I typically go to Smartweed but this is across the street from my apt so I decided to give them business instead. All they offer is a $1 preroll for first timers which doesnt even compare to competitors nearby. Also asking me to purchase it after spending $90 isnt exactly ideal. More of an upcharge than a reward. Javier wasnt that friendly & I rushed my purchase for feeling a bit unwanted. Everyone has bad days, so no worries! Hoping for a better experience if I decide to return. Carlos ( a different associate) was very nice & personable as he checked me out.

I was very excited to visit my first dispensary in Los Angeles. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a very welcoming and knowledgeable bud tender by the name of DiAndre. The discounts are great the staff is welcoming, inviting, and extremely professional- they really know their stuff! Normally great service. but today i walked in and was randomly approached by an employee who kept telling me to step behind the blue line. from my vantage point, i was behind the blue line. unfortunately due to impact of a car accident on my eyes, I did not step behind the blue line that was directly in front of her. She was NOT helping me nor was she providing ANY service. I suggest that in this climate where employment and customer service are commodities, you really show a little gratitude to those who patronize your establishment in sickness and in health. I will be returning when I feel comfortable. And to the other employee who provided great customer service, I wish i couldve given you more than a dollar tip. God bless. I hope the employees arent trained to say that you are getting more than they actually sell you. They said it was half an ounce for 56 dollars but it was actually a quarter of an ounce of old, dry herb. I would recommend going here if you want to feel cool but you can probably get that feeling at any other dispo. Because the customer service is pretty good, but this has shaken my confidence that they know what they are talking about.

I was denied entry with my disability apparatus Spider-Man who would not even identify himself however the security guard who knows Im allowed to use my apparatus in the store I did know. He was letting me in when a man I did not know verbally screamed at me I was not allowed to bring it in I explained to him I was and who was he he said none of my business and it didnt matter and I just wasnt allowed to bring it in I said I would report him which I will for disability violations he did not seem to care at all great job Greenhouse way to be caring about disabled people I will make sure everybody knows that you are not allowed in Greenhouse if a guy who wont identify himself but a T-shirt and Tattoos all over its supposed to give him the ability to tell everyone what to do

I recently dropped in on 07/17/20 was assisted by bud tender Rene, whom seemed very knowledgeable off the bat and quickly answered my questions about edibles and I ended up buying one that would help me relax and sleep and (Smokiez Edibles Tropical Fruit Chews 100MG THC < 2 MG CBD) turned out to work very well. The service staff tonight was so dope and came through like they always do. Waited here for over 47 minutes in line now watching them skip at least four or five people ahead of me now. they turned me away at first saying my medical rec card was not accepted. i had to go home and get my paper because they wouldnt take the card with seal on it. still waiting in line while im very stressed out because of my medical condition. i cannot understand how they would treat someone like this. their prices are too high as well and their weed is old. the kicker? when they finally let me in after 50 minutes because i asked to talk to the manager, they said there system for rec ids wasnt working. when i finally got to check out they said they had a 10% discount for thirsty thirsday or something and that it was better than my medical discount so they would give me that instead. can u believe they made me wait almost an hr to verify my med rec just to tell me i didnt need it to get a bigger discount. i went here for relief and felt very disrespected and little understanding of actual weed economy, more of a corporate front taking advantage of the current cannabis trends not carrying bout the real medical patients that actually need cannabis to survive.

Stopped in for the first time and had a great experience. I only waited for a few minutes and went right in. I like to smoke, but I’m not very knowledgeable about different strains and what works best for what symptoms/effects, etc. This is where the staff comes in. Elias is a fantastic Budtender who really knows his stuff. He was able to provide me several different options and eventually guided me towards what I was looking for without being pushy or “sales-y”. I really appreciated that.As far as price, I think their prices are pretty good compared to some other dispensaries in the area, especially considering the excellent quality of the product. Good stuff!Sometimes dispensaries can seem a little intimidating, especially if you don’t visit them very often. The whole staff, including Kershaun who rang me up and even the security guard was very friendly and welcoming. And, bonus points for Elias for explaining the mystery of the symbol on my hat! Great staff, great products, and I’ve never been disappointed when coming here. compared to other dispensary’s the price is right. Doesn’t feel like it should work that way though. The environment is classy so you would assume your paying more but you aren’t. Not in my experience.

Ive been a customer here for about a year and I have so many positive things to say about the Greenhouse Herbal Center. From their awesome inventory to the amazing staff and the knowledge they offer, to being my go-to happy place with good vibe feelings when you walk through the door. Especially, my man Elias who really came through for me AGAIN tonight because I was looking for some new products to broaden my horizons so to speak! I have no words for their flower, it was my first time there, and the budtender (really nice and cute) recommended the GreenHouse brand, I took it cause the price was good and according to him it was great quality. By far the best dispensary Ive been to! Its nothing like your typical sketchy dispensary. They try to break the stigma and make it homey for you. Very classy environment with decent prices. Very knowledgeable budtenders that break it down for you. Definitely recommend this place!

Fast and friendly, but expect hollywood prices

So I didnt get a chance to go in. I had left my ID in the hotel. I was pretty bummed out since I was visiting from Texas. But my husband went in and got us some goods. It was good, got high the whole time we were there.

When it comes to falling asleep I always thought your go to was indica. However, after trying the dabaratus 1:1 I found it to be more effective to fall asleep. I put it on my bowl or joint and feel well rested in the morning. I also tried out the district edibles and was pleasantly surprised that there’s only 3 mg of sugar per serving. It’s nice to have an edible that’s not loaded with sugar and is comparable to a can of soda.
