This place is terrible. They over book and you are there forever. They kept numbing my mouth , then would go work on other patients and when they came back to work on me the shot already wore off. This happened three times.I finally just had them pull my tooth without it being numb. I was there from 10 am until 430 to get one tooth pulled and a build up for a bridge.My temporary tooth 🦷 fell out the very next day. I went to have it put back on and they made me a appointment for the next day,and an hour and a half after my appointment I still had not been called back. I was told when I asked what the problem was that they were running behind because they were training a new person. I was told the day it was done if it fell out , just come in it would take maybe 15 minutes to put back in. They quoted me a price and then when I went home and got my checkbook and came back charged a different price , and said sorry it was a mistake !! They used the chart on the computer and it was wrong 😢. While waiting I started reading reviews and this looks like a ongoing problem for this place. Also it’s been 3 days and three of my stitches have feel out in my mouth, I don’t know if that’s normal or not. I am finding a new place to finish my work and will not return to this place.

First and only visit.Went to have tooth pulled.While using dental grinder to remove remaining root, burr came out of grinder and lodged in skull. Had to drive to Webster for oral surgeon to drill a hole in skull to access sinus cavity and remove burr.All they said they could offer was a gas card to pay for 100+ miles trip to surgeon.They did refund cost of extraction and pay for surgery. Thats why rated 2 instead of 1.

Worst dental office I have ever been to. I was told by one lady that when I have my root canal done I could just add the balance on that to my current pay plan so I went ahead and got it done. When it was time to go pay the finance lady told me I have to put $1000 down in order to be able to add it to my pay plan. So two different stories from two different people. Then they proceeded to tell me if I dont pay they cannot finish my root canal and my tooth will eventually fall out. That wouldnt be a problem if I was told the right thing the first time. I was supposed to have scalings done in three different areas of my mouth and they only did one. To top it office their office is extremely busy. You get called in passed your appointment time only to sit in the dental chair for 2 more hours until you are seen by the dentist. Some of the ladys that work there are extremely rude. At one if my appointments I came out to pay and the financial lady said.... oh I guess I cant order my lunch now and rolled her eyes at me. Save yourself the trouble and dont go here.

After my grandmother’s tooth broke off recently and no one else was able to help due her being in hospice and unable to undergo anesthesia, my family is so grateful for the compassionate great care provided by the entire staff here. This is a five star practice with out of this world customer service!

This is a wonderful dentist office to go to! My 2 teenagers loved the dentist, she was pretty funny. My son normally has to have gas when getting a procedure done, but he had a cavity filled today without gas and did great. Everyone is so sweet here and makes you feel welcomed! The office is nice and clean. Staff is professional. You wont be disappointed.

HATE THIS PLACE! Don’t try to make an appointment, they will just call you and make you reschedule 100 times!!! Really like some of the employees, but the front desk and that awful call center need to be removed!!

We love Liberty Family Dental! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. (Especially Rachel!)I also like that they have an oral surgeon in house. That is very convenient. We got wisdom teeth extractions, implants, and our regular dental cleanings done here. I definitely recommend this place.

The dentist is not my favorite place to be but my visit today was very pleasant. Everyone there was very friendly and professional.

The doctor here i love! everything else about this place has been terrible for my self and my mother in law. If you plan on getting dentures, be prepared to have NO teeth for 4-5 months and not be told the procedures it takes. the tech Janay here has NO beside manner. Tori here is very amazing though as a tech and shows caring aspects towards her patients. Dani changes her story constantly. And the new girl up front also told my mother in law and my wife that when calling in a prescription walmart made my mother in law out to be a drug addict. so of course we reach out to walmart and the dentist, got the phone recordings and walmart said NO SUCH THING. oh i could continue to go on. aside from Mental distraught, Verbal abuse and neglect, Emotional distress, False information, Deciet, and pure rudeness, ill stop. Just beware! if Tori and the Doctor would move places, id still see them! i will say that!

I have been dealing with liberty family dental for about two and a half years now I have been nothing but satisfied with their customer service their front of house manager Danny is excellent Macy shes an administrative assistant she has been awesome I love the staff I just got my permanent set today and Im very satisfied with my overall experience with liberty family dental Ive referred two people to them as well as one of them being my husband excellent job

I am probably on the list for the most terrified person in the world of the dentist Ive had 3 tooth extractions and a crown done here. My first and second extractions were not fun (never is but it was terrible) the 2nd extraction the dentist that WAS there was so horrible to me and it took forever for him to extract that tooth the recovery time was horrific. I didnt go back for a year due to the fact I was terrified to go through that again.Well another abscess flared up and I had to go back. Yesterdays tooth extraction and crown went great the dentist that is there now knows what he is doing and takes care of you even while shaking and crying! Thank you sir and thank you a million to the dental assistant that was there for me through the last extraction and through this one. I will be going back soon to have more work done and Im no longer as terrified as I was. Its amazing what good it does to have a great dentist !!

We were seen right on time for our appt. The staff and Dentist was very professional and passionate. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office for their family.

