn’t, sent an email again and no answer.I’m not sure about their quality, but customer service is what it’s all about! If you don’t treat me well, nothing else will matter.

Went to Angeleno Smile after I was unsatisfied with the multiple attempts by my regular dentist to fix my front two teeth after chipping them. They are my front teeth so I was pretty particular in how they look after being fixed.First, the front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Next, Gabby, the dental assistant was awesome, walking me through the process of what they do. Next, Dr. Parsi was very thorough, detail-oriented and, most importantly, did an excellent job fixing my two front teeth. Last, the office was very nice with TVs which made my hour-long procedure feel like 15 minutes.

Fantastic Dentist! So personable, so compassionate, extremely friendly and you always feel cared for. She has been my dentist for about 4 yrs and so happy I made the switch. Typically it is something i stress over, going to the dentist.....Not in the passed 4 yrs. I did few cavities and crowns, painless procedures with no sensitivity afterward. Fantastic dental office. Very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Dan and her assistant Jay did a great job cleaning my teeth (this was done on the same day and quickly too, the appointment was only for an examination). I was very appreciative that they were able to squeeze me in to do the cleaning since I took time off from work.Everyone in the office is really nice and friendly, they also gave me some gifts upon check out!Thank you everyone 🙂

I received impressions of my tooth prior to getting my root canal done, I didnt have the $700 to pay for the crown at the time, so they charged me for root canal and build up which cost $150 extra and was not disclosed to me until I was in the office getting ready for the procedure, I was paying out of pocket and was told the price for the root canal and made them aware I would hold off on the crown. I paid the 150 extra with no fuss. The dentist told me after the root canal and build up was done that I could go about 3 months max without the permanent crown installed. The office manager said that I could make payments towards the crown or pay in full when Im ready. Once paid I would have to wait 4 week max for the crown to arrive. I told them I would contact them later to arrange my crown to be made. I recently moved and inquired about getting my mold sent to my new person. Their office manager explained to me that they never made any impressions of my tooth, that I would need to come in. She point blank told me that I was wrong and that they never made an impression, I explained my confusion and was wondering how they were suppose to make an impression of my tooth when it has already been removed with only a build up as a temporary until my permanent tooth was paid for. She then told me she would Go after me if I wrote a negative review of my experience under their care. Buyer beware!

This is the best dental practice I have ever gone to. Starting with the wonderful ladies in reception to the dental assistant and the dentists themselves, Dr. Parsi and Sally. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional, and the dentists stay on The cutting edge with the latest technology. If youre looking for a practice with expert care this is the place. As a new patient, i was cautious about what i may experience at a new dentist office. That was not the case here. From the moment you step into the office you are greeted with a warm welcome. Everyone you encounter makes you feel welcome and are very helpful. My wait to be seen was short and my service was great! I had a great overall experience. I highly recommend going to Angeleno Smile!

Very bad experience from many points of view. I needed dental care during march, I had a terrible sore mouth and actually bleeding gums, an emergency and pain. After calling, I got in, then I met the receptionist. She was on the computer, then I had to go to the toilet, she handed me a key. Getting out of the toilet was a real drama. The key broke, and I had a hard time with it. After 2 hours and half waiting time, a dentist showed up. Meanwhile my Xrays were done, which further hurt my mouth, and made me endure much pain. Nina, was supposed to send me an Estimate. It took her a month to do so. Meanwhile I was suffering horrible pain, waiting for the estimate. I have called numerous times, but she kept postponing. Miserable bureaucracy,lack of any empathy on her part, plus the key incident left me wander what happened to the emergency that they were supposed to provide. After all this disaster, I got my HEALH NET Insurance, in july, and looked for another Doctor, who wa actually assigned to me. I needed the Xrays forwarded from A.S., but she never sent me a bill. Now I have to wait other 10 days to even get that. Can you imagine? For $25,all this time 2 month now, this caused another impediment/hurdle for me and in my way to finally get treatment. Nina also wrote to me, via email horrible, stupid messages. I do NOT recommend this place, under no circumstances.

