I recently moved from NY and my insurance isn’t accepted most places. The gentleman here was so kind and helpful, took care of all my Covid testing needs! Very thankful I went here!

The most horrid place to get covid tested. People had to wait in line in the blazing heat, amongst coughing patients, in the hood for 1.5hrs just to get a test and they are so obviously understaffed. If you didn’t have covid already you would definitely get it waiting for this test plus a heat stroke. And apparently they don’t even give you the results properly. This place makes me hate America . This would never happen in a white neighborhood. Horrendous.

Got a COVID test on September 6th. I was told I would get results within 2 to 4 days. It has now been 10 days and counting... No result. The people answering their phones give the runaround we will call you back. They are extremely incompetent.

All people who leave a one-star review should leave it to the whole medical system but not to this place!This place is definitely underfunded, but what I see is staffs are working very hard and they really care about people, and the local community (this is a community center) I am here to give five star just to thank for all the kind work they’ve done for the public.

I forgot to mention that the workers doing the covid test dont wear a mask unless they are close to guest but than again they are working with others close to them in a small space so thats dumb

I am going to be a freshmen in highschool and will need proof that I took the COVID test. Me and my friend made the terrible choice of taking our test at this location. We were told we would recieve out results within 2-3 days, but it’s been over a week now and we still haven’t received them! My friend keeps calling and they claim that they are “busy” and will send the results later that day or next morning. “Shocker” Every single time they said that we still haven’t received the results. If we knew we would have to wait more than a week and deal with garbage customer service we wouldn’t have chose this location. The test is supposedly free, but the truth is that it’s going to cost you lots of time!

This is the worst covid testing site in LA. I was told I would have my results Monday, but no later than Tuesday. Gave them plenty of calls Tuesday to get a follow up and the lady said they would give me a call after hours… never received that call.

I dont usually write reviews because I never felt compelled to, but this is by far the most horrid place to get covid testing done. I understand that places have been compacted and overwhelmed, however. My family had not heard in regards to their covid tests for about 6 days when the said time was 3-4 days. We attempted to call in which a woman kept putting us on hold, I had the time so i figured i will stay on hold. It was 40 minutes and i had my sister call to which a rude man answers saying thats funny we have no-one on hold my father and I were both on hold for over 30 minutes, she kept explaining that we were on hold, and all he had to say was thats funny. I understand people have off days but when individuals go get covid testing and are calling for their results do not play with the liveliness of others as many people go get tested for different reasons.

Do not come here for COVID testing. They say that it opens at 8:30am -- they dont even start setting up until 9am and wont actually start testing until even later. They also dont actually give appointment times -- very inefficient and a total s*#! show.Theyre actually contributing to more spread of COVID cuz they are causing people to needlessly stand in groups and congregate for no purpose. Also, no one social distances in the line here -- lady was coughing up a storm behind me the whole time. Youre more likely to get COVID coming to get tested here.Workers do not want to be here and do not care about their job. They have a very shrug, I dont care attitude.

I started coming here for my ob appointments and at first it was good but then after a while i would get fed up. They have you waiting up to an hour and a half just to see you for less than 10 mins. My dr is very rude. I understand people have problems but dont need to take it out on others. The staff there are nice tho like the nurses

It has been an entire week since i was tested for covid here. I have not heard back from my results. Ive called multiple times. Ive left emails, i don’t understand why not one of these were returned

Horrible!!!Do not go to this placeYou can literally die before they get your calls or if they do they “can’t” give you the results.And let’s not talk of the day I went to get my testThe guy was eating and didn’t even wash his hands before taking my testHe said he needed to put gloves and a mask just bc his boss was aroundIt was raining and the place was so messy and dirty. I only took it there bc I was feeling horrible and i was on my way home.

Terrible service they set schedules and they do not attend you and change appointments, they are irresponsible and liars

They take a long time and the much that I weigh my daughter got angry because my daughter did not want to climb the scale.

Only disrespectful people work and the man who works at the reception treated me badly they have to show respect towards the patients

Since I have been in this country, this clinic has treated me like family. They are all very friendly and always treat me with great respect.
