If I could give this place a 0 I definitely would. The last 3-4 years I’ve been trying to figure out why I have abdominal pain everyday. The doctor in urgent care said it was all in my head, then he continued to proscribe me Anxiety medication. Another visit, I went to see a doctor that was Indian I believe. I was explaining to her how much pain I was in while having back pain because of my breast. She said nothing was wrong with me and I was too young to be having issues. She accused me of trying to get medication just because? The people you call to make an appointment are rude as hell and always hang up the phone. Everybody here needs to be fired.

Never have available appointments, long wait in calls , so bad service . I need to change my daughter asap .😌

This place is awful now with all the covid going on they are so slow.. They dont seem to want to their job right especially at the obgyn section. If your pregnant dont come here save your self from headaches. They also forgot to send my prenantal pills i came to the cvs and they were not able to find it.. This is beyond stressful im going to change me and my kids from this facility for good!!!

Customer Service is trash. Scheduling department is trash. I got disconnected from a call and called back and ended up with complete information than what I was given. Super frustration because it seemed like a good start to sending new. Nope going somewhere v else. I can already smell the lack of caring they give to their patients.

I called to get tested for covid and they just said I have to be registered and hung up.

Ive been going to this health care center for 5 years and Im fully satisfied with the service. The OBGYN staff is very friendly and I love their service especially from one of the nurses I belive her name is Aurora.

Been trying for more than 3 months to have a tele visit. I guess this health center is too busy to call back. I think its time to find another place. I would NEVER recommend no one to this health center!!!

The dental department is the best. Love love love being treated and seen by Dr. Salazar. He is truly one of the best doctors I have ever seen. I went to Western Dental and was told I needed about $5,000 in treatment. Went for my second opinion to my dentist Dr. Salazar and all I needed was 2 filings. Never ever will I leave again. He has been my dentist for about 8 years. Never will I change that. He has blessed hands. Thank you Dr. Salazar. ♥️

I dont know if this review will be of value to anyone today because i have not been seen at Watts healthcare since 1979 when I joined the Air Force. But I just wanted to attest to what it offered back in the day for those who didnt know. Also to say that I was glad to see that the center is still going strong. Good medical care is so important to us all.When I was a teenager the Watts health foundation (as it was called then) was further up 103rd street about two or three blocks east near David Starr Jordan high school, than it is now until it moved to the corner of 103rd and Compton Avenue, In Los Angeles.We were lucky enough to see doctors who were just as good as any who worked in private practice. As a teenager I could make my own medical appointments because my mom had younger children and it was far easier if i could walk the two or three blocks from school.They provided all medical and dental care right there in that one building. If you couldnt walk or drive to the clinic they had a van that would pick up at your curb and take you back home in a van.Had it not been for the Watts healthcare center we would not have been able to care for one of my brothers who was an epileptic and I will always think fondly of my friends who worked there. My favorite was Dr. Roland Jefferson who is a psychiatrist. who went on to write books and screen plays such as: The School on 103rd street in 1976. A major Hollywood producer is currently developing this. I recently bought it since it has gone into another copy write. It is a good read.Thank you Watts Health Care, belatedly.

I’m a patient of Dr. Ada Nwachuku at the Crenshaw Health Center. Every time I’ve gone to see her at the doctors office my time has been incredible. From follow ups to physicals etc. She makes sure all of my questions are answered, and everything that needs to be done is done on time. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ada Nwachuku to anyone who is looking for a doctor in the area.

Dr López needs to fire Perez he never does his job I called twice no answer I’m still waiting on my referral to the Endocrinologist it’s been a month next month October 17th will be 2 months

Terrible experience for physical therapy! The nurses are the worst! Theyre extremely rude and get mad when you ask a simple question. The service is quick but the bad outweighs the fast service. I would give this place zero stars because almost all the personal is rude and its noticeable they hate being here.

The directors of this facility need to do their job. Nothing in this facility is being done correctly from customer service to the actual care given by doctors. It has been this way since I was born, and I am now 22 years old. I’m tired of people giving money and opportunities to my community and not reaping the benefits that was promised to it. People are paid to make sure this facility and faculty give us the best possible care and experience. But that’s not what happens when the community walks through those doors. Something needs to be done.

My appointment was at 230 and I wasnt seen until I said something at 415. The girls here CNAS, nurses, whatever you want to call them do nothing but gossip! As the woman was asking me personal information the other girls were in there talking about tequila and shrimp cocktails. Not to mention the horrible atmosphere of the place. Hate it.

If you’re pregnant, this is not a good place for you to follow up your pregnancy with. They’re very unorganized. Mch and ob nurses are rude as hell. I would not recommend!!

Ive been a patient here for 5 years and all of the doctors have been reasonable and understanding. Especially, the dental department with Dr. Salazar. I wouldnt keep coming here if it wasnt for them. They all do a good job here!

You gotta pick a good time to go to urgent care or else you will be there for hours other then that urgent care is quick!

I love it I have both my kids here they have everything in the facility pediatric, x-rays, dentist and the laboratory!! Even the WIC everything in one place the staff and doctors are really really nice. I recently even changed here myself!! 😁😉👍😊💕

I called to make an appointment and they told me i had to request my own medical records before I could. Ive never heard of a clinic that couldnt request medical records. Just lazy and incompetent. Then told me that I needed to transfer to their office from MY doctor, that I no longer have. Mind you, this was an appointment for my newborn. Had nothing to do with my own care. Smh. Just ghetto and worthless. Dont go here.