Initially it was a great office. The owner and main dentist is a great person. However when she allowed her partner to run the office, morale and customer service went down the drain. The office manger is horrible. I traveled over 20 miles and was on time to tell me I cannot receive my schedule led cleaning and I have to come back. He will try to charge and over charge you for everything. I will also report to the business bureau as these practices are not legal.

Really great group! They were able to get me in same day on a Friday as a new patient to fix my chipped tooth. Dr. Parsi did an incredible job, you cant even tell half the tooth is fake. Super friendly and helpful staff. I would absolutely recommend Angeleno Smile!

The staff is wonderful and they send reminder notices via email and text to confirm appointments so that you dont forget when you time is near. Ive had three visits there now and couldnt be more pleased with their professionalism and services. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist, especially those who have had experiences in the past, because they will take great care of you.

Every time I come to Angeleno Smile, they treat me like one of the family. They are thoughtful, attentive to details and care about the progress their patients make. They are knowledgeable about insurance matters and have helped make sure I never have to pay for something needlessly. They also advise patients in advance of any unusual charges in writing to be sure of customer satisfaction. I actually look forward to my quarterly cleanings because of their friendly and competent staff.

This is the best dentist I have been to... First off shes honest about the work you need to get done. She only does what really needs to be done. My experience with other dentists seemed as if they were trying to get more money than work that was necessary.She also makes you feel like a friend who cares. It makes you more comfortable/at ease...I really didnt know what to expect, but now i know why she gets a 5star review. I had an emergency dental situation that needed to be taken care of right away. I was seen the next business day. Treatment was done on that same day. I was grateful and appreciative. My needs were understood immediately and action was taken without delay. All staff that I came in contact with were all professional in each position, including the Dentist herself. I would recommend Angeleno Smile to anyone. With me having a bad past experience with dental work, its gratifying now to know that Ive truly found a good Dentistry practice that cares about people and take pride in their work.

Fantastic dental office. In fact, Ill go out on a limb and say this is the best dental office I have ever been to, even from my childhood dentist. The office is nice, homey, decorate well. The office manager, dental assistant, and hygienist were all super nice with great personalities, but the dentist, Dr. Parsi was just unbelievable. Very nice and sincere. Knowledgeable and explained everything very well. She has state of the art and brand new equipment and is really a top notch facility with which seems to me, very reasonable prices. We recently relocated to LA, and was referred by one of my friends who has been a loyal customer of Dr. Parsi for years. They are so patient and nice when I tried to schedule appointment for my first visit. The actual visit was equal pleasant, clean facility, friendly employee, very knowledgeable Doctor. My 9 year old son had extensive experience (very bad memory) with his teeth early of this year, he was very nervous and afraid when he came to see the dentist. Everyone in the office made him feel so comfortable, and easy, he even told me I like this place after his appointment. We are so glad we choose this group and look forward to the wonderful experience for our future visits (both my son and myself have some filling work need to be done).

I loved coming here! Its been a few years since Ive gone to a dentist due to expense and busy schedules, but I plan on coming back! The staff are so nice and Dr. Parsi is the best dentist Ive met! She talks to you and makes you feel welcome and she lets you know what steps shes going to take to make to help you feel comfortable. I got my tooth pulled today and I didnt even realize she had pulled it because I was paying attention to her talking to me!! Shes a great dentist and LA is blessed to have her!

Malpractice. Was advertised online for free dental checking for all UCLA students and staffs. Nothing else was mentioned. I got an appointment but was denied when I went because I am not a future client for them. Should have suggested that its not for everyone but only for their prospective clients. After that, all the smiles and good behavior went down the drain. They did not even approve of my free parking pass. It is sad that the world is driven by only money and not by good human relationships.

This is by far, the best dentist Ive ever had! Dr Parsi is so nice, and explains everything out well. The rest of her staff is amazing too!!The office is high tech, they have TVs at every seat to watch movies when you come in for procedures!