I am still new to the town of Liberty,Tx. My insurance sent me to Liberty Family Dental. I went for my first visit on Tuesday Oct.6,2020 ! I WAS UNABLE, to finish up the work needed,so I STILL NEED to go back. But thats not the Dental Office fault or mine. Thats what insurance companies are good at making a mess of!! But LIBERTY FAMILY DENTAL..... yall are 5 star for my vote so far😁😎

Doctor was great. As a lot of us going to the dentist is dreadful he was great and efficient. The dental assistant was also pleasant. The whole office was pleasant. I will be going back for my dental care

I was worried about going to the dentist. My worries are no more. Dtr. Lee and her staff were amazing. Nice atmosphere and very accommodating. Dr. Lee put me completely at ease and did a great job. I will be back.

I am really sick to my stomach over my visit. I am 33wks pregnant and went in for cleaning and etc. I was quoted how much I would need to come out of pocket prior to dental work which was $242. I agreed to that. They say I could pay that out with $50 down. After being there from 230pm until after dark and having my teeth cleaned and fillings I went to pay the $50, they then explained to me my insurance is not going to cover everything and said I need $880 out of pocket with $197 down and $69/mo. I should have not signed for that, but I was tired and hurting just standing there having pelvic pain. I am very upset about this and told them if I would have known this I would not have had it done. Why wait until after I was done?

Everyone at Liberty Family Dental is professional, thoughtful and personable. I appreciate all they have done to address my dental needs.

The dentist and assistant were wonderful, however I have been unable to get a bill that matches what my insurance was charged and what I was charged. They REFUSE to resolve the issue and continue to give me the run around. I have been told I will be refunded, they will send me an accurate bill, that no one is available to help me, that they will call back, etc. They send an estimated bill that shows I was overcharged over $300 out of pocket. This has gone on for 2 months now and every time I call it starts all over. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!

After paying the whole amount owed the day of proceeder. Them telling me they discounted the bill I paid in full. Then a couple months later I start getting a bill for $69 after I already paid $799 for inadequate work. I have already went to another dentist to fix the fillings I got there.I would not recommend or will I pay their other $69 as the sign said payment due upon day of service. I paid and that’s final I should report to state about inferior work.Good day and lose my name number and address

I absolutely LOVE this place. They are ALWAYS so welcoming and nice. They always get me in a room within 10 minutes of arriving. And they do everything in their power to make sure you are as comfortable as can be. Its definitely worth my hour and a half drive!!! Veronica and Megan are beyond the best dental assistants Ive EVER experienced. And Dr. Raj is the best dentist. They make my experience so much more easier! Definitely my forever dentist!!

Very professional and friendly. I did expect to be in and out a little quicker but I was rather early for my scheduled appointment time. Everything was clean and the waiting area was comfortable. I worked on my computer while waiting to be called back. Overall it was a great experience.

I have been going to dentist at liberty family dental for almost 2 months now..i have had 5 teeth pulled and plan was to get dentures so that i could continue my Osteoporosis treatment. I have asked several times for a treatment plan and they kept blaming it on the insurance company. I have been to the dentist several times before and i always leave the first visit with a treatment plan explaining what insurance may cover and what you will be responsible for if not..Well we are 5 teeth later and my insurance will be changing next week and we (dentist office) have been dragging their feet because when there was a hold up i had to call them about i would call insurance company and its resolved in 48 hours..i went in today for pain in the site where they extracted one of the 5 teeth and they tried to say i had diabetes that was preventing me from healing and after i told them i am not diabetic my test are clear..they came back in a cut the site open to find bone fragments and i saw some drown stuff they Pulled out and if i had not asked they would not have told me..i stressed my concerns about How i was not impressed with their progress and after packing the incision with some nasty tasting stuff the doctor split with no explanation..now i must take 7 days of antibiotics high dose to clear up what they did and now when my insurance changes on the first i have to start all over again! Pooooor customer service have to go through a call center to even get to them and wait for them to call back if they do..it has been a horrible process and all they do is blame it on insurance..

The front office staff were so helpful figuring out the insurance details and then rescheduling. The hygeinist/tech Megan was AWESOME. She explained everything and made us feel so welcome. So glad I found this place for my kiddos and will be scheduling myself soon.

The staff at Liberty family dental is second to none! As of late, this is a place I often frequent as I fulfill my dental plan. Their receptionists are friendly, Summer the office manager, is on-point in answering all questions you might have and always has a warm office! Dr. Jones is a superior dentist and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable when you are in his hands. I was so nervous to have my 5 year old daughters 1st dental apt for some fillings. . But I have to say that the staff exceeded all my expectations! Dr. Roshan knew her stuff!!!! Was so polite and made my little girl feel special and comfortable ( and did amazing work with her teeth) , Ms. Megan ( the dental asst) became my daughters new bff in a matter of minutes and did excellent in explaining every bit of info to us and we felt so comfortable leaving our little girl in their hands. She is amazing with kids and does a wonderful job. To top it off Ms.Sarah at the front office made sure we had all our insurance stuff taken care if to a T and was so informative, and made everything easy. So friendly too!I thank all the staff that helped make my daughters appointment run so smoothly and I will be coming back for as long as possible in the future!!!!! Very happy we chose this place for all of our dental needs .

I had to take my 4 y/o and also my 2 1/2 y/o to the office today . The 4 year old was very nervous and had to have her first ever X-rays - they was very patient with her and made her feel so comfortable to where she was able to relax and let her get the job done... the 2 year old enjoyed the visit also

Staff were pretty nice and professional but the service was extremely slow. The office was very clean and neat. Appointment was at 12:30 and we didnt leave until after closing hours (5:30) which really delayed all my other errands I needed to get done that day.
