When I lived in LA this was my to go place after going to a couple other places in inglewood and not finding what I like. I found this place and stuck to it, I recently flew to LA and decided to stop here but was a little disappointed with there new employees. In the past the people who helped me were friendly and informative. Now, the dude there was trying to service me quickly and seemed like he didnt care much for the customer service part of his job. Was better back then.

I like this place, but their stock is not consistent and neither is their stock quality. They rotate brands constantly which is a double edged sword. Their store brand has more consistency and better quality than the brands they carry as well. They also really need to stop opening jars and breaking seals on just random jars. I got at least two from them that the seal was broken and I never asked them to open it.All this issues usually have me searching elsewhere for for what Im looking for or need.

This is ridiculous! I wrote a bad review because of terrible expectations set by the staff and the security working here. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again, not only was the staff rude. But then try to approach me about the situation as if I was at fault. The quality of the cannabis does not match the service. Last time I came and they were closed they should’ve had a conversation with their security because they’re clearly not on the same page. Then both the owner and staff tried to excuse the terrible service and behavior, by saying they “shouldn’t have let me in”. Only go here if there isn’t any other option. Weed’s good, service sucks!!!!

I purchased a $45 1/8 and it had seeds in it..they claimed that product I purchased was one of the best in the price range..There is no consistency in their product, sometimes they have sometimes they don’t and they won’t have for a week or so.. only reason I continued business is because they are extremely close..they act as if they take your info to rack up loyal customer points but that is a joke, I’ve spent on average $350 every seven days ( 45-50 per day) for a period of 4 months or more..high prices, terrible customer service, employee acts as if she is doing you a favor, when there should be a level of hospitality.. ( I’m putting my money in their hands) there’s always something not right. They claim they can’t open packages so you can see what your getting yet every other time I go my package is tampered with.. I’m absolutely done with this company! I support black businesses but this one, I can no longer support.. this is a prime example of how business should not be ran! I didn’t even wanna give them 1 star!

Ok normally I don’t do this but this is ridiculous service. One evening I go in there at 8:49 when they were supposed to close at 9 and they said they were “closed” but really were just tryna clock out early. Not only did they rush me and almost didn’t let me in, but they also demanded I had exact change.Next, I go in around 1 PM and the security guard says I have to wait “about” 15 minutes because there’s is LITERALLY no one there to work. This is terrible. If there were another spot closer to me, I’d definitely go there instead.

Aja is absolutely rude! This isnt my first interaction with her and Ive come to the conclusion that she does not know how to speak to people. She basically ruined my experience here. Good products but I had a better interaction at their other location with the other manager I cant remember her name but she was dark skin with braids and shes the best! Honestly that other manager is the only reason i refer people here but Im done doing that because They need to get rid of the Aja girl.I copied and pasted my review from yelp. Guy at the front took 10 minutes trying to enter my ID into the system. Asked me three times if I been there before... finally it “went through.” Went inside, made a selection... andturns out my info was never entered into the system. After all that - their credit card machine is broken. And so is the ATM. 20 minutes later I left empty handed. Also overpriced and low on stock / options compared to most other vendors.