Angeleno Smile is the best! “I have always had dental issues, I need multiple procedures done which are very expensive…however, if I don’t take care of it now, I know in the long run, it will hurt me. Both in my mouth and my pocket.” I am very pleased with the outcome of my treatments. I am having extensive work done and every step of the way it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is very polite and helpful. In addition, my 9 and 11 year old daughter’s love Dr. Tong. She has a way of making them feel very comfortable.Words cannot express how much I appreciate all of the hard work and dedication that everyone in this office provides. It’s not easy finding a dentist that will take your fears away and helping you understand your oral health.

The office is exceptionally clean and everything is paperless and digital which I really like. The assistants are very professional and I usually gag when I have my xrays taken but my assistant made sure that I had all the time I needed to prepare for them so it went smoothly without my gagging which I am grateful for. The dentist, Dr. Yoon was very patient in explaining all of the details of her findings regarding my teeth. She even praised my brushing skills which made me feel a whole lot better because I was worried I had something wrong since I have been busy and have not seen a dentist for a year. She recommended a regular cleaning and she found just two small fills. She gave me the option of holding off doing them or having them done sooner so they would not get bigger and I decided to get them done because I like to avoid bigger issues later. My UC ship insurance covered almost all of the services and I had a small copayment for the fills. They even offered a new patient gift of a teeth whitening or electric toothbrush and I chose the toothbrush and it is amazing! My teeth and gums feel so invigorated after every brushing so I am really pleased with the whole visit and gift.

Worst dentist office ive been to. They messed up the treatment because the assistant had no idea what she was doing. They had to remove my crown tooth right after cementing it because they put the wrong one in. Supposed to be a quick visit but took forever because of the mistake. Overcharging for services and treatments patients dont need.

They do a wonderful job. Everyone is very caring and considerate. They explain everything to me ahead of time and make me feel comfortable. Keep up the good work.

I had a great first visit with Dr. Lee. I had my dental records sent over to Angeleno Smile and she reviewed them before my cleaning. The records indicated that I would need fillings, but she vehemently disagreed, saving me a lot of pain! Nonetheless, the office space is welcoming and updated, and I was more than satisfied with my experience. Glad to have a new dentist!

I had a absolute great experience, I have ever had with a dentist. I was seen by Dr. Parsi. She is so caring and nice and I feel like she genuinely cared about me/her other patients. I came in as a walk in my first time being there due to my front tooth breaking in half, I was there a total of a hour in a half, and this included waiting time, x-rays, and her discussing what she thought was best and what would work out, as well as me getting my tooth pulled. I have really high anxiety, but Dr. Parsi made all of that go away, I hardly felt any of the 3/4 shots I was given, and my tooth being extracted was a breeze literally took 5 minutes she was great I def. Recommend comfort dental to any and everyone they accept most insurance including government insurance which is a plus and they treat you like a person and care about you and your opinions, the staff and assistants was also amazing. I will def. be returning, Im so glad I went there no regrets. I am getting all my teeth pulled and a big bonus is they have a oral surgeon at the location who can/will put you to sleep and pull them all. They also have option of laughing gas as well. Another bonus is they do implant there, they do everything I am so happy I found them I cant wait to go back and get my implant, I have never been so excited about a dentist before. Hands down the absolute most thorough exam and cleaning I have ever had and an extremely comfortable and friendly environment. Dr. Parsi and her staff explained everything every step of the way and answered all of my questions while making me feel welcome and valued. I have had a lifetime fear of dentists. Twice a year cleanings were all I could handle. However, earlier this year I had a tooth that needed a root canal. I had no trust in my current dentist so I tried Angeleno Smile out of blind luck. They made me feel so comfortable the minute I walked in the door. Well, in the last 6 months they have done a root canal, three crowns, and deep scaling on all my teeth. All pain free! Everyone from the office staff to the doctors do everything they can to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr Sally, Dr Parsi, the office staff Kennew, Nina and all the assistants to the doctors: THANK YOU! I highly recommend this office!

My dentist who Id been going to since I was a kid recently retired and sold the practice to another dentist in the office. After 1 visit my wife and I were unhappy with the new ownership so turned to Google/Yelp for a new practice closer to home and our offices. Im so glad we settled on Dr. Parsi! I had my first visit this morning, everything went as smooth as can be. My appointment was at 9:30 and right on the dot the hygienist Ashley came out to get me started. Throughout the entire cleaning she was great about explaining every step and going over what she was doing/why and making sure I wasnt in any pain.I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend!! They do book up well in advance so be sure to call early for your appointments.

