Best dispensary in town by far. No chemicals, no shake being sold like top tier bud. They even take card for transactions under $100. The staff is very warm with the customers. I pretty much only came here because of the mixed reviews, heres how my visit went:Good. Staff was nice and the weeds pretty good, and definitely not overpriced.I got a 1/4, 1g of wax and 10 pre roll joints for like 80$.Ill be coming back!

2 years shopping here loyaly every month. always been at least 4 star. until my most recent purchase. ultimate fail on cs on $300.00 order. the longest wait time ever experienced here, bout half hour curb side. (medically exempt from masks; no entry) i was in a cab. cost me $34 instead of $20. few customers. at one point, only one on the lot for a bit. strains ordered were switched out. because nothing was said, zero opportunity was given for me to either choose an other strain or decline. this means price differences werent shown or discussed. original order willies reserve. three had been switched for terrapin. price went down only after 10% discount. order still at 300.00 .shopping terrapin was good while it lasted. Im done.

Place gets worse and worse. Bad reviews here are taking down by owner otherwise word of mouth would put this place out of business. I used to go in here all the time I was looking at the menu online and they raised a lot of the prices and removed the 10 percent automatic discount for local/loyal shoppers. I used to pay 20 for a pack a joints 18 with my discount. Now with Tax they want over 31 bucks for 5 grams of shake. I will never go in here again. 9/9/216/6/21I was in there the last four days and not once did I know what was available for purchase. No menus here. Turns out they had all my favorite strains and on sale and no one told me. Instead, they tried to sell me hard on a 5 g pack of shake of CBD Lemon G for 30 bucks. I could have bought half ounces of actual flower for 50. It drives me crazy how cheap these owners are. They hide behind Covid saying they cant have menus anymore, but there reward system is based on a community iPad that everyone uses to sign in and has never been been cleaned once in the last year and I go in several times a week. The service is so slow now. Its well over a 30 minute wait on a Friday or Saturday morning now bc people have no menu to look while waiting. People are taking forever now. And no menus to save trees is no excuse either when hemp paper is available and can be composted. If they cared about the environment there merch would be made of hemp or organic cotton and there containers would be corn based and compostable. Its weed so they can get away with be dishonest manipulative bad owners bc there grower set them up to succeed no matter what. Its a shame to see someone with a gift work for people that only care about there own experience of making money

Love the keef pax pods, the woods bud bags, and the citrdella sunrise live sugar. Bryan is a super friendly and helpful dude. I got the Pineapple Moon wax and it was too crumbly to get on my tool easily and he offered up multiple suggestions to help. The parking is a little confusing sometimes.

Not a high end store, more so middle of the road and a little pricey for the products they have. Good staff, good facility, but product quality vs cost is a little off in my opinion.

My boyfriend and I were trying to come up with some extra coins so we could make sure we had enough money to buy weed. One of their security guards came up to our car and started getting in our business. Said “He just handed you money, you can’t come inside”. We both offered to show our ID’s but the security officer refused. We both put together our money for the weed and both are of age to purchase weed also we are in a pandemic and are trying to respect people by limiting the amount of people we bring into the shop. I never really had a problem with this terrapin before except for the staff isn’t as nice as the other terrapins I’ve visited but this makes me question if I want to return.

Every time I go in to Teerapins they are always super friendly. The staff knows the products and the prices are decent this is the only place I shop.

Called and ordered a $99 ounce, they told me it would be around that amount with tax. I arrived at the store with 120 in cash, they told me it came out to 122 with tax, a full 15 dollars more than I had anticipated. I had to tap into my debit to finish the transaction, which that extra 2 dollars became 8 for no reason at all.A purchase that shouldve been around 100 dollars came out to around 130. Would not recommend if youre not rich.

We ordered 3 items for my surgery SPECIFICALLY WITH CBD FOR RECOVERY. Got home and they were ALL wrong. NO CBD in them. Called the store and they cant give me the items I NEED for the money I PAID. But they offered to sell me the correct items for a discount?! You made the mistake, NOT US. So wrong...

So me and my wife are transgender, and we were long time customers and just progressively theyve misgendered us to the point where she doesnt even want to come to the store and now they are not even honoring her veteran status. Last time we come here, I dont know why I was thinking it would be different today.Edit: The employees know us by name and should know better its not a slip of looking at the ID (mine is even changed now), they progressively treat us worse and worse at a personal level.

I wish i could love this dispensary but lately they have almost nothing in stock. It would only make sense to increase product availability if something is in high demand. These past few days terrapin has been out of everything, and anything they get goes way too quick. They are not ordering enough at all, I have had my online reservations canceled because they were out of something I ordered in advance. This used to be a great dispensary, now it is just going south. Unfortunately I’ll be finding another dispo from now on

Selection is terrible. Went today for flower and walked away empty handed yet again. This is the 3rd time I went in recent weeks and the selection was bottom shelf or half ounce bags. Used to be my go to store, now with absolutely no selection, I drive elsewhere. When walking into a weed store I expect selection, across all types of tiers. Like other shops who have several different kinds, this store doesnt. My other complaint is they play too much bass, I cant hear what is being said when they think that the bass is more important in their echoing space.

Had never been here before so I didnt know the parking lot was one-way. I pulled in backward and as soon as I started walking in I was accosted by a long haired very rude man who started yelling at me telling me that I was a bad driver and to do better next time. I was absolutely shocked that an employee would speak to me this way. I love Terrapin but will never return to this location because of this rude employee. Ponytail in the front is a VERY rude man so stay away from him.

Whether you just want CBD heavy for pain, all the way up to the best concentrates for getting super duper high and everything in between. They also have a great rewards program and amazing specials everyday. They do the right thing and will let you know about discounts while shopping to make sure you get the best price. They genuinely care about customers and know what they are talking about. They are always eager to help and I’ve never seen someone appear inconvenienced by me walking in like some other Longmont stores. Every customer I’ve seen in there is always happy both while shopping and after paying. Don’t make the mistake of going anywhere else go here first and last. They have a customer for life in me and everyone I know.

Went online and ordered sabotage tonight for $60 for 14g. When I get there to pick it up. They tell Mé the online price is wrong try to charge me 70 we go back and forth and then the take 15% off and tell me it’s 60 now. The make it 60 but won’t take my 10% discount off. Why? When someone come and purchase your products on a consistent bases you take care of them. This is why people go to other business.

They didnt fill the order correctly so I had to go in a second time. Do not recommend if you are looking for curbside pickup.

I was just there and the dont have it posted anywhere that they dont accept vertical ids. Upon entering I was told that I could not purchase or be accepted in because of my vertical id. I am over 21 and that didnt matter. They are horrible about posting policies like that and have completely tarnished their name in my eyes and ruined my first ever experience. And for that they will never be getting my business.

My favorite pot shop in the Boulder county area. I used to drive into Boulder to their shop there. I was happy to hear that they opened a Longmont store. Usually no waiting at the Longmont shop and consistent good quality along with fair prices. Nice people, quick in-and-out.

Everytime I come here theres always a happy face willing to help. Very clean store, usually not too long of a wait even though its a busy location. Only complaint I have is that the flower can sometimes be lackluster. Weve recently stopped buying it here but usually this location is my go-to for concentrates.
