Ninja was an extremely helpful, I recognized him from another dispensary I frequent in Boulder and was super excited to see a friendly face! He helped me navigate the menu and find the strains that were perfect for me. Native roots is always a great place to shop.

The staff is always very kind and helpful. I have a med card for a brain injury so it’s not always easy to know what I need to buy and the great people that work here always are here to explain things to me (even if they have already 5 times). The crumblin herb is my go to. 100 for an oz and its always decent smoke. If youve ever wondered if there are any dispensaries with good weed, that tastes decent, then native roots is the place to check out.

Everything I got here was good quality for the price and I would give a four or five star review if they didnt try to send me home with an empty jar (the budtender left my flower in the bowl on the scale and forgot to put it in the jar) and then try to place the blame on me for opening my jar in the car in the parking lot. Why does it matter if I opened an empty jar in the parking lot??? I definitely wont be back to this location after that but there are way better locations like the stores in boulder. Maybe next time you sell someone flower you should remember to actually give it to them. Dude mustve been stoned or something...

Thanks for wasting my time Native Roots!Drove to this location from Denver, because they were the only one that had the product in stock and we’re advertising a promotional special with no stipulations. I get there and find out that the special only applies to their “in-house” products even after speaking to someone on the phone to confirm. Typical bait and switch tactics. Avoid this chain.

Best medical dispensary in town.

Being a Colorado Medical Marijuana patient.......the staff at Native Roots is so very inviting and friendly that it makes your whole experience that much greater. The strain selection is extensive in Flower as well as in Concentrate form. The prices are the best I have been able to find here in Bolulder County Colorado.....I would recommend this dispensary to everyone looking to have and walk away with, a great product: paired with a smile on everyones face. I would also like to thank the budtenders and the management staff. I just recently went to make a purchase and I was helped out by Anthony. He is very knowledgeable about the products on display as well as coming soon availabilities. The staff treats you like family and is knowledgeable. They where able to answer my questions with passion and I like that because I know theyre confident in their knowledge.

The flow and layout of this place is abysmal. I live close but go elsewhere, pricing is just okay and the bit of attitude I got when trying to see if anyone was waiting to get checked in their micro area up front. This place can also get very busy and with Covid it is a cluster to say the least. You may love it but I sure didn’t.

Diana is my absolute favorite budtender here! She always remembers me and we make jokes about both of us being from the South. She noticed when I changed my hair and she always remembers my name. Shes so sweet and very knowledgeable. Shes def a bright spot in my week when I need to come in. She should get a $5/hr raise and a new car and a medal and a pony for being Longmonts best budtender!

They have really good deals but they test usually at a lower percentage than other dispos.

On the onset I was pleased how organized and efficiently run the process was. The greeter at the door explained clearly how things were done and checked our IDs. Basically it is two rooms consisting of a waiting area and the product room. We were waiting as to not crowd the showcase room and because every person/group is assigned a Budtender. These people were a combination of guide and salesperson. No hard sales since this is a product that sells itself, but they very deftly explained what did what and made recommendations. Very friendly and helpful.

The online ordering process has improved.Original Post: Placed online order for the first time. I was quoted a half hour window. I arrived to the parking lot ten minutes into my pickup window. Since I hadn’t received a notification that it was ready I waited in my car. An hour after placing my order I decided to go in and check. The woman at the front desk was not welcoming. Come to find out my order was ready but I was not notified until after I got home.My budtender was friendly and gave great customer service.Price was fair

I bought the most disappointing oz from them today. So many stems and fan leaf. I get it’s production but honestly, to sell stem and fan leaf is robbery. I will not be buying from them again. I’ve included a picture of my bag and the stems. Really disappointing.

Awesome dispensary with great strains

I really appreciate how knowledgeable the staff at Native Roots are. They are willing to listen to you and help you find something that is right for you. I’ve honestly never been anywhere else and I highly doubt I would go anywhere else. I’ve never had a bad experience here and now with COVID I feel they’re making the necessary precautions that help me feel safe.

Best native roots in Colorado

I love this credit union. The people act like people and treat the members like human beings. Plus the young lady who sits and crochets by the front door is an absolute delight. With the Covid going on, the place is clean and their process to see a teller works. All the Tellers are so helpful and knowledgeable. I truly love this credit union. I am a member from a sister credit union from Aurora. Come to Longmont!!! The service is impeccable.