I was looking for a new dentist since I was new in town. I finally decided to give Angeleno Smile a try. I just loved it, from the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. I am huge on customer service because I believe that every one matters. My wait was not long. Jay took some xrays and Dr Parsi came in and explained the further work I need done. My second visit was outstanding also. I did have to come back for an adjustment which Jay made the process so much better. He was very patient and understanding. Ive been to places where the staff takes you for granted, where they believe that they are doing you a favor. No, we pay for these services and having an excellent staff is the icing on the cake. They make it easier for you to make up your mind of where you want to continue your dental visits. Thank you ladies and gentleman that worked on my crown for creating such an inviting atmosphere. Yo, this place is a scam. They entice UCLA students and others by offering a free teeth whitening with a cleaning. Sounds nice. After spending two and a half hours in the chair they only cleaned half my mouth, refused to whiten, and charged my insurance company an absurd amount of money. They forced me to book another appointment to clean the other half of my teeth, I assume so they can charge my insurance again. Now I cannot get the rest of my teeth cleaned by my normal dentist because they used all my insurance money. In addition, all the staff, including the receptionist, have terrible teeth which should have been the first indicator that I was being swindled. Im also sure all the other reviews for this place are fake. smh

I got two fillings today. I was very nervous about pain and being numb. I went in and with the technology that this office has, I was able to get two fillings without any shot or numbness. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. If you are in need of a dentist, go see Dr. Parsi. Her staff is very friendly. Overall, 10 out of 10.

Outstanding Dentist, Staff, Office and Equipment. Cost is below what I expected for the work done. Have had multiple bad experiences over the years in one capacity or another with other dentists. Poor quality, repeat visits for same work, price gouging, bad time management, you name it. My last dentist put poor quality fillings in and result is multiple problems now.Ive only been to Angeleno Smile office two times recently. had 3 fillings and a root canal done yesterday in one shot (dentist offered me option to break it up). Got it all done in 1.5 hrs. No pain during work whatsoever.The office itself is beautiful, bright and clean. Their scheduling system is great. I received text and email to confirm my appointment. They offer coffee in front and you could watch Netflix during your appointment!I would highly recommend this office!

This place is very unprofessional. They attract many UCLA students with free teeth whitening advertisement online, but after you arrived they will do an one hour examination of your teeth and try to trick you to purchase other services. I was once told that free teeth whitening is only available after you paying them for some other services. But after I refused their proposal and was about to leave, they changed their mind and gave me teeth whitening, free on my end but charge goes to my insurance company.They also suggest me to do a night guard. But 2 weeks after they make the impression of the first mould, they told me the impression was rejected, and I have to go the next week for a new impression, and then the same thing happened twice. I waste so many time keep going there because of their unprofessional. The third time they switched to a more professional guy to do my impression and promised it wont fail again this time. But this guy was so unprofessional, the mould cut into my gingiva and it hurts so much! I was almost screaming but he even wouldnt listen to me, saying it was normal. Even now there is still a wound in my gingiva after one week of the mould making and it still hurts. What a waste of time and unnecessary injury!!

Professional and yet a very pleasant atmosphere at Angeleno Smile. Dr. Parsi is an excellent dentist and a very caring person. She is very thorough and gentle . I was in today for my consultation and impressions for the start of a Invisalign. I am very happy thus far with the service I received. Highly recommended

One star only because I cant give no stars. I have a couple of different insurance plans, and when I tried to provide them ahead of time the front desk assured me that only one was necessary, and that all of my work would be covered despite my insistence to provide more information. I needed a filling, and while I was on the chair they told me that they had drilled out my cavity, and realized that I actually needed a crown, and it would be $300 out of pocket. They were unable to continue with the filling, and if I didnt get a crown they warned me that my tooth would fracture since they already drilled into it. When I was ready to leave, they refused to take any additional insurance information since I already agreed to pay out of pocket and would not let me leave until I made at lease a partial payment. I havent even received the crown yet, all they did was send my impressions in to the lab- after I get my crown I do NOT plan on returning.

