I have never been to this dispensary to purchase anything before tonight. I went in to exchange my Delta 9 battery before I drove downtown I called and I was told that I could replace the battery there because Delta 9 has a lifetime warranty and on their website it specifically states to return it to any dispensary that sells Delta 9 and that dispensary will exchange it. So in other words I was told that I couldnt exchange any Delta 9 that they didnt sell to me that I had to return it to the dispensary that I purchased it. I explained that my dispensary no longer carries it and will not carry it in the future. Delta 9 website States if you need to take advantage of the lifetime warranty on your Delta 9 product for an immediate replacement. So now because they didnt honor what I was told and I record all of my phone calls so I did record the lady telling me to come down there and that they would replace it. I was just happy that with the thought I was going to get my battery replaced I planned on spending at least $300 buying more vape cartridges but they screwed their selves out of that money doing bad business. And I have a life-threatening illness I have an autoimmune illness this is just very sad. And because I didnt want to give them any money for not honoring their word in the first place I purchased a pen battery from the tobacco store in their lot. And FYI to all of you that are customers there theres a dispensary right around the corner on the side where Starbucks is off Alameda and the deals are better there theres another one on Main Street theres another one called Canna Cabana way better deals way better bud and they stand by their word and their product.

This place used to be the spot but not anymore. DONT waste your time going there, they only sell in increments of 1/8ths and charge 45 an 1/8th. $360 ounces. NOT WORTH IT
