Part of my healing journey includes Lincoln Acupuncture Project-I feel incredibly blessed to have access to such affordable, high quality acupuncture treatments. Cait is very knowledgeable, patient & kind. With each treatment I feel a bit closer to healing, giving me hope. The energy I feel flowing through my body while the needles are in, is both calming & energizing -refering to it as my natural pain pill & chill pill. I highly recommend everyone visit Lincoln Acupuncture Project. Whether you have issues with health, anxiety, sleep, etc.... or you just utilize it as part of your well care, it can be beneficial.

The moment I got there I felt seen and cared for by Cait. I knew I could be vulnerable and really talk about some goals/ concerns I had around a number of issues. It was a wonderful experience, very calming and restful. The model of community healing also felt new and meaningful to participate in.Plus with their sliding scale, it makes it accessible and that is a commitment to supporting community healing/ care. I can’t wait for another session, and I look forward to other ways to support this place!

I cant say enough positive things about Cait and her healing mission at Lincoln Acupuncture. This warm, kind, gentle environment is a wonderful place to go and get relief. No matter how hard I try, I cant help but relax enough that I fall asleep. If youre dealing with pain, inflammation, anxiety... You name it, go see Cate. Also, this is extremely affordable therapy on a sliding scale. Often acupuncture is a high level cost. Cate does community acupuncture (safely distanced!), its very comfortable and not at all awkward to be in the same room as others, like I was worried about.

Cait has helped myself and my husband with a number of things over the last few years. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and makes us feel welcomed and loved each time we step into LAP. She is a great resource to have in Lincoln and we are so lucky to have her here! The cost and ease of scheduling appointments is a great bonus too!

Cait always makes sure that you have a good experience every time you visit and asks thorough questions about what reasons/issues you are coming in for. I have pretty severe TMJ and a lot of stress and acupuncture has helped me with both and hopefully with more visits it will get better and better! Also, Cait is taking all the precautions when it comes to COVID-19, I never feel like Im putting myself or anyone else at risk when I go! Overall, its awesome and Im very excited to continue my visits.

Loved my first time experience here and admire their business model made accessible for those who crave holistic care but cannot afford it (sliding scale - cash or check). The small front room has tea and other hospitable things. The large room held several recliners for a community setting which is likely different for LNK. You’ll be treated kindly and doze in and out of sleep.

As a breast cancer survivor, finding Cait and acupuncture has been life changing. I wish I wouldve been introduced to it during my treatments.I finished all my treatments in July, 2017, but still suffered with lingering fatigue, as well as joint pain so intense at times it hurt to simply hold a cup of coffee. A lot of my joint pain and fatigue are a side effect from a medication I must take for ten years to help prevent a recurrence of the disease.I had heard vaguely of other survivors getting acupuncture, but I am a born skeptic so I was hesitant to go out on my own to try it. An Omaha support group offered survivors a free acupuncture session and I decided to give it a try. I am so very grateful I did. I left that session feeling virtually pain free and full of energy. Something I hadnt felt in years. I just kept saying, I feel so good. I just feel so good. That success led me to search out a local acupuncturist and that is how I found Cait. I now visit her at least once a week. My fatigue has been tremendously reduced. I used to have to rest after walking up a flight of stairs at work. Now I can run up those stairs. I used to have joint pain so extreme it would bring me to tears and make me want to stop taking the very medication that may someday save my life. I no longer have that pain. I am not totally pain free, but I feel so much better. Life is good again.I love the fact that we are treated in a group setting, that by the way is amazingly relaxing, comforting, and welcoming. Cait lets me stay as long as I wish, and I always feel comfortable enough to fall asleep with my cupcake blanket and Yoda sleep mask, and get a great nap in.On my first visit I was a bit anxious not knowing what to expect, but Cait made me feel comfortable right away, listening to my concerns, as well as explaining completely the way things worked at LAP. I will continue to receive the benefits of acupuncture from Cait, and I highly encourage anyone contemplating it to do so as well, especially fellow cancer survivors. There is relief out there!