Im so impressed with everything at this Dentist office. Everyone from the receptionist, to the assistant, to Dr Parsi were wonderful. I was very anxious about going to the dentist and everyone here made it so easy.

Dr. Parsi is great! I have been burned by previous dentists recommending I need invasive work done when it was unnecessary and, more importantly, not at all covered by my insurance. She is very honest and kind! She didnt recommend any unnecessary procedures, and spent time explaining everything to me. I highly recommend!

Monday was my first visit in Angeleno Smile. I haven’t been in dentist for long time, like 6 years if Im not mistaken. I am gonna be honest but I hate going to dentist because my last experience from dentist was horrible. But these people are incredible. Honestly you don’t feel you are in dentist at all, no stress what so ever. I personally love the front office girls and Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and she explains everything clearly that what I need and didn’t push for anything but I gotta get back again for my wisdom teeth next week. I recommend them to friends and family!

Angeleno Smile is amazing!!! I chipped my tooth last night and was SO embarrassed. They were able to get me an appointment right away. The entire staff was super helpful. Kennew greeted me when I came in, and was very sweet and understanding. I was treated by Dr. Parsi and I LOVED her. She was so nice to me and is such an amazing dentist. I felt absolutely nothing as she was working and was completely at ease with her. She fixed my tooth quickly and without any pain. It looks like nothing ever happened :) I would highly recommend this office!!!!!

Saw Dr Parsi for the first time today and am very happy. Was clearly a busy day, but she was thorough, took her time, was very clear in her assessment, and made very reasonable recommendations. The front office was incredible helpful managing insurance questions. Dr Parsis assistant was great. I would recommend.

UCLA STUDENTS BEWARE. They overcharge for services and sign you up for many things you dont need or never even ask for! ex. Bone grafting after wisdom tooth removal. Then when you say youve done your research and would not like this service management treats you condescendingly. They take advantage of their location close to UCLA, that the students are young and perhaps far away from parents who are more experienced with dealing with dental offices. This happened to my roommate who is from England, after I got better pricing due to asserting myself, she became angry that she had overpaid by hundreds of dollars! Yes, the office is lovely & the staff pleasant but once you ask for insurance authorization to insure that Angelinos crazy overpricing is correct, Nina the financial manager will give you attitude. They even told me to find another dentist if I was not happy with there pricing, so thats what I did, and I got fair estimates from other dentists. This place sucks

I had an incredibly bad experience. I had a series of problems, fillings, root canal, crown,etc. After the initial exam, we decided on a treatment plan.She found that extraction of a wisdom tooth is urgent and she strongly ensured that she can extract the wisdom tooth smoothly first. I would go to a specialist for such a treatment. She was extremely confident.It took around 4 hours, she used a HAMMER TO BREAK IT INTO PIECES, LEFT A LARGE PIECE INSIDE AND TORN MY MOUTH!From the first moment, she only cared about extracting it no matter what happens.She TORN MY MOUTH! SHE BROKE MY TOOTH INTO PIECES AND EVEN LEFT A PIECEPIECE INSIDE!!!!Find the attached photo. It took me more than a month to open my mouth again. It left a scar on my mouth (still visible after 4 months) - I could not eat and drink because of bleeding for 3-4 days. I could not speak.They also messed the claim issues with my insurance company - These issues are still pending but we will see what will happen. I will update.I would never visit this dentist! They made my life worse than before!Edit: Using an hammer, she broke my wisdom tooth into pieces and torn my mouth during what she said a simple extraction, and then offered her oral surgery to fix what you messed up!!it is my health!They billed $420 for this simple extraction and $1000 for cleaning half of my mouth!!! be aware of this too!My problem is she is responsible for losing my dental health, she made it worse after spending $$$$ and my dental health will not come back! i lost it because of her!

