Had been seeing Dr. Butler for 25+ years. Had to see his P.A. one time and she started me on a new medication. She requested a follow up which I obliged. She then went on maternity leave so we had to reschedule the follow up. When she returned from maternity leave she promptly switched offices. I completed the follow up with her at her new office and all was well. Time for a med refill, so I call my doctor of 25+ years to get an appointment. Ive been blacklisted and am no longer welcome! Not a great way to treat a long term an loyal patient!Update: October 7th 2021,See the response below? I gave them all my contact information to the provided email address and the clinics name. That information was given the day they posted their response. I have heard NOTHING from them. Just posting this in case someone reading my first review sees The response, and thinks... Well at least their trying to make it right...Not the case.

Dr. Church is my primary doctor. I adore this clinic. They put up my mountain of questions and see me quickly when I have issues. I am confident in the care I recieved and am comfortable calling with any concerns.

I was a new patient at this clinic. Called in July to see if I could see Dr. Church as a new patient. They werent taking new patients until Oct, so I thought this must be a popular place. Asked to have a full physical done in October and the nurse said that it was up to the Dr. to determine if I could get a physical that day, which I thought was weird. On the day of the appointment, I called in the AM to ask about the physical and they said they did a new patient interview and then guaranteed that I could get a physical done. Got to the office at 9am for a 9:15 appointment. Got all initial docs done and nurse was on time at 9:15. Nurse said the Dr. would be in shortly. Well, 9:52 rolls around and no Dr., no update from the nurse, nothing. I go to find the nurse station and they proceed to tell me the Dr. is running behind and it would be at least another 15 minutes before she could see me. They were surprised I even asked where the Dr. was. I didnt have time to wait at the doctors office all morning due to work, so I told them I had to leave. I went to the front desk to explain the delays that that I had to get to work and they had the audacity to tell me that I would get charge for the appointment?! I explained that my appointment was supposed to be at 9:15 and by this point it was 10am, so therefore, I wasnt seen at my appointment time. The receptionist finally contacted billing and they were able to cancel out the appointment. I dont recommend this office or the CHI network in general. Horrible at communication and always try to get your money or your insurances money.

Love them have been mostly happy at this clinic love Dr Boulter and Dr Wilson have always meet my needs. I liked the office better before the went to the computer logging things seem to not followed up on like they did before
