Dr. Jackson and all of his staff show a form of compassionate patient care unlike any other dental office. I’ve never found a practice that is more understanding and kind. Thank you for everything you do for myself and my son.

Jackson Family Dental is without a doubt the best dentist in the northland. Dr. Jackson is great, staff is friendly, office is very nice, good hours, and they use some of the latest technology including lasers for cavities and fillings (which is a much nice experience that the old fashioned drill).

The staff runs like a well-oiled machine which results in a seamless visit from checking in to checking out. Paige is an amazing dental assistant that says what she is going to do so I am prepared for whatever is coming up. Although, the dentist is not my favorite place to go as I did not have pleasant experiences as a child, I always feel calm and relaxed at Jackson Family Dental. I have been coming here for a few years now. The staff is absolutely professional and make you feel like family. My child used to be terrified of going to the dentist. My child absolutely loves the dentist now and always asks if Jesse is still his dentist otherwise he isn’t going. It warms my heart! Great staff and great dentist!!!

My son and I both got our teeth cleaned today. My son is 3 and this is the third time we have tried to get his teeth checked/cleaned. Previously he would not allow anyone to even look at his teeth. I was very pleased with how comfortable she made him with the instruments and the process.

Had my 1st laser on my teeth. I am always used to shots to numb my site but this time it was a gel to numb my gums. This was alot quicker & less pain. This i would recommend to any body to needs this

Had an absolutely amazing experience. Ive worked in the dental field, and have been to several different offices, but this one really blew me away. Its beautifully decorated, the staff is absolutely incredible, Dr. Jackson was really friendly, which I really appreciate since dental visits are usually a cause for anxiety for most. It was extremely welcoming, and I was beyond impressed with every detail of my visit.

Dr. Jackson & his staff are amazing!!! I came in for what I thought was a cavity (it was actually just a flax seed 😬) but they checked the rest of my mouth & pointed out several small issues that arent urgent and identified & fixed one cavity on the other side that couldve ended up costing me a fortune / root canal later. Not only was Dr. Jackson was super chill but his dental assistant was so laid back and sweet to me.Also, the Solea laser is the greatest thing to ever happen to dentistry! The process was quick, relatively painless (coming from someone who passes out at the slightest pain), and I was able to immediately take a phone call after the filling! No numbing & no pain after!! I never thought I would look forward to getting another filling taken care of 👍 also, it was the SAME price w/ insurance as my old dentist! I would give 10 stars if possible.

I hadn’t went to a dentist in awhile and had anxiety about starting the process again. I was referred to this dental practice by a friend at work and I thought I would give it a try. I am sure glad I did! The staff is very patient, knowledgeable, and make you feel like you are at the right place. They fixed a couple cavities up for me and I didn’t feel a thing! I would recommend them to anyone if you want a smooth process. Plus they have some amazing warm cookies.

I went in for my first teeth cleaning in a long time and they were great. They took extra steps to make sure I was comfortable during my cleaning, then showed me pictures of my teeth and the issues after. And they ended it with a great cookie and some coffee. It was as good as going to the dentist can be.

I have been going Dr. Jacksons practice since he took over Dr. Johnsons patients. Both my daughters have been to Dr. Jackson and we all appreciate his professional talent and knowledge. Also his office staff are so friendly you are treated like family. I plan on using his services permanently.

I can not say enough about the crew at Jackson Family Dental. I originally saw them on the news due to the fact that they use laser instead of a drill for fillings, so I made an appointment at their clinic, which is 45 minutes away from me (I live in KS, they are in MO). They are well worth the drive. The office is so nice and comfortable. The dentist chairs have massagers, they offer heated neck pillows, give a cookie at the end of the visit (ensuring more business lol), and the office is cozy. They pay so much attention to detail, making sure the patients are comfortable. I just had my 3rd visit yesterday, 2nd surgery. I have seen my hygienist 3 times, and she already knows me. She asked if I brought my music because she knows I hate the sounds, she remembered that instead of music, I threw on Friends, but just let it play without watching. It feels as though she is my friend, that I just see to get dental work. The doc is awesome. He makes sure I know exactly whats happening, he works quickly, and after 2 oral surgeries, I can say they do things in a way that my recovery is quick and nearly painless. I was prescribed pain meds, only had to take 1 the last round, and 2 this round. The ladies at the front already know who I am when I walk in, always greeted with smiles, and they keep the office running so smoothly. They are so organized. They even texted the next day to check up on me, and to see if I had any questions. I grew up overseas with the military. I have seen dentists in 2 different countries, and 3 different states. Hands down, best experience EVER.