Service gets worst every time I visit. I feel like students receive the lowest priority here even though were the main customers. If you make an appointment at 2:30pm. theyll tell you youre next but you can be prepared to be seen only at 3:30pm. They even made me change my earlier appointment because they had some scheduling conflict. The last time I came for my wisdom tooth extraction, they made me wait 3 hours. Absolute lack of transparency in pricing, my 4 wisdom tooth extraction w/o general anesthetic was initially quoted at $500+ to me, and eventually after some negotiation it only cost 200+ co-pay and I have friends who paid 500+ or even got quoted 2000. This isnt the only dentist in Westwood. If youre a UCLA student and youre on UCSHIP youre better off elsewhere, at least theyll have transparent pricing.Would not recommend.Update: The clinic has since contacted me and apologized explaining that there were multiple emergencies during that day. They also clarified that the differences in prices quoted was due to the different procedures needed from patient to patient. They also offered me a free cleaning service, which I will not be taking. Great dental office. I visited Angeleno Smile after I saw their ad in facebook. The front office lady is welcoming and helpful. They are not pushy like many other dental offices and they give u option to pay monthly. I have had different quotes from other offices but not only Angeleno Smile is the most affordable one, the dr and her assistant are nice and very knowledgable. I highly recommend them. Im looking forward to see them in my next visit

I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Parsi for a small cosmetic issue with a tooth from a recommendation from my current Dentist. I have heard from many people that she was the best in cosmetic dentistry. My consultation was this morning. She was totally upfront about what she thinks the best route is for me and my teeth. I felt totally comfortable with her recommendations and confident in her abilities. Ive been to another dentist about this same issue years ago and it didnt feel right. Now that Ive had the consultation with Dr. Parsi, Im excited to finally move forward with fixing it. Every staff member was very welcoming and pleasant. It was a really nice place to be with a great energy there. If I didnt like my normal dentist so much, Id absolutely become a regular there! Maybe Ill pop in for an extra cleaning or something. You wont feel you are in dental office at all. You could watch Netflix while they work on your tooth. I had great experience and definitely recommend to visit them.

Dr. Parsi is fantastic. I constantly had problems with my teeth before coming to Angeleno Smile. Now my teeth feel great, and I saved thousands of dollars by only having work done that Dr. Parsi recommended. She is super friendly, and she is very detailed in his work.

I have to admit that over the years my dentist and I have tried many different ways to eliminate the staining in my teeth. Ultimately I decided to give laser whitening a whirl, and I went in with no expectations so that I could avoid disappointment. Being that I have always been a little scared of the dentist, I was relieved when I met the person who would be taking care of me. She thoroughly explained the entire process helping me to become at ease with what was about to happen. After the procedure, I was amazed at the looks on everyone’s faces as it seemed to work. They finally handed me a mirror and I was finally convinced that I should have done this a long time ago. After all was said and done, I left with some parting gifts and a new smile. Both friends and family immediately noticed I had done something (without my saying so) and definitely reassured me that Angeleno Smile did a fantastic job. Thank you very much for the work and a special thank you to Dr. Parsi who pretty much held my hand through everything.

DO NOT COME HERE IM WARNING THEY SCAM YOU. Me and my friends from UCLA were all told that we had at least 5 cavities and I spent over $2,000. But when i showed my dentist at home the X-rays she said that I only needed to get one filled. Now ive been in pain for about two months because of the fillings. They also tried to charge me extra once and I caught them doing so, justified it as a slip up

I find it difficult to put into words how wonderful the doctors and staff at Angeleno Smile. I have been seeing Dr. Parsi since I was going to UCLA grad school. I have had a fair amount of dental work done and have never had a bad experience. Recently Dr. T performed a dental implant for me. I walked in the room a little nervous, but once I was in the chair that apprehension went away. If you are looking for a dentist who is caring, non-judgemental, and calls you by name (instead of treating you as a number) this is the place for you.

I was looking for a dentist because I had cracked my tooth off & needed to get into see someone quick. I didnt have a dentist because the last one I went to didnt turn out very well. So I called my insurance company to find a dentist that took my insurance & by the grace of God I pick Dr. Parsi 😃 She is the best dentist I have ever been to & her staff is very caring & friendly too. Her office has a very welcoming atmosphere. After taking a few x-rays it turned out I had to get my tooth pulled. Dr. Parsi was very informative & VERY gentle when it was time to do so. I didnt even feel the pain with novocain, if ya know what I mean 😊 👍🏻 lol. So if your looking for an AWESOME DENTIST, SHES THE ONE!!! I already have a few members of my family going to see her & I would recommend her to anyone!!!Thank you Angeleno Smile for being there & being so caring when I needed help with my teeth. 🙋🏻I will see you soon.

