Dr Krone is not your common optometrist. In his practice, he demonstrates remarkable skills that are intertwined with compassion, patience, and humbleness. Plus, I appreciate his amazing intentionality in finding solutions for his patients. Many years ago, my friends son had major eye issues and Dr. Krone helped improve his vision tremendously; thus, the reason she highly recommended him to me. Now I have a challenging eye condition and I thank God for Dr. Krones help with finding a solution.

I have had many doctors at the Longmont clinic, all have have been wonderful! My eyes are terrible! I also have glasses, shades, and did have contacts. I never had any problems with the staff or the service. They really helped after my car accident and checked for glass and damage to my eyes. I have been with the eye care center since I was a little girl and needed them. It was a small clinic back then!

I met with Dr Noble at the Longmont location. He was clear, concise, friendly, (to both me and staff), and clearly wanted to wait and move cautiously, even going so far as to discuss things with another surgeon, before making any decisions. This is by definition how health care should feel.

It was a pleasure to see Dr. Tilton again. I always feel I am in very good hands. I told him I turned 80 about 3 weeks ago so I asked him not to.make mynext appointment not too far in the future,!

Excellent care with my two cataract surgeries. 5 stars for Dr Mansie Parikh. She is wonderful and caring ,a true professional. The optical dept not so much. Tammie, how could you sell me and send me out the door with new glasses that clearly did not fit. After 2 weeks of sliding down my nose and hanging off my face I decided to return them. After many years at ECC and four pairs of previous pairs of eyeglasses did you not bother to look at my records and fit me with proper sized frames. Hassle to return and then wait two more weeks for new pair that fit me. Worst in this is nobody takes responsibility for anything. Big disappointment. 😒

I really enjoyed my experience at Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado. I struggled a bit with some eye drops during my appointment and Tim was super nice and caring about it. He even offered to give me some water which was nice. Everyone was courteous throughout the appointment from the front desk person checking me in to the person who helped me order some trial contacts at the end. Dr. Burton was great as well and I appreciate her thoughtful disposition and explaining everything to me. I would overall recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Parikh is new for me and has taken time to explain and discuss everything, sharing pictures, details snd writing me notes. She is patient and thoughtful, considerate of my anxiety which is calming for me.

Dr. Tilton and his staff were able to get me in for an emergency appointment the same day I called. I was able to get my examination and treatment completed within less than two hours without waiting. Everyone involved was courteous, helpful and efficient. Dr. Tilton was thorough in explaining my condition and treatment, and my condition has improved completely. I am very appreciative.

Zero stars if I could. I tried making an appointment Friday as a new patient. The lady that picked up the call was the rudest person Ive ever met. Very exasperated during the entire call, lots of ughs as if I was torturing her by asking her if I could make an appointment. Lots of blunt what?! When I tried to ask a question or kindly correct her since she got some of my important info wrong. She wouldnt even look in the calendar to see if they could take me. Instead she said she would call me later after getting all my insurance and personal info. She never called me back. I dont know how people can get past her. I had an eye emergency and was still kind enough to tell her I could be seen later in the week but apparently me having an emergency and still being flexible was draining her of politely doing her job or even referring me to somewhere else since they were too busy for me. Id rather drive two hours to my old ophthalmologist- which I am- than actually see this lady or have to hear her clearly hating her job. Word of advice to whoever I talked to- customer service isnt for you, not for patient care. I have no desire to call back or see any doctors there. I imagine many future patients are lost to this center due to the rudeness of this lady. And Im sure the doctors are amazing. Its a shame.

Excellent staff and Dr. Im on a budget and miss an appointment I went on wrong date to my appointment Nad they scheduled me a week latter but my budget had been reached and out of the blue a staff member came u and gave me 20 bucks to make my appointment WOW bluew me away what a great person to do that love u guys and thank you.

Dr. Krone cares, listens and works with people. My contacts fit perfectly and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor taking care of my eyesight.

So disappointed in this place. My husband had 2 surgeries in one eye and was making payments from the deductibles. The Dr. convinced my husband to get cataract surgery on his other eye. We drove from Greeley to Longmont and they told us we had to pay the remaining balance we owed. It was only $1000. He asked if he could pay half now and then pay the rest with his next paycheck. They refused to work with us. We paid a lot to this place. Shame on them for being greedy.

The Eye Care Center is great. I have Keratoconus and Dr Krone has been helping me get comfortable lenses with crystal clear vision for years. The entire staff is very courteous. I highly reccomend Eye Care Center. Especially if you have any kind of complex issue with your vision or eyes in general.

Dr. Burton is great! She got my prescription squared away quickly and accurately. In addition to really knowing her stuff, she is able to answer any questions you might have. She also has a great sense of humor and is able to quickly put a patient at ease.Highly recommended!