Awesome staff and incredible concentrates. Wish they would support American made Glass, but they choose to sell imports. This town has over 100 American Glass workers living and working here, most of which would love to stock your stores. Other than that, cool spot, but I cant support a business that supports imports.

The staff are absolutely wonderful! Theyre really knowledgeable and helpful and they treat you like theyve known you for years. I went to a few different dispensaries in the Longmont area but this one was by far the best.

This was my first luxury dispensary, I drove a little ways to get here due to the awesome reviews. I was not disappointed, they had a big selection of numerous THC items for Recreational. I was warmly greeted by a great budtress who had many options and contributed a lot to my decision making, we both agreed the sour tsunami was amazing (it is) and she helped me with some edibles and another guy even chimed in, very nice atmosphere, when 4:20pm came around everyone yelled happy 420 and it made my day. She hooked me up with some free stickers and everything came in a very nice bag, and engraved scentless tubes. Would highly recommend, it may not be a big store but it packs a lot of fine products.

She was efficient but still took her time to be sure I understood what I was getting and at what price. I had an awesome experience today when I came it. Diana was my bud tender and she was the best. She was very knowledgeable and really friendly. Ill be back because of her! Give that girl a raise!!

First time in and Im a little bummed. I got two grams of shatter, one is nice but the blue dream is soaked through the parchment paper and a messy, sugary consistency. Thats unacceptable, to me personally.(Edit) Native roots took full responsibility and made it right. They also have no issue with you checking the product before you leave, so I recommend that if you are picky like me.

My absolute favorite store in Longmont (and surrounding towns!) to buy that amazing herbage. As a matter of fact, I love it so much I drive from Greeley multiple times a week.Great prices (Rec AND Med). Great specials on top of that. First off Ill say Im hard to please, Im extremely picky with my flower and just normal picky with concentrates lol so the flower I got was flo #2. Alright Im going to do this like a compliment sandwich so for starters the bag appeal of this was amazing youll see in my photo that I upload, just glorious. Now it was extremely dry which honestly isnt the worst thing since I feel like not paying for the wet weight justifies any possible loss of thc in an old stash or something that was improperly cured. Which brings me to my next point that it was harsh and almost tasted of an improper cure, almost a hint of hay. The high however was phenomenal, I found myself zoning out while doing work and not even realizing how much I had done. Oof that was a big sandwich but for real Im a picky ducker. With shatter Im just focusing on the positives cause they were just that good. Pretty much what I care about with shatter is stability, can I hold it, taste, and I guess color to some extent. I got 2 strains, sour tsunami and sugar black rose, they were both 10/10s in all 3 categories I guess its worth mentioning the hit was quite smooth on but as well. All in all Ill be back because they had fair prices I hardly had to wait (20 minutes and the waiting room was so filled people were standing), and all the products I got were definitely good stuff.

One of the coolest dispensaries, and everyone was kind and very helpful. when visited on our way home during a snow storm, my boyfriend needs something to help him sleep, and JAMIE (Rockstar boss) helped us get just what we needed and a nice souvenir. great atmosphere and great products.

I have been a Medical Card Holder for two years and out of all the dispensaries id frequent fromGreeley ,Denver ,Boulder ,Aurora ,Thornton others in Longmont...ectNative Roots in Longmont is the best ive been to they have awesome Med Pricing,Pretty good Sign Up Deals. They always have what I need 89% but I also go late A LOT so that could be it haha.Any ways a lot of the people have knowledge and personality which makes the shopping experience more enjoyable.Lastly they have clothing. That I think is amazing the shirts are made of hemp so they have comfort on top of being light. The hats breathe nice as well. All in allGreat dispo 100% recommend.

Tired of being shorted on our purchases. Your prebagged Crumblin Herb and the Public House brands weigh 2 grams light. I have lost well over an ounce and spent at the very least a hundred dollars extra this past year because your bags dont weigh out. Im leaving this review because when bringing this up to your faculty and management the excuse is, its prebagged. Youre ripping off thousands of people and I hope that someone sue you for false advertising.

The worst place to go in Longmont manger is very rude(short bold guy) the bud tenders are rude and so un helpful will never step foot in this store again will be telling people to go elsewhere!!!!!!!!