What a great practice. I just had my deep cleaning and laser in Angeleno Smile. I heard them from a friend in UCLA. They do different specials for UCLA. I got their electric toothbrush but you could choose Laser whitening instead. The staff are lovely. They do their best to give u a great experience. Dr. Sally was my treating dentist. She is so funny and comfortable dentist to deal with. If you are UCLA staff or employee, I highly recommend to try them out. By the way they accept UCSHIP. They have Netflix in each room which I found it very cool. Nina and Becky are great in front. They are super transparent about price. I highly recommend this office.

I had an excellent experience with Angeleno Smile the past month. I am UCLA grad and came in for their Oral-B electric toothbrush. I requested cleaning appointment with them online and I received my appointment confirmation within an hour. First day they took some Xray and Dr. Sally went over my dental treatments. They performed cleaning and as they promised I got my Electric toothbrush lol. I have an appointment next week to work on one of my back tooth. I already told my friends about their promotion for UCLA. Highly recommend this office for UCLA students since they are in walking distance to the campus, no waiting time and very affordable with UCSHIP.

Omg dont go to this place if you want to save your teeth and money! 4.6 stars? Its actually a scam!! I went to them bc one of my teeth broke and I wanted to get a free whitening for UCLA students. First of all of course whitening is not free but its okay. They are very sketchy and a young doctor took a 360 xrays of my teeth even though I didnt ask for it and wasnt a knowledge that I will get this service. Then comes the most amazing part, the doctor tries to say how bad my teeth are, as a math major in ucla it took awhile to figure out with him that I need AT LEAST 4 crowns and 3 root canals! He wouldn’t say how many cavities i had so we had to count it out. The whole situation reminded me of someone trying to barter on a product. one Month later I want to a normal dentist and ended up woth just two crowns no questions asked and half of my teeth problems just disappeared. Never come to this place its just a scam, where if you come for the whitening you get 360 xrays and so on charges on your insurance.

Ive been searching for a dentist for a while. I went to Dr. Parsi at the recommendation of my sister as well as the recommendation of yelp and google, ( I searched for crown and found Dr. Parsi).The staff were friendly, helpful, and gave me a quick tour, which has never been done for me at any other dentist. They took close up pictures of every single tooth and Dr. Parsi went through each of them one by one. She explained things thoroughly and provided short term and long term solutions, also something never really done for me previously. Best dentist visit Ive ever had.

I came in for my semiannual teeth cleaning. As per usual I was greeted well by the people at the front desk (Kennew and Nina). They both always take a personal interest in the patients. Dr. Parsi who is very friendly, always makes it clear that she is glad to see one of her patients and yet is also very professional and competent! She and her staff strongly and openly demonstrate trustworthiness. During the cleaning and exam they found a problem with a molar that had several cracks. Having all the latest equipment, they were able to take a picture of it and show me clearly what the issue was. Dr. Parsi recommended a crown to save the tooth. Fortunately, due to a cancellation I was able to get an appointment the very next day. Dr. Parsi explained what shes planing to do before she start the procedure and not only answers all my questions but checks in with me during the procedure just to make sure everything is going well from my perspective. I always feel like Im one of the family when I come to their office and thus always know they have my best interest at the top of their list!

