My doctor just suggested I try a new prescription strength for my glasses so I went to SEE to pick up some new frames. I haven’t bought any new glasses in awhile, but I do enjoy coming here to shop because they offer styles that you just don’t see at lots of the other stores. Excellent customer service makes this place the absolute best!!

I bought the glasses in 2019 at Americano in Glendale! Unfortunately, from the first day the glasses did not suit me, especially the right lens was very disturbing, But we agreed that I would wear the glasses for couple months for greater clarity. A month later, I back to the store, because my right eye began to hurt and waiting longer did not have any sense! I gave the glasses and I had to check the right lens. It didnt help either. Quarantine came and my glasses just lay useless. About a month ago, I went to the SEE store in the Beverly! I had the first meeting where and agreed to change the lenses, but after a visit the doctor for a new prescription) what I did. I returned to Raymond, who measured all the necessary measurements and took my glasses. On this Tuesday i picked up the glasses from the store! They are absolutely suit me! And its so wonderful feeling after a long time without glasses, when you cant see much! I am very thanksful to all the workers of this store who provided help and support. I am especially grateful to Richard, for his perfect work with me. God bless you Guys!

Found this place on Google. The staff was especially nice! Veronica was extremely helpful without being pushy like other opticians Ive been to. She offered help but let me explore on my own and take as long as I needed to. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, something that isnt usually the case at these kind of frame shops. The service was quick and the pricing was competitive as well!

Amazing customer service. This place is like being at a party. Its fun, lively, and the team is ready to help... Without being pushy or odd. You couldnt ask for a better overall experience.

This place is so underground and cool you wouldnt know it unless someone told you. In the Beverly Center it is THE place to find glasses frames that everyone will ask you where did you get those glasses?? AND, better than everything -- the prices are reasonable. The staff is very helpful. Be sure to check out their eyeglass holders. I am asked where I got mine all the time.

Unique styles, very helpful and caring staff, and a comfortable experience. I just wish their prices were a bit lower. Ive got my last 3 sets of Rx frames from here. Ive visited other places, but the experience and variety just didnt match up, so I always come back to SEE. And its about a 30 mile drive for me (each way).

I came in to have my favorite sunglasses fixed and the SEE team was able to get it done beautifully in about 5 minutes. It was a lovely experience, and its also probably the trendiest eyewear shop around :) And Jesse was super awesome and wonderful! Thanks xoxoxo

I LOVE ALL my SEE glasses thanks to a fantastic sales team! This review in particular is dedicated to an AMAZING Sales Assoc, Griselda@Beverly Ctr... I bought my first pair in Glendale, Americana at Brand 18mo ago and have been hooked since! I travel to CA several times a year and always check out my nearest SEE store. I am now a proud owner of 5 pairs, all perscription for daily use, and I LOVE deciding which pair to take out for a spin every AM. I work in fashion retail and beauty so I am always on the hunt for fun glasses that give me instant style credibility. All of my SEE glasses have that!!! My perscription is pretty significant at -6.0 and I cant function without my glasses. The superior Japan lenses allows me to wear absolutely any size frames I desire. My perscription lens are pretty much the same thickness as the demo lenses they come with. In the past, the weight of the lenses restricted my frames to be small... It made me feel old and limited my range of sight. ALL of my SEE frames are HUGE, impeccably made in Italy, and light as a feather!!! I have at least one person ask me weekly if my glasses are really perscription (because they look so light and fashionable) and at least 2 people a day ask me where I purchased my frames! We dont have a SEE in Hawaii, so I travel w my perscription in hand and pay the small fee for shipping (around 10days). My glasses ALWAYS arrive beautifully wrapped, with a classy receipt holder, and a business card. The TRULY remarkable thing about Griselda was that she REMEMBERED ME from when I bought my first pair in Glendale 18mo prior and asked me how I was enjoying my red frames in Hawaii!!!!!! WOW, what a surprise!!!!!! She wasnt event the Assoc that helped me in Glendale... She just happened to be in store working when I first discovered SEE!!! Im traveling again to LA in a month and hope to see Griselda, and maybe again for sure in August. If u can keep employees like Griselda supported in store and in life, its people like her that will move your business forward! I prefer shopping w people, not apps, even if I have to pay more... Besides, only 2 of my 5 frames were even available online, and one of them (plastic frames) fit AMAZING w the nose pads they put in!!! I also opened up a SEE card w Griselda that gives me 6mo interest free on the frames I buy w a 10% discount... Thank u SEE for having frames that make my life a little happier everyday!!!! I glasses look as pretty as I feel inside!!!!!!!!!! ❤️💕💗
