My doctor was kind and competent but for my follow up appointment, I was kept waiting for an hour and when I inquired, I was told there were 3 patients ahead of me. I had to leave without being seen to get back to work. I understand that emergencies happen but I felt that my time was disrespected. I won’t go back.

Im sure the Dr.s are great but the individual who answered the phone didnt listen. I needed a follow up appointment with an ophthalmologist, not an optometrist. I had taken the day off from work to handle this need. I called the Longmont office but they didnt have any appointments so she scheduled me at their Lafayette office. I live in Niwot. I show up to my 10:00am appointment only to discover there were no ophthalmologist in the office. I had been booked with an optometrist. So frustrating. I then had to scramble around to find someone who could see me today. Incompetence is so annoying!