I recently went to Angeleno Smile and am blown away by the level of kindness and professionalism of this business. If you are like me and don’t tend to enjoy the whole cleaning process, go here! From the moment you walk in, you will feel valued and taken care of. Probably the friendliest front desk staff I’ve encountered. They offer you coffee and water in front desk and you can watch Netflix while they are working on you. Additionally, I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable and personable Dr. Parsi is. She is clearly passionate about her profession and her patients by how much time she spends with her patients. The assistants are pretty knowledgeable. Great thanks to Chriss for his easy and quick xray experience. I can’t say enough about all staff here. Thank you for a great experience and I’m happy this is my dental home. This review is not based on my encounter with Dr. Parsi, whom I find is a great dentist, but her staff does not represent her very well.I have been with Dr. Parsi’s office since she had moved into Westwood around 6 years ago. When Donna was in the office, I had absolutely no problem with anything. I was always content and would recommend their office to all of my fellow classmates.However, since Donna left, everything really all went downhill. The dental assistants are great, but the front office staff are very unprofessional. Every time I come in for treatment, I always encountered insurance issues. This place draws in a lot of students from UCLA due to proximity and also due to their special offers with free toothbrush or teeth whitening, and I’m not sure they know how to handle the volume of customers. Every time I come in, I am always left waiting even though my appointment was made for a certain time. I don’t mind the waiting, ranging from an hour to 30 mins., but it is always a fight every time when it comes to insurance. They always want to charge every visit, and over-charge for procedures, and I would have to pull up my insurance booklet every time to correct them.My breaking point was during my most recent visit, I made an appointment to come in for a cleaning. I came into that appointment on time, a little before my appointment time. However three people arrived after me, still got placed in their rooms first. I waited, which is okay. As long as I get my cleaning is fine. However when I was placed in the room, before any treatment was done, one of the staff came in with bill, saying that I had to pay $73 for my cleaning this time. And I could only have a cleaning every 6 months because of my insurance. They also said Dr. Parsi wants me to have my cleanings done every 3 months, so I should get this cleaning done and pay $73 for it. Due to my past experience with them, I questioned it. I pulled up my insurance booklet, showed it to them, which says that I am allowed to have 2 cleanings a year, no waiting period in between. They still wouldn’t take it, and argued that in the system I could only have cleanings every 6 months charged to insurance, so they insisted I make another appointment. I called insurance when I left their office, and the insurance representative confirmed my suspicions. The representative then proceeded to call Angeleno Smiles to confirm my insurance benefits with them. However, when he came back on the phone with me, the first thing he suggested was that I switched office. He said that the staff were very unprofessional, he explained my benefits, and that I had no waiting periods between treatment, but they insisted that I was put on a 6 months plan even though when I was in the office, they said Dr. Parsi wants to see me for cleaning every 3 months. The staff also hung up on him twice, and when he asked for the office manager to explain everything, they still didn’t get it. This representative also told me that they also said a few things that are very unprofessional, that he cannot repeat to me, but because of this, he suggested I switched to another office. Mind you, this representative was very kind, patient, and professional, and for him to say that, speaks volume, so I followed his advice. I switched. I am writing this, to warn future students or UCLA employees. There are many dental offices in Westwood, don’t go to this one if you don’t want headaches and to be cheated into paying more than you should. It sucks to say this because I have nothing against Dr. Parsi, but her staff is a whole lot of a different story.TL;DR, they are absolutely a waste of time and money.

I had been with Dr. Parsi for 4 years. Firstly I would like to say her skill and dedication to giving the best treatment is second to none. I had quite a bit of dental work done before and they were not quite up to the highest standard. As a result, I had frequent relapse and needed major treatments from time to time.After seeing Dr. Parsi at the recommendation of my colleague, she took care of the old dental work and made them last! My teeth and gum have been very healthy ever since.Once I had an emergency late Friday night and called her. She showed up 7am the next morning and took care of the problem. It was one of those long holiday weekends where people planned many activities. It wouldve ruined my weekend if she was not willing to go the extra mile to fix the problem asap.She also dont just fix your problem, but looks for signs of trouble early on. So she would be able to tell me how to do some preventive cleaning and suggest minor dental work to fix a problem that just started developing. This gives me plenty of time to plan a dental treatment because I have months of lead time. Also, I can delay a treatment (without harm) until next year so that my insurance will cover it. All this is possible because she is able to diagnose troubles early.The staff in Dr. Parsis office is one of the best. They create a very warm and friendly atmosphere and very skillful in doing their job.If you are looking for a dentist, I will highly recommend Dr. Parsi. You wont be disappointed.
