This place is a disaster! My family member called me, and told me she was on the floor. I had to call the facility to let them know she was on the floor. She was sent to the hospital because she was hurting, and once she was checked out they said she had a broken rib. Idk who is dropping the ball at this place but someone needs to find out what the root of the problem is! This place is going to be going out of business if this kind of help continues. Good luck if youre thinking of putting a family or friend in there.

Girlfriend brought home bed bugs and they didnt do anything about it. Place is dirty. All just in the last couple months my girlfriend got covid from this place and hepatitus. They didnt do anything about that either. She works there.

Dont leave ur loved ones here. Currently a loved one of mine has been there for literally 2 days and weve had issues! Last night took the last straw! Leaving our loved one sitting in feces, didnt clean her up, room smelled like feces. But we are supposed to look at these nurses on cellphones carrying on outside as heroes??? No!

Enjoy coming there a preaching the Gospel to those that attend. The seem to enjoy it when We come and Sing and Pray for them. I have to commend the Staff for the Great Work they All Do. Just keep up the Good Work. The Sign In process is a Wonderful thing, that way You can keep track of everyone who comes and goes. The whole facility smells horrible 😷 i dont know whats worse the smell or the care. I wouldnt put my worst enemy in this excuse of a nursing home. Its sad for the residents that are suffering in this place.

I came here for rehabilitation after a two week hospital stay. I could barely walk when i got here. The administration staff, nursing staff, aides, housekeeping, physical therapy and occupational therapy teams were all amazing to me. I was malnourished and the meals were very nutritional. After almost three weeks of their care and encouragement i am able to go home. Thank you Carecore.

Terrible service! Rude! Refused to help. Nurse was sitting at desk and when asked to help get the patient to the restroom said that she couldnt leave the desk and she would just have to go on her own or wait. The patient has fallen over 4 times and now has to have surgery. Keep your loved ones out of this place!

CareCore at Lima is very clean, and their staff truly care for their residents.

I am borrowing a laptop, so im not lynda. i was recently a resident for 2 weeks. my 2 stars are giving to activities occupational staff and a handful of nurses and aides you few were great and i so needed you when i was there. thank you so much. many of the staff were just mean. i am diabetic, and run low sugars ecsp. at nite. many times i was told they have no snacks or oj at nite. are u kidding me?i was once incoherent for 3hrs laying in achair in my own stool and urine. i was freezing cold shivering and i believe thats how i woke up. i was given one small cup oj. nothing else available. and told breakfast would be in a few hrs. i truly felt unsafe and uncared for. ps my clean up was cold water in the sink, thalf these rooms dont have hot water. as a fellow nurse ladies i would be ashamed, i believe your there for a paycheck and not the love of helping people when i was at my lowest andscared . please consider another job more suited to your needs and happiness because it isnt nursing.

This place is terrible..I would not ever place anyone here ... My father was treated awful and was not taken care of..besides that they lie to you about everything Tina in activities...is the worse to lie !!!!! The smell is terrible in this place