Watts Health Ctr. Dental office is the best. I especially appreciate the courtesy and professionalism that my dentist Dr. Ernest Salazar has blessed me with. The doctor and his staff has really made me feel comfortable and appreciated for choosing their facility for all of my dental needs. Kudos to the Dental Center.

Everyone was super kind. The environment was clean and they even had complimentary juice and cookies. Waiting wasnt bad, just a little hick up when a nurse was not notified that I was next to see her. She was very apologetic and continued great services. I love it here and wouldnt want to go anywhere else. I made the right choice switching from Hubert Humphrey. This clinic is much better and not ghetto.

I came here for the very first time a few months back and I must say I was very impressed. It may not look like much from the outside, but after my appointment with the kind doctor and nurses I couldnt have asked for anything else.

WORST CLINIC EVER I HAD AN APPOINTMENT ON JUNE 17TH ON MONDAY CAUSE MY BLADDER AND KIDNEYS ARE ACTING UP, I WASNT SEEN TILL CLOSING TIME AND MY APPT WAS @2PM THEY TOOK MY URINE AROUND 5PM AND TOLD ME TO GET MY RESULTS AT THE LAB, THEY WERE CLOSED, I CAME IN THE NEXT DAY THE 18TH, TO GET MY RESULTS, THEY TELL ME I CANNOT GET MY RESULTS UNTIL NEXT MONTH AND IM IN ALOT OF PAIN I KNOW I NEED MEDICINE AND ANTIBIOTICS ASAP!!!!AND THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT SO EVER TO TELL ME ANYTHING OR GIVE ME ANYTHING, MY ONLY OPTION IS ST. FRANCIS HOSPITAL CAUSE MLK HOSPITAL IS ON THE SAME BULLCRAP AS THE WATTS HEALTH CENTER, THEY TALK ALL DAY AND GOSSIP ABOUT OTHER WORKERS NOT DOING THEIR JOB BUT THEYRE NOT DOING THEIRS EITHER. FRONT DESK AT ADULT MEDICINE THE NURSE ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE RIGHT IS VERY RUDE WITH A BAD ATTITUDE, IS NO HELP AT ALL.

Irma in the dental department has an extremely nasty attitude she honestly should not be there the greet patients she should really be evaluated seriously you come to place looking for service not attitude especially when I am paying out of pocketEdit: When getting my tooth removed, the dentist broke my tooth in half. He then reffered me to another place and he prescribed me medication. I sat through a week of pain just to be put in more pain. If you are going here for a dental appointment, do not get treatment from Dr.Harris.

Trash! I have an abscess, the doctor that saw me didnt want to to do the procedure or draining it because he doesnt like the procedure. Im on pain and I decided to walk out. My abscess is full of pus, its purple all around it and it hurts so bad. I decided to leave the facility after he told me this. Why isnt this place shut down yet? I we t because its close to my house, but screw that, Ill take my as s to MLK or st. Francis

I was debating about giving it 3 stars or 2 stars. I gave it 2 stars because of the very long wait times. I understand they attend appointments first but there were other walk ins after me and left before me. Also, the lady where we register, before actually walking down to pediatrics has an attitude. Not to mention so do the other 2 receptionists at pediatrics, they arent able to say how much longer till one is seen and have I dont know, as an answer. At other clinics, they have been able to tell me my wait time. And how many people are ahead of me. Not just a careless i dont know. At my job, we are not allowed to say I dont know, and we must try to help people as much as we can. And not just give them an attitude and say we dont know. They looked as if they did not want to do their job and were being lazy. The only thing that was much better was the nurse practitioner that attend my son. She had a nice attitude, was very informative and very helpful.

I appreciate the services provided and i wish this place much more success.

This is my childhood clinic and they treat me with respect and they have manners,the nurses are lovely they are friendly and nice and have respect with other.

Very poor service! And the staff have nasty attitudes. I went in there with a fever; did not get seen, and been in there for maybe 4 hours, with no medicine! For the fever so I just left. I will be reporting this Tuesday morning. The one on a 103rd and Compton ave.

Complete joke of a health center. Went in to get a urine sample taken and supposedly they were going to send it in to a lab for in depth analysis. I had to go through their slow bureaucratic lackadaisical departments constantly being told contradictions from one receptionist to another. Called in a week later and they finally tell me that they never sent in the lab samples in the first place and that I was supposed to go directly to another lab even though no one told me that in the first place. Im just about done with this joke of a place, I would give it zero stars if I could. Pick another primary doctor/provider away from this place folks.

The biggest problem at Watts Health Care is that they are TOO SLOW. There seems to be adequate staffing but not enough courteous care from that staff. Waiting time is extremely ridiculous especially if you have an APPOINTMENT!

The doctors and staff need to take the patients time and feelings seriously. It make no sense to have a 9:00 am appointment and not be seen at that time. The doctor comes in 20 mins late, doesnt see her first patient until 9:45 am, and gets an attitude after I complained about her taking too much time to get to her first patient. I also explained that I had to leave for work because it is now 10:15 am. I was so mad I could have spit nails when she walked off while I was still talking. I put in a complaint and will never go back.

I went to the urgent care for an eye problem only to be screamed at by the male nurse infront of others for just being there. Other than that the doctors and a female nurse were extremely nice to me .

Urgent Care is exceptable for a non emergency facility. But now when it come to calling to make an appt, you have rude MAs that answer phones with BAD communication skills.They make ur ER follow up appt a month 1/2 later. Then when you finally get to your appt you have to deal with BAD attitudes. Its sad when you go to the doctor feeling BAD and the STAFF makes you feel WORSE. This place NEEDS AN INTERNAL MAKE- OVER ASAP! Until then Im changing my provider.
