Been coming here orr three months. The bud tenders do not know the strains they sell. They sell you sticks and stems and never what you need. Been given the wrong medicine twice now. No taxes so that is the only reason why one star and not a 0

Ive been going here for about 2 months now. Usually its been great. Wonderful selection not to stemmy. The last 3 times theres either been nothing to choose from or its been all stems. Tonight I went and spend $155 on 19 grams and at least a quarter of it is stems and not little ones. This is unacceptable. I dont want to smoke stems.

Good place to get your greens, usually full of folks! I come here once in a while and never am let down, good incentives to get friends in and ftp. Parking is a little tough during 3-7 but overall decent storefront

Terrible service. Short Latina working the register made a huge deal about me not having exact change. Was being super shady towards me about the sign on the door. Y’all got 20 signs all over the wall. How am I suppose to know which one to read?! If y’all don’t want money then close down. I won’t be returning here. There’s a better shop down the street. I know they’ll take my money. Whoever hired her is not a good manager. That’s why I don’t like these illegal shops out here. They got nothing to lose.

They sold 2 fake heavy hitters carts to me and then they say they cant do refunds or anything. Stop selling fake carts full of poison with no THC in it if youre not going to do refunds or offer anything to the people that you were trying to screw over. Their prices are lower for a reason, unlicensed and illegitimate products.

Very convenient. Great prices. Friendly staff. Free dabs with 20 dollar donations. Not a real big selection to choose from. (Flower products) however, they are always fresh. Which in my opinion, quality over quantity. Recommend going here to get the most for your money.

Process getting in is okay, selection isnt always the best but theyre usually really friendly and willing to help you find exactly what youre looking for even if the selection is limited. They have a points system that allows you to get money back and its not a scam, Im already at $25.00 but I do spend a lot...lol Only thing Id like to see is a higher quality in top shelf, I wont say its trash but it can definitely use some looking at.

Ive been going to this shop for few years because the prices are solid but Ill probably be looking for a new go-to shop considering the decline of this shops storefront & organizational issues. (and I miss the free dabs)The wait times can range from bad (20 mins) to egregious (60 mins) depending on what time you go. Ive had 30 minute waits while being 1 of only 3 patients in the shop and thats wild. Long waits in a crowded lobby is not ideal considering all this covid-19 stuff.None of this is helped by the fact that theres only one cashier. After your flower has been jarred its weight, shelf tier, and your name is written on a little sheet and passed along to the cashier where you have to wait in line for a second time. A line that only accumulates when there are issues confirming youre receiving your proper order.Avoidable issues only exacerbated by fact the cannabis containers they give you are unlabeled. The shop used to faithfully write the name of the strain on the cannabis jars but theyve stopped this practice, I have no idea why. Some of the bud tenders dont take the time to let you look at the scale to confirm that youre receiving the weight you paid for which is also troubling.It can also just be hard to hear in the shop because the music can be so loud, making it difficult to order and receive recommendations.At minimum there should be a second cashier. If the main cashier has to spend 10 minutes in the bathroom then there should at least be be someone else who can take over the register for that moment. That way the lines dont get crazy. Which is ideal considering the lobby is not set up or labeled for physical distancing. Neither is the line inside the shop.The priority should be to get people in and out as fast as possible in an organized fashion. Thats hard do with the inconsistency of their buzzer system. During another visit I almost got into a fight with another customer on my way out because the lady at the front desk buzzed the incoming customer in before buzzing me out. Dude just stood face to face with me, blocked the door. He wasnt wearing a mask either. Why are they letting in people without masks in?The folding chairs in the waiting room are broken and there are constantly masses of flies whether it be day or night. If you park in their lot at night 9/10 there will be mice scampering around.ngl even with all that said, theyve got some really good prices on flower. Except when they run out of flower. Which is either a testament to how much foot traffic this store gets or its indicative an organizational issue. Probably both.This place could be a legit 5/5 stars with some minor updates.and if this kind of thing matters to you, yes the bud tenders are hot. Still leave them tips, theyre doing their best.Im just highlighting issues with organization, not individuals.

Prices are the best Ive found in town for bulk and on point and beating most other places on grams, compared to where Ive been. Quality is not as good as some places, with near to as cheap prices on the tag, but the price listed is the full price.. until you hit the dabs😉 and cash in your weekly feebie gram with minimum donation of whatever it is (pretty sure its $20, but only like 50/50 sure...😁) Anyways, for good service, with minimal west coast attitude, this is one of my faves for a go-to late night picks 😎✌️
