Dr. Watson is an excellent chiropractor! He makes spinal and body adjustments with confidence and ease. He cured my shoulder pain in just a few appointments; it had been hurting for 8 months, and I got relief immediately upon his first adjustment and accupuncture, then have been pain-free in just a few appointments. My foot was frozen for over a year and very painful: Dr. Watson adjusts it with each appointment, and I can now circle my ankle and stand on half-toe! I came to Dr Watson after being Dx with an autoimmune disease which affects my connective tissue down deep into my muscles and joints. After seeking out several medical procedures to no avail.I figured well, chiropractic and acupuncture has been around for thousands of years. I decided to go back to the basics. By making sure that the alignment of my spine is good, freeing up the nerve signals to my muscles. I have become stronger and I have felt more confident in my everyday movement. This has resulted in being able to do things I have been reserved about doing. (Going grocery shopping, or for a walk by myself) I have even referred to myself as being happy on many occasions. After flying too much, dragging a deer, and snow skiing all in a two week period, I did a number on my lower back. You all know that takes your breath away feeling, followed by the inability to sit, stand, walk, sleep, etc. I had to see a chiropractor, again..... I was referred to Dr. Watson by a good friend from work. Ive tried others and assumed this would be a standard visit that cost me tons of money with temporary results. He is a class act, has a great staff, and a wonderful office. Its a pleasure going to see them. He expressed a genuine care to get me back to health, and he did. I followed his plan for about a month and Ive never felt better. Honestly, my back feels better then before my injury. Im more than pleased and will go back when I need to, if I need to. I grew up surfing and have always gone to Chiropractors for adjustments when needed. The twists and turns a body can go through on a wipeout can knock your back out of alignment easily. Living in Nebraska, I obviously dont surf here, however, I do ride my Harley around the State to stay young.Last November, I was involved in a motorcycle accident breaking three ribs and my femur bone. Although I progressed through recovery, I did hit a plateau and had intense pain in my lower back and all through my leg. I literally could barely walk and had a lot of weakness in the leg. My back was killing me.I saw three Chiropractors and none of them could help with the pain and the healing. So A New Beginning was my last resort before I went to see a medical Doctor (I dont like medical Doctors!). Dr. Watson was professional and thorough! Hard to find nowadays. He also used cool techniques that were different, efficient, targeted, and smooth.In just over two weeks, the pain literally was gone. Literally! I had strength in my leg again and no pain in my lower back which allowed me to get back into the gym to work on strengthening the leg and back. In fact, I actually feel better now then before my accident! Weird, I know.All I can say is he is the best Chiropractor in town. I have seen Dr. Watson for about 8 months for my back (Which is much improved). On January 6, 2016 it was in to see Dr. Watson for my back adjustment and made a comment to him about my Right knee, wishing he could make my knee feel as good as my back. He asked a couple of questions about how long its been hurting and what has been done. And I told him about 3 month and I have had two shots in the knee for pain and swelling. And after a few more min. of questions and examining my Right ankle, he adjusted the right ankle and I heard a loud pop. Even before I could get my shoe on and get off the table the pain was gone and I had a warm feeling in my knee where a few min. earlier was pain. I will be seeing Dr. Watson 1st before seeing anyone else for all my joint pain. It has been nearly 2 weeks and still not pain. I rated him a five stars, but I thinks 6 would be better.

I have gone to at least 5 other chiropractors in Lincoln and Dr. Watson is by far the best one i have gone to. I have had chronic pain in my back on a regular basis until I switched to this doctor. He only adjusts whats actually needed and you get thorough and customized care at each visit. This is also the only chiropractor that Ive been to that takes walk-ins which is a life savor with my busy schedule as a mom of two and working full time. Referral through the VA and my primary care doctor for low back pain and limited movement in my neck. I have been completely satisfied with my treatments. I am on a maintenance schedule of bi- monthly appointments, but am seriously considering weekly. These treatments help me back to my normal routine.

I was having middle and upper back pain for several months, so I decided to give Dr. Watson a shot at easing the pain. I was skeptical at first, but after a few quick sessions, I was seeing results. My back is feeling much better now, and I am only coming in occasionally for maintenance visits.

I was looking for a Chiropractor because of intense lower back pain & migraines. The back pain was such that even lifting the dishwasher soap bottle was almost too much. Every time I needed to bend down I cringed and braced myself and tried to compensate by contorting other parts of my body. After just a couple weeks of adjustments, my back is so much better than I can bend without even thinking about it. Theres less pain when I sleep and less pain when I want to wear heels. :)I experience Dr. Watson as a very gentle, trustworthy, and patient man. He does a great job both with adjustments and with listening to what I have to say. I can sincerely recommend him.

Over the past several years the good doctor has helped me with pain in several places. At different times I have seen him for help with hip pain. There have been times when he treated me for neck pain, or shoulder pain, other treatments have been for mid-back or low back pain. With a few treatments he resolved the issue. He is kind and caring. On several occasions he was able to identify the source of the problem and use acupressure to relieve symptoms. He does not keep me coming if I dont need to be there!

As a veteran I was offered chiropractic care by the VA. The pain in my back and leg was not being eliminated by the prescriptions provided. I never thought much of chiropractic care but was fearful of the increasing mg of the pain meds and where it was going. I had nothing to lose. I went to Dr. Watson and met with him frequently for a couple months and now once a week. The pain is gone. I know the injuries are still there and not fixed but I believe because my pain is very minimal. I return weekly due to being very active for my condition and need re alignment if you will. I started seeing Dr. Watson about 4-5 months ago for pain in my lower back and in my legs after my Physician said I might need to see a surgeon. I wanted to see if there might be another alternative to this problem as I did not want to go through surgery. I popped into his office one day after work and after telling him my problem, he took x-rays and called me the next day to schedule an appointment to review his findings. He said he could help and he has. I wasnt sure what to expect, but I have been going twice a week and I can tell you that I am getting better every week. Thank you Dr. Watson!
