I got invisalign to correct my bite and was told I would need to have braces for 30 months due to the amount of correction that was needed. After 15 months the orthodontist told me I was done and they took my invisalgin off. Since then Ive had constant jaw pain, which I didnt have prior to getting braces. When I went in for a follow up they told me not eat apples or bagels anymore. Also, I paid over $6k for a 30 month treatment and they eventually gave me a few hundred dollars back, but only after I asked them for a refund.

Love this practice - both the dental practice and the orthodontic practice - they across the parking lot from each other! Top quality dentist Dr. Harvey and staff and top quality orthodontist Dr. Mian snd staff. Great facilities taking extreme precautions for the safety of patients due to Covid-19. I fell like I am going into an OR - all staff wear full protective gear. Don’t be afraid to go to either of these locations.

The office is nice & new, the staff is professional & polite. I had Invisalign done through them. I did have some miscommunications with their billing. It took me asking over a half dozen times to have a credit transferred from my husbands account to my own, I was repeatedly told that insurance had been processed which was not what I was referring to, to the point that they seemed agitated that I kept asking, but it was eventually settled. I unfortunately had to move prior to completing the Invisalign process the way I would’ve liked. While I’m relatively satisfied with where my teeth are at now, I have noticed that there is still some glue adhesive leftover on one of my teeth that I’ll have to get removed elsewhere. Staff turnover &/or training might be a bit of an issue as well as the techs who were installing my Invisalign each time seemed less experienced in the process (they were reading through instructions as they did it). I don’t know that I’d recommend them for Invisalign based on my experience, but my husband had other work done by them that turned out great.

This is from my 9 year old daughter who sees Dr. Allen. I would recommend Summit Family orthodontics because “they are nice and they are good when it comes to putting braces on.” As her mother I would also recommend Dr. Allen and his team. They have been great with us and we feel like Ruby is getting the best orthodontic care around. Thanks Summit Family orthodontics!

It was good and I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room for very long. The people who worked on my braces were nice. The only thing was that while I was in the chair the people would leave and I would just sit there for a while. Other than that it was good.

Super friendly staff... especially quite early in the morning. Coffee, kids area, and a big screen TV too-boot! Most importantly, I am confident in Dr. Allens expertise and knowledge to meet my dentistry needs.

This place is truly amazing! After a bad experience with our old Ortho with my sisters braces we found Summit Family and have never looked back. Summit Family is a wonderful place to get your orthodontics work done. I personally had invisalign and am very happy I choose this place to get it done. Dr. Allen and his team are incredible to work with, the staff is friendly, the facility is clean and the equipment is top of the line. At each appointment the staff was professional & was very informative about the invisalign treatment. My teeth look great and I am very happy with the result of my treatment here.I unfortunately cannot provide a 5 star review as I feel there were some things that did not line up with a 5 star rating during my experience. I was on a payment plan of 16 months and was not aware that if you finished your treatment early that the full amount was due so I was it with a $1,000 charge due to the fact that my teeth tracked very fast and I completed my treatment early. It was a pretty big shocker that I couldnt continue my payment plan considering I just got back from a 2 week vacation (goodbye money). & I will still have follow up appointments for the rest of the year and into 2020. The second reason being, I was given a sheet at the very beginning of my appointment welcoming to the office and explaining all the details of my treatment, etc. This sheet was fully detailed of all the perks id be receiving. It had a FREE electric toothbrush as one of the perks (which who couldnt use a new one of those). I was pretty excited about that but at my 2nd appointment I was told that for some reason I wasnt eligible for that FREE toothbrush (I cant recall the reason) but spending the amount of money I have at this place, I think Im pretty eligible for a free electric toothbrush.

I am a person who has put off orthodontic care for years due to my high levels of anxiety associated with dental procedures. Dr. Harvey and his assistant, Amber have been there for me every step of the way. Never have I been surprised by a procedure, nor has any procedure been performed without a full explination and appropriate modifications to address my anxiety. I am delighted to find a practice that provides treatment while remaining respectful of my needs, and robustly recomend them to all who require orthodontic treatment.

First off, I recommend this dentist to everyone. But especially those with high anxiety, fear of dental offices, bad experiences, pain, etc.I have always had very unpleasant dentist visits. Many years ago a dentist botched a root canal of mine. Because it was so badly infected I was terrified to go back, wondering what they will do to put me through agony this time, again. This wonderful place has been the easiest, fastest, kindest, down to earth, most painless, and almost enjoyable dental experience. They had me checked in the second I walked into the door. I waited maybe 3 minutes. Mind blown. That is above and beyond and everyone loves not having to sit around waiting for appointments when they showed up on time! They offer basic comforts in the waiting room, tons of great snacks and coffee, cold water. Comfortable chairs, really cozy lighting. Theres even a section for smaller children to occupy themselves. I would imagine almost all kids arent bored waiting here. -Parents dont have to be either! The procedure rooms are just as inviting. They are comfortable, sterile, and have Netflix! Who doesnt want Netflix to distract them at the dentist? Blankets, too! Being a constantly cold person this was truly one of the most wonderful mention-able things.The actual procedure. I went in there with my heart racing and anxiety through the roof. Within 10 minutes I was calm. The shots were the least of my concern. I have never felt such little discomfort from getting a needle shoved in my jaw. I totally didnt mind because I trusted the two of them. My practitioners frequently asked me how I was doing, gave me signals to use if I needed anything, which was extremely comforting and reassuring. They were over the top with their kindness. Answered all of my questions directly and obviously with astounding knowledge. Everyone in this warm place is so humorous, and thats a must for me in any situation, particularly uncomfortable ones. They were actually funny, without really even having to try. Thats an excellent quality all of them possess there. I felt close to them in a way and thats not something anyone really says about dentists. Even the receptionists were so so kind to my family. We talked for nearly half an hour and it just felt great. I could relate to my practitioners on different levels. I felt connected and I know they genuinely care. The vibe in this place is amazing. I could totally ignore that my entire right side of my face was numb! (To be honest that was the most uncomfortable part. It lasts a couple hours afterwards and it is just an odd feeling not having your brain responding to your nerves.)The dentist was very experienced and I was even granted the pleasure of being treated by the CEO. Wonderful man. I trusted him, and thats so important. They knew what they were doing, that was reassuring. He settles for only the best when it comes to taking care of YOUR mouth and getting you feeling amazing! In my opinion only the best people work there, personality wise, and in their line of work. I cant believe I almost enjoyed this. This place is for anyone. Oh, and the view is killer, right on the foothills and it is beautiful and generally very quiet and peaceful. There are places close by as well to get food and such at. Thank you! Best experience ever dont go anywhere else. You will fall in love.
