If I could rate lower, I would. I love that I pay for eye examines, get day contacts to try out that are unwearable after an hour, and cannot even purchase new contacts after. No returned phone calls, no helpful service while going in. Altogether, not at all helpful nor worth the money.

I had to go back to this place after waiting almost 2 weeks and not hearing a word about my glasses and contact lenses prescription refill order and also them documenting that I have single vision contact lenses when I had brought my old prescription and allowed them to make a copy of on another previous visit and after having my annual eye exam with Dr Kaminski, and him testing my vision with my old contact lenses and telling me its a good fit on my eye and being asked to try another brand and told that it is just a brand change for my astigmatism contact lenses.. then today he said having brought in my old prescription that he did not know that I had lenses for astigmatism already.. after doing an eye exam on me 2 weeks ago you would think they document and know these things?? I am just lost for words in how this place disappointed me!

I attended all my wifes eye appointments with her and was surprised by the lack of unprofessional displayed by someone that is in the medical feild providing a service. My wife had recently had an annual examination by the this individual and there was an error in her prescription. She only wanted to get it fixed so that she could obtain her proper prescription for astigmatism. Upon calling their office they tile her that she would probably need another evaluation because they were unaware of her astigmatism. Eventually they directed her to come to the office so that they may see get previous prescription from her previous doctor. Upon doing so we were treated like we were nuisance to them and that we had done something wrong. When brought back to see the doctor he didnt seem welcoming and highly condescending while he was spoken to with respect. He basically said that he wasnt aware of her astigmatism that he had stated at least 3 times upon the evaluation 2 weeks ago. Also, he stated that he was ordering exactly what the previous prescription was from the previous doctor was a year ago even when being told that he had personally said during the annual her eye sight had worsened. Its really sad to see because my wife and I are both medical personnel and would never talk to our treat a patient in this manner.

We have been coming here for years. Great staff! Dr Kaminski is fantastic. I love the kids eyewear program he offers!

Top notch office. When I first inquired about a specific type of glasses, they returned my call the NEXT morning. The optician was excellent and I really liked Dr. Kaminski and the front desk staff. I may not be able to afford to go back, however, because my vision insurance is expiring

Although I ran into an unpleasant issue with this office, Dr Kaminski, called me and resolved this issue with me to my satisfaction. Sometimes bad things happens, but when a business is willing to work with you, it leaves you will even a better opinion of the business.
