No one who seems to “work” here do much of anything helpful or constructive. Every time I have come in I am welcomed with a half hearted greeting like they could care less I am there. I do not recommend this place for anyone looking for a new doctor or anyone in general. Never had a good experience here, most of the people just don’t seem to know what they are doing. Avoid this place.

Capital Medical Clinic is a great place for care. From the providers, reception, nurses and management. I have been going here for 12 years. I personally know Ashley J and Jordyn L that left the bad reviews. Not very nice ladies. Have some human decency you two. Get a job, follow directions and pay your bills. Would you let some one owe you $700 for six months. Embarrassing. The fact that your reviews are back to back is pretty obvious. Keep up the great work Capital Medical Clinic.

All doctors and staff are terrific. Ive never had a bad experience and have been going for many many years. Curious that the complaints are from people who dont want to pay their bills. They are a business, yall. They have bills to pay too... WebMD is free if thats what youre looking for.

I just wanted to express my extreme gratitude to Capital Medical Clinic in Lincoln Nebraska. I have been going there for 14 years now. I have never had insurance. My brothers work construction and unfortunately they have no insurance. Dave and Brad have worked with us compassionately and with empathy always. I set up a payment plan and try to always stick to it. If I cant pay. I just ask. Capital Medical Clinic is a all around amazing group of doctors, nurses and all staff. The girls at the front desk know me by name and are very kind. Thank you all for working during these frightening times. You are ALL heroes.

Gary Van Ert is amazing!! They have terrible HR. Dave and Brad the heads of HR are very condescending to patients and unprofessional. Calling people names and mocking them because they have an outstanding bill. They compared the electric bill not being paid to not paying the doctor bill. “If you don’t pay your electric bill they shut it off right? Well why do you think we should work any differently” said by Dave head of HR. They are not in the business to help people. All they see is dollar signs.

Are you kidding me. I call my General physician and go to their website. The only thing I see for my medical needs is a long winded one-page script about COVID. Being mid November 2020 Im sure we are all aware of the protocol when visiting public places. At this point I would like to know how I can see my doctorOne step towards socialistic Healthcare

Cant say enough great things about CMC! I doctor with Amy Agena who is absolutely the best doctor, along with her nurse! The other staff are also great! Super friendly and a great atmosphere 😁

My family will not be returning to this provider. Controlling approach , not willing to consider parental input in what course of action is best for my children. Really disappointed in the leadership. Support staff was great.

I absolutely loved Teresa Novak as my primary for years! The office staff are horrible. Dave, in the billing and Human resources was extremely rude and condescending to me. During a pandemic (and being out of work) I am terminated by Dave and called a “bad patient” due to not being able to pay my bill in full which is less than 700 dollars. When I called back after being hung up on and asked to talk to Human Resources Dave answered again acting as someone else and mocked me over the phone for being upset about losing my doctor. Completely disrespectful and childish. When I asked where his compassion was he called me delusional. I have never been treated so disgustingly by anyone in the health care field. Not sure where the compassion has gone but there isn’t much there anymore.

If i could give less than one start i would. My fiance went here for 2 month with no answers. All they did was go for covid or turn there heads in a different direction. Each time we called the got defensive. We saw another practice and by a simple blood culture test they found the answer and was admitted to the hospital within 24 hours for care. They found the problem and fixed it, instead of letting her suffer. Also their after hour call service is rude to people and hang up when asking simple questions. Will never return and have shared our story with others. Lesson learned that not all practices care about well being of individuals health.

Friendly and knowledgeable doctors and staff. Flexible appointments and can normally get in the same day if youre sick. They also respect your time and try to stay on time with appointments.

Scam medical facility, they dont even know how to splint a finger

We only met with one doctor she seemed ok. The problem is with the billing department. Make sure the codes they used for the services are correct when they bill your insurance. They messed that one up. Overall the people there don’t sound too friendly. I wouldn’t recommend. If someone there tell you that you can’t come in for a routine physical because you have a preexisting condition. That is a red flag. Say bye bye.
