My second time shopping here, ordered online both times. second time, received my text notification that my order was complete and ready for pick up. when i arrived and was escorted back, guy pulls my order and tells me, sorry, we are out of the particular strain you ordered.thats funny, how could my order then be complete and ready for pick up? i chose to pick something else. as he was filling the order, a woman comes from the back and asks him everything alright? he says yes is all good, just fine. super weird vibes.i was wondering why he called me sweetheart 32X. never going back.

The bud tender this morning was incredibly helpful not only to me and my partner (who have been to a bunch of dispensaries) and a pair in the store who had clearly never been to one before. She wasnt pretentious or dismissive and was just all around attentive and great. There is a large variety of products and the top shelf is definitely worth the extra. Totally recommend!!!

I can’t tell you how great the quality, price and customer service is… all the bud tenders I have encountered: so far Mitch, Taylor and Katie, have been extremely helpful. Unlike other dispensaries they don’t make me feel stupid for asking questions. I feel the price is WELL worth the quality. I drive here weekly (45 minutes one way) to get their product.

On my most recent visit, Sam and Katie welcomed me in with open arms. I’ve always felt welcomed by the staff here. Some people have a problem with the large jars that they keep their flower in, but I feel like it where the weed comes from is more important than where they store it. Regardless, the quality is wonderful. I’ve been going to this location for about three years. They usually have a pretty OK day selection of concentrates, and the edibles selection usually has some great brands. However, if you are looking for a place where you can get dependable flower all the time, look no further. I love the flower from this company more than any other in the state. Veritas is the only grower that I would choose over Starbuds’ premium shelf.

Best place for quality until recently. The dutche.com menu is no longer useful. I wrote an email to them and never got a reply. It doesnt list the shelf type anymore. Several purchases have been really disappointing. To be fair the service has been very good and I have in the past purchased some fantastic buds. Its the quality as of late that has been disappointing.

I have never had a bad experience at this store, the tenders are extremely knowledgable and always friendly. I literally drive past 3 other green shops on my down from Estes Park just to shop here.

This is an update!! THANK YOU ELIZABETH for fixing the problem - fingers crossed. Appreciate you reaching out so quickly. I am glad that I will continue my patronage as Im happy with the location and product!!I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. New ownership came in the fall and a new POS system and Rewards Program was just implemented in March. I no longer have my 1K reward points nor am I getting any new points since this time. I have discussed repeatedly each time I go to the dispensary and am having dialogue with Corporate with very little action or concern about the problem. Location and product is convenient to me, but another Dispensary is in my future. New team is not customer focused!

I’ve lived all over Colorado and Starbuds had become my store choice. While the selection is excellent it’s their customer service that keeps me returning. The beautiful blue haired bud tender named Kaitlin I believe has been my marijuana mentor throughout the last half decade. They have a good veteran discount and sell kief which is not easy find in all shops. I drive from Estes Park and could take my business anywhere, the reward system is pretty legit as well

Honestly I started coming here about 2 months ago. The service was okay until I had met Taylor! This kid was awesome and extremely informative I have been smoking for years and he would tell me thing I had no idea about. I came in a couple days ago to find out guys pretty much pushed him out of there and some girl was literally laughing about it. As a manager myself this put a very sour taste in my mouth 1. You pushed out most likely your best employee2. You have your own employees laughing at the misfortune of others which is gross. You lost my business.

I love this place. I know there are weed shops that are so much closer to where I live. The two reasons I visit this location are, Hanna and the customer service. The customer service is amazing. Know what you want and want a quick in and out, boom heres your stuff and have a great day. Hanna is like a Master level stoner. She knows exactly what shes selling. Not sure what you want shell be more than happy to guide you. Want something that will make you laugh harder while watching that same episode of The Office youve seen 10 times smoke this. Have to go to a lame kids birthday party eat one of these and itll be less lame. Stuff like that.

You know, they try. Just is not the same. Place is starting to remind me of green tree. Weak flower. In my opinion short-sided customer service by all the NEW employees. The employees that stuck around after the transfer still rock. Although uncertain how many actually did stick around. If your a long time buyer from StarBuds such as myself, its like night and day. I do hope they improve. Marijuana being legal shouldnt mean flipping uncured, mediocre product at a high price. I sure do hope that StarBuds name is not run into the ground. As of late thats all I see happening. I hope its just a slow start and I have to delete this review. Well see on my next visit. Hopefully its not my last.

I have worked in the industry for about 10 years and I am super picky about what I buy or recommend for others since people still ask me for my opinions, I like to keep up to date with the new new. Anyhow, I met this wonderful budtender who really knows her stuff! She is super nice and works at the Star Buds in Longmont. I go to that store even if it’s a bit farther away just to visit her. Her name is Victoria and I believe she does an exceptional job.

The flower used to be really good. In the last few visits it has been low quality and full of seeds. And now they have even cheaper packaging. Off to look for another dispensary. Sad they sold out.
