Very helpful and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone. First time there and I felt like I have been their patient for a long time.

All of these places in Lincoln are the same. Bluestem Health is like a big corporation. A few examples of this are: Walmart and HyVee. They have taken over most of Lincoln. They never call you back when you leave a message as they ask and if they do, its a miracle. They bounce you from clinic to clinic, doctor to doctor. When my clinic was still private, you got right in and saw the doctor that was assigned to you. Now its Bluestem Health, nothing but unknown doctors, places to places. Try to find a private clinic. Bluestem Health is not about you, its about the money they make. Dr. Kreshel made a huge mistake by partnering with these people.

I’ve been using Kreshel’s clinic for almost 20 years. Everyone has always been helpful. If I needed a specialist they helped me get a visit. A first class clinic.

If you want to wait on hold for over 30 min just to make an appointment, this is the best place to go to!

I worked for Dr Kreshel for almost 8 years and I am very disappointed on how everything went down after Bluestem took over. This place was my second home and I would have stayed until retirement because I loved it so much. Everyone that worked for Dr Kreshel was very important to me. Each one brought something different to the table which made the place that much more enjoyable. A unique team full of love for one another and their patients. Unfortunately all good things must come to an end. 2020

We have been going there for years, I went there last month for bronchitis after calling a few times to talk to a nurse/doctor they finally got back to me. I was on the phone at 8 o’clock this morning and at 8:45 still on hold and no answers. My husband called back and talk to someone and they told him that they couldn’t help us because they haven’t seen him in a few years. Today my husband called to see if he could get a Covid test done and they sent him elsewhere because they haven’t seen him in a few years. We’ve had these people as doctors since 1992 and the way that we have been treated makes me want to find someone else to provide care for us!! Very disappointed 😞

What’s the point in having a primary care doctor, if you can never actually get in to see them? Every time I’ve tried to make an appointment I’ve been told to go to an urgent care (where my copay is $60 which is a lot higher) or was stuck on hold for over 20 minutes with no one answering. The one time I was able to get in they failed to tell me I could leave and left me waiting in a room. Don’t recommend.

Sarah is fantastic and is very knowledgeable and compassionate, Jenny is so nice and helpful. The front office is very pleasant when you check in. I live across town and would not go anywhere else. Thanks to all at the clinic.

The staffs are good but I don’t like there new System, it take while to get patients check in and get while to Doctor come to see you and if you like to make an appointment also you have to give them 4 to 5 days use to be Less and before when you really need to see by the Doctor they will get you in, in the same day

I used to really like this place before Bluestem took it over! Sarah Grady is great. We have been going here a long time. My son has went here since he was a small boy. I wastold if we didnt have insurance, they now have a sliding-fee you can use. I then took my unisured daughter there, expecting to use the sliding scale. What they did not tell me is that you have to apply for the sliding -fee scale at the location at 23rd & O Street! You also have to make an appointment to do it. I then had to shell out $90.00 for the visit!Today I called to make an appointment for my son to be seen for a problem with his jaw. It is hurting him so bad, he can barely eat. I was told since he hasnt been there for two years, he is now considered a new patient and can not be seen until January 22nd!!! What the hell? We are established patients who have been there for years. Its not like he went there once or twice and didnt go back. I now have to take him to an urgent care clinic that my insurance approved. However, my co-payment is probably going to be high. If he wouldve been able to get into his regular doctor, I wouldnt have paid anythingbecause Ive met my deductible for this year. I am livid.

Every time I call Im waiting to speak with an agent for 30+ mins and they still dont even answer. Once it hits 30 mins, I hang up and call again, just to wait for a long time.. again. with still no answer. My last appointment at this clinic, the receptionist was complaining about being at work while I and another client were waiting in the front for our appointment. That made me feel very uncomfortable for being there and its just unprofessional. I literally found a new doctors office because the front desk kept messing up my whole billing situation and would take forever to answer. Get better receptionists.

Ive been seeing Dr. Anthony Cox for almost a year now at North Lincoln Family Medical. Best doctor Ive ever had. The office staff at NLFM is top notch, they always answer the phone and are very helpful with any questions or appointments Ive needed to set up. Highly recommended

Been going here for 30+ years. First Dr. Kreshel, now Dr. Cox. I drive nearly 20 miles each way for this 5 star experience!!!!

Everyone I visit the office I get great service n the staff is nice and always smiling. The wait is that long get you in & the nurses n Doctor always listen to you n help you with any questions.

I stay with Dr.Charles Kreshel 27 years , and PA-C 27 years too.They are very nice and helpful.

Dr Kreshel has been my doctor for 16 years. Best doctor i know. Hes also my kids doctor too. I would NEVER think about changing doctors. The nurses are amazing as well. They have done a lot for me and my family.

I was told today that after the doctor reviewed my past medical history, that they wouldnt be able to provide me with the care that I am needing. I said, What care am I needing? Obviously they couldnt answer this question because they had no idea why I was seeking out their help. When I informed them that I only needed to be seen for an issue that I may or may not be having with elevated liver enzymes, they put me on hold and said theyd check again. When she came back on the line, she still stated that they cant provide me with the care that I am needing. This makes me scratch my head. Shouldnt a doctor be able to read the results of a blood work physical and then be able to tell me that they can or cant help? They never asked for a copy of the blood work, nor did they ask me any questions about what care I was seeking. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Wasnt a long wait and my doctor was very nice and knowledgeable.

My family and I have been going to NLFM forever we all see different practioners and everyone is GREAT! No other friendly, professional practice like this anywhere can compare to Dr Kreshel’s office! Keep up the great work.

Been with this Drs office over 15 years and the Office Manager /Correctional facility worker is RUDE. If they needed a pitbull at the front desk they should have purchased one. The way he talks to and handles the patients at this facility is less than professional and extremely one side. Its extremely unprofessional to yell someone medical information and billing information across the room at you causing a scene. I was taken aback by the whole situation and refused to visit this office again. Unfortunately a Good office hired a horrible, insensitive, unprofessional guard dog to run all the inner workings of the front desk. Sarah Grady is AMAZING she absolutely will be missed.

I want to update my previous review on the Bluestem clinic. The problem is being resolved.

I honestly love Dr.Kreishal and all the CMAs.. He has delivered me, siblings, and my cousins. Then my son.. We tried changing once and yes he is a bit older and not the fun type for kids but he always is great at diagnosing and the one time we did change the doctor said I had a rash and I knew myself I had chicken pox. So never again changing.

My team was very professional and caring

My family and I have been going here for 5 years and we always feel like they take the time to do everything necessary for us. Even our family who has lived in Lincoln for years changed to NLFMC.

I was seen very quickly which was great.