Sat and waited for an hour and a half to get into my appointment. The assistants were great but Dr Meyer was AWFUL. Condescending and didn’t listen to anything I was saying. In my 51 years, the WORST patient-doctor situation I have been in. If you go to this eye care center, see anyone but him. He’s AWFUL. Feel sorry for whomever he goes home to an night, but doubtful he goes home to anyone at all since he’s such a complete jerk. I wasted my time, and now have to go to another doctor, because I got nothing out of my appointment, and left untreated

I had trouble with my vision and my prescription and Dr. Wolford went out of her way to accommodate me. She reached out and fit me in even when she was extremely busy and she really took care of me. I recommend her 100%.

Dr. Mansi Parikh, M.D. - has a great bedside manner and I believe she is quite qualified professionally. She is treating me for Glaucoma. There is no cure but she is treating it to try to slow it down as much as possible. I would recommend Dr. Mansi Parikh.

Jane Wolford is the best eye specialist - hands down amazing!

Update - After an less than cordial experience with the billing department, I was pleasantly surprised with the care and outreach from the center to correct the issue. As well as taking steps to ensure that is corrected for the future to make sure it doesnt happen to anyone else. They were very nice and professional. I was not asked to update my review or rating, but felt it was only appropriate so that way my review accurately reflects the company.

The doctors and assistants are very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. However, dealing with the red tape of this place is ridiculous. You have to wade through a telephone system that takes 5 minutes just to get someone, you cannot leave a direct message for your doctor or their assistant. Even when they have called you and ask you to call them back. An issue that would be cleared up with a 3 minute conversation is now going on 3 days. Crazy. Also, the musical chairs you play going from one area to another is insane. Especially in this COVID era. I went to about 6-7 different areas for my appointment all over the building and had to deal with 6 different people. Why? Totally inefficient and not very safe. Unfortunately, I need to see a specialist here, otherwise I would never come back.

Very disappointing experience. I called on a Tuesday to schedule a cataract appointment and got a call back Wednesday morning. I missed the call and left 3 more messages but no one ever got back to me after 3 days. Shocking that there is no one to available schedule cataract appointments - would not waste my time trying.

Dr Krone was excellent! He was polite, listened to what my concerns were and took the time to explain.He didn’t rush me out as if I was only a number, but I felt he saw me as a person. I highly recommend him.

My 13 year old needed to see a retinal specialist. She was terrified about getting her eyes dilated and all of the staff were super kind and amazingly patient with her. They comforted her through fears, and were very kind from the moment we walked in the door until we left. Thank you Dr. Kanoff and all the rest of the staff that ran her tests, checked her eyes, and checked us in.

Absolutely amazing. Dr. Benedict saved my eyesight, no question about it. I should be blind, but my last visit I was seeing 20/20. The staff is super friendly, and while wait times may be longer than some places, it is WELL worth it.

The cataract surgery was fine. The follow-up appointments, however, were atrocious. At my first follow-up, I was left waiting for over an hour with no explanation. After I left, the doctor called to apologize using an elaborate story that, if true, violated HIPAA rules. The remaining appointments were about the same, but with the doctor telling me what I was experiencing in my eyes was wrong and impossible - without even looking at my eyes.If all you want is decent surgery, this is the place. If you want great surgery, great service, and to be treated like an actual human being, go somewhere else.

So appreciate Dr. Manry. He answered all my questions and was very encouraging. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Tilton is a great surgeon, saving and reattaching my retina! He is very engaging and will to answer my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend him and the Northern Colorado Eye Center.

I saw Dr. Meyers because my eyes were usually full of tears for no emotional reason. He explained the structure of the tear ducts very clearly, and he treated me for blocked tear ducts. The procedure was successful, and I have had very little excess tearing since the visit. He prescribed at-home measures to take to prevent recurrence, which have so far been successful. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Meyers, who is friendly and personable.

I am grateful for the eye care Ive received at the Eye Care Center, in particular Dr. Benedict & the efficient medical assistants.

Took care of me and removed a small cyst from the corner of my eye. I was very nervous but he explained the procedure and what to expect afterwords. So far so good and healing well. I would recommend Dr Meyes.

Recently visited for a tiny piece of metal that was stuck in my eye. I was able to get a last minute appointment, which was great and really helped me out.Staff was very friendly and was able to get me checked in right away. Facility is large and I would imagine they could handle any eye issues onsite.I was examined by Dr. Aimee Verner, who was both professional and friendly. She was able to get all the metal out of my eye and prescribe the necessary eye drops.If you’re having eye issues and are looking for a polite and professional staff, Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado is the place. Very satisfied with my visit.

