Always always always super friendly and helpful. I mean they’re the Chick-fil-A of dispensaries except it looks like the Apple store in there. They carry Camino, which is the best brand of edible gummies period. Also, they have many different discounts for first time customers, students, etc and daily specials as well 🥲

Always brick. Informative. They charge full taxes. $20 on $50. I go because it is close but normally bi so elsewhere. No reason to over pay for products all the time. I only paid because of convenience . Delivery from other companies is even. Less..

It was great they had what I was looking for at a reasonable price and my tender, (I wish I could remember her name) but she was very patient and helpful.

Visited on a Tuesday evening, there were two sales employees and 4 customers. I waited 20 minutes until both employees started helping the same customer. I left because I couldn’t wait in the store another 30 minutes. In the time I was there, only one customer checked out:(

Not only does Sweet Flower have a spotty/questionable selection, at least thus far, but the store is populated with people who dont know how to transact business. Everything takes three times as long as it should. If they bring the right product, youre lucky. But the worst happened to me today. I needed a pipe. They only had two, both very overpriced. In any event, I thought I was purchasing a $30 pipe and a packet of screens, for which they were going to charge me a dollar. But when I saw that the pipe was $80 I asked that the transaction be cancelled. Unfortunately, I had stashed the screens in my purse and could not find them. The person who was waiting on me demanded that I give them back and would not let me leave the store until I handed over the screens. I immediately went to a very nice, civil, dispensary nearby and bought a super nice pipe for $25.00 and the guy offered to throw in screens and gave me several packs of them. If I never go to Sweet Flower again, it will be too soon. Yes, its a pretty store, but its not worth going, either in the customer service you receive - which is zero - or the product, which is sparse and nothing to write home about.

Spacious shop. Amazing selection & prices are very reasonable. There is parking in the back and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you shop from 3-6pm you get double points on their loyalty program and they have daily discounts too. I LOVE bringing my out of town guests to show them what a sophisticated dispensary in LA looks like.

If I could I would leave 0 stars. The manager at this location told me they would do a return or exchange because I was given the wrong product for my health issues by one of the people working there. Then when I arrived they said that they would never say something like that and that no one promised to do a return or exchange. So I was basically told I’m a liar. They don’t care about their customers and have people who have no clue about CBD or the products they sell working there advising people on what to buy. What a joke of a company. If you value your time and money and being treated like a human being don’t bother coming here.

I originally first visited Sweet flower when I was still doing dispensary and strain reviews for a publication. The Melrose location is closer to me so that was the shop that I first visited. It was right after they had opened and if I remember correctly their creative director was at the shop. I told her what I do and she proceeded to schmooze me up during my visit. She self admittedly didn’t smoke weed… Which I found very interesting… But still proceeded to try and sell me many overpriced bougie products. It didn’t leave a good impression on me and the whole experience felt very disingenuous. Not to mention that their marketing seemed to be targeted towards women but when I entered the store there weren’t any emphasis on women owned brands and the shop isn’t owned by a woman either. I decided to give them another chance about a year later. I Purchased a pre-roll by Aster Farms and I totally fell in love with the brand. Unfortunately Sweet flower is the only place that this brand is available. So instead of going to the Melrose location I started going to the one in Westwood. This location seemed a little more relaxed and for some reason the pre-roll is also two dollars cheaper here. I go in about 3 to 4 times a week and most of the staff gets to know me really quickly. I’m always an easy quick and kind customer. The store hours are 9 to 10 however if you call ahead of 9am most of the time you will find that staff is already there. One day when I called ahead the person who answered the phone told me that I could place an order and pick it up anytime before 9 AM (but after 8) via curbside. So that is exactly what I did… Considering most dispensaries around me open at 9 AM I was excited about this and today I made the drive to go pick up my pre-roll before 9 AM. It was about 845 when I arrived in front of the dispensary. I called and someone who I haven’t spoken to before answered the phone. I told him I was here to pick up my order he said there’s no such thing because they aren’t open yet… I proceeded to explain that this isn’t the first time I’m doing this and that I’m a regular here. He said he would ask his manager disappeared for a few seconds and then came back and said his manager is telling me to wait till 9am ....there’s already such a little amount of redeeming qualities about this place and this was the last thing that I was holding onto. I will not be returning to Sweet flower ever again and I will not be giving them any of my money ever again. Stop going to big brand overpriced dispensaries and try your local neighborhood ones . Besides the huge price difference in products , They’ll actually treat you right and make sure to keep their loyal customers.Also forgot to add that they have tried to ‘scam’ me a couple of times at the melrose location. One time I ordered a pre-roll they didn’t have and they brought out one that was double the price without mentioning it was a different pre-roll. Another time I bought one of their charity packages that promised a $15 pre-roll as a part of it… When I got home and opened the package there was an eight dollar pre-roll in it. Again they didn’t say any of this ahead of time, if they had just been upfront about it it wouldn’t have been a big deal.
