Had to have teeth pull,had no trouble and wish I known about him when I needed teeth pull before

Wish I had read the reviews before booking an appointment at this establishment. The woman they have answering the phone horribly rude. Dr. Hannon should think twice about who he hires to take care of the patients. A little customer service goes a long way. Long story short.... Ill be finding a new dentist to go to.

Dr. Hannon did a great job on a wisdom tooth, including follow-up, and was friendly and helpful. His staff was helpful and friendly as well, both in connection with the procedure and with a billing issue with my insurance.

By far the best dentist I have ever been to, but the staff is very unwelcoming and rude. I am 22 years old, and every time I go in, they talk to me like I am a child.

Dr. Hannon was wonderful!BUT, his [Office Manager] was the MOST DISRESPECTFUL, rude, and unaccommodating professional I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