Dr. Myers removed a very persistent stye (chalazion) with a completely painless touch - a good explanation of the procedure - and the emotive practice ran on a timely schedule & felt very safe (covid-safe) & friendly, organized environment.

Robert Krone is brilliant at what he does! I had a terrible accident with my cornea that threatened my career. Thanks to Robert’s skill at optometry and creative thinking, he was able to correct my vision and change my life. I highly recommend this visionary (no pun intended)!

Beware of hidden charges!I was a new patient and made an appointment, but found a better place for less and canceled the appointment 3-days in advance of the appointment. I never signed any paperwork, filled out any paperwork, yet they took it upon themselves to charge me the for appointment that never happened. I know that this is consumer fraud. I tried to resolve the matter with them and they got nasty and told me that they have a policy. I remind them that I never agreed to this (questionable fee) verbally or in written form. I plan on taking legal action against the company if the billing continues and damages add up.

Dr. Parikh is very personalbe and seems extremely competent. Looking forward to future interactions.

Dr Sheth is professional and seems to be genuinely concerned with my eye health. For the last several years, she has been keeping a close eye on my cataracts, but has never aggressively pushed surgery. until now. I trust her opinion and have consultation for surgery scheduled.

I had previously been a long-time patient of Dr.Olijnyk (also at the Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado), but she had retired since my last visit, and I was wary of seeing someone new. Well, I got placed with Dr.Krone, and he was SO wonderful! He was patient and caring and listened and took time to explain things in a way I could understand. I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Mansi Parikh has been beyond attentive and professional with my mother and her care. She listens to all of our questions and provides the appropriate care and guidance. My mother is very happy with the office team, prompt scheduling, availability and fully trusts Dr. Parkih with her care.

I had an eye emergency and went to this place. This is the second visit for different issues in 12 years; both were bad experiences.The receptionist is rude. They did a preliminary exam, this woman was friendly and helpful, that is were the professionalism stopped.I was left to wait and wait and wait when there were hardly any patients as it was during the shutdown. I could hear the doctor and his assistant visiting in the hallway instead of taking care of his patients.The drops they had inserted had taken effect long before, they wanted to keep putting more drops in as I was having to wait so long. My eye was freakishly dilated far too long, all night long, so I think they over did it. The assistant kept trying to put more numbing drops in, I stopped her and said my eye was plenty numb.After just getting my medical records I realized how little the doctor had told me. He failed to mention I had a cataract forming (the visit was for something else). During the exam he and his assistant kept up their banter like I wasnt even in the room.My eye was extremely irritated for over a week after this visit. Youd think they would have mentioned this could happen and give me some drops to help, Im sure they have heaps of samples.So I left the same as I came in, only worse with an eye that felt like someone had taken sandpaper to it and hundreds of dollars lighter...useless place!

Ive been going to Eye Care Center Of Northern Colorado for over 6 years, I see Dr.Kanoff who explains everything with detail and helps you to understand all the procedures .

I went here for a glaucoma check and they found that I had nothing to worry about. So good news always makes me happy!The Eye Care center is the place to go for advanced eye testing and issues. Their testing capabilities are extensive. I felt well cared for.

Came to an appointment with my partner today. Was checked in by the door greeter Temps ok, he let us in. The receptionist was extremely rude. She informed us that they would be keeping our credit card on file. When I questioned her about it she did not want to discuss it and became very defensive. She also told me that it is above her pay grade to discuss or deal with this question and gave me a the business managers card. Told me to call them. Then after being in the building for 15 minutes I was told that I could not accompany my partner to the appointment. I think we all understand COVID restrictions by now but why was my temp taken in the first place and let in. FYI I have had a COVID test this week which is probably more than their employees can say.. Obviously their is a lack of common sense here. Most likely no one will read this but I wish this receptionist nothing but the best, she deserves whatever comes her way. FYI she has purple hair ????? Friday 9/4

All the doctors are well educated and care about patient care.All the staff are so nice and are very well educated and know how to do all the testing needed.

For all of you who might have been inconvenienced with a delay or a rescheduling of your appointment, I want to apologize to you. This team of doctors is the best! I have now been through at least 12 emergency retinal procedures, two emergency retinal detachments, two cataract surgeries, and two YAG procedures. I can see ONLY because of the skill and care of these physicians and their staff. I thank God every day for my sight and these caring professionals who have dropped everything many times to help me. I know that you will get the same care, because they care. You are in GREAT hands at the Eye Care Center of N CO. I am living proof.

I came into the facility last Thursday wearing my mask to be told it mask was not compliant because ithad a vent. A M95 mask is medically approved and used in hospitals and they are vented. I suppose anoffice can make their own rules.They offered me a self-made mask which did not fit me correctly, too small. I continued to wear my self-purchased mask but was reprimanded in the hallway by Rhonda, front desk personal, who stood lessthan 3 feet away, for not wearing their mask. I must follow the offices social distancing but employeescan ignore the policy while chastising me for a vent in my mask. I felt it was handled veryunprofessionally. The encounter occurred in a hallway with people overhearing. I didn’t appreciate theembarrassment it caused me. I was being responsible in wearing my mask and physical distancing anddidn’t deserve that treatment.I recommend you call this office and make sure your mask is up to their rules and regulation beforegoing in there. I appreciate the need to keep people safe, but I felt her actions were unwarranted aswell as hypocritical.

I loved my experience at the Eye Care Center. From my friendly greeting and help at the front desk by Ronda Borrego to all the different staff members that took care of me, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed through all the questioning and testing. Mike was great through all those many measurements and tests. After meeting Dr Sheff, I feel very confident as I look forward to cataract surgery. The young lady in scheduling was also very kind and helpful!

My appointment was very pleasant. Staff was great and Doctor Bob was great to meet and look forward to working with.

I got a last minute appointment to see Dr. Wolford, whom I had never seen before. The intake process was quick. Dr. Wolford was very friendly and I enjoyed working with her.

1/11/21 I received a very nice phone call from Priscilla and we had a great conversation about my experience. She listened to my concerns and was able to explain why things happened the way they did. She was able to make notes and promised to see that scheduling practices were adjusted (which was a big reason why I was made to wait for so long).I really appreciated her call. It means a great deal that she would take the time to follow up and take the feedback that will make things better in the future. AMI see so many positive reviews about this facility and I am glad that many folks have had a positive experience.Unfortunately, I was not impressed.I was referred here (Longmont office) by my eye doctor to look into the Lasik procedure. While scheduling the initial consult appointment was easy, the lack of efficiency I encountered during my appointment caused me to leave before the appointment was done. My appointment was at 1:00, I did not get called back until 1:30. After the initial exam, I waited for another 45 minutes to speak to a scheduler and had still not been called back. I had other commitments, so I left a note with the front desk and later did get a phone call with apologies.Another concern I observed with regards to timeliness was seeing an elderly gentleman brought in by a ride service and as he checked in the receptionist was very loud and quite rude about how he was very late and that she didnt know if the doctor would have time to see him.I found it a bit ironic that it felt like my time was not valuable but the receptionist proceeded to berate this gentleman for a situation that was likely out of his control.My over all impression was that the facility was not run in an efficient manner and if they have so many patients that they dont have time for me, they do not need my business.I would not recommend this facility. Sorry.

Beautiful, pleasant, nice atmosphere... especially with a great team of caring health professionals. I remained calm throughout entire process, and I love my new vision as the result of cataract surgery at the very capable hands of Dr. Joel Meyers - thank you Dr. Meyers! Hardly any discomfort. DOUBLE check your scheduled surgery time. ......2 weeks prior when I made this appointment it was for 10:15am and it was also written on the sheet by the scheduler. The day before eye surgery, for my dad, I was called to confirm an eye appointment for 11:15am. I take care of my dad and had to make sure I was available to take him at 10:15 on 9/1/20. This is a huge inconvenience for me and Caitlin/Maria couldnt give me an valid explanation on why this time changed.

There is a long wait time in between the time your eyes are tested and the time to see D.r Kanoff. I scheduled a visit due to an accident and the eye care center was able to get me in quickly. The care was excellent and i highly recommend Dr Parikh.

The receptionists, and my nurse technician were all wonderfulshort wait, got my visual field exam, waited about 5 mins, then Dr Sheths tech came out, got me. Checked pressure eyes, then took me to Dr. Sheth, who was her normal cheerful, thorough self.Whole thing took less than an hour.Good job, to all involved

This place is amazing! My son is 3 years old and wears glasses, and is currently wearing a patch. We recently moved here from Oklahoma and the last doctor he saw for his eyes steered us in the completely wrong direction and almost performed a surgery my son didn’t need. The staff at this establishment have been patient and understanding and I’m confident now that my son is being taken care of. So grateful to have found them

While the Doctors are excellent, it is the reception that needs improvement. Had a bad experience with the receptionist who was extremely rude. She seemed very jumpy and they way she talked to me was degrading. I did let her know that that was not the way to talk to people and walked away.

Saw Dr. Benedict after a request for an urgent appointment thinking I had a retinal problem. He and the staff were very thorough and reassuring. Cataracts, not retina, but the process of getting to the diagnosis was very professional and gave me confidence in next steps.
