My boyfriend and myself have used this location often. The last time I went the cut was so bad it took me 2 days to fix. Since my experience I decided not to go back...however my boyfriend just tried them again. Never again for either of us. His cut is nothing that he asked for and I will have to fix it since it is as butchered as mine was. He complained, paid his bill and even tipped her...just how we roll. No ownership of her error either. Completely unhappy!!

The staff feel like a big family and the atmosphere is super inviting. They cut your hair the exact way you ask and even recommend different things to try with the style you asked for. I would recommend this place to everyone i know!

This shop has a really cool vibe and they do a great job. They play Rock music and you can tell from the photos that the music matches the theme. They do everything youd want from a Barbershop and at decent pricing! I got the works and Ill tell ya that nothing feels better than a good straight razer shave. Great place! I showed up without an appointment and only waiting maybe 5 minutes. Everyone there was super nice and the whole rock vibe is awesome. They can handle anything you want done. They actually have barbers on staff, in addition to stylists, in case you need razor work done. Ill be back for sure and Ill let them get my beard under control.

This was my second visit and I will continue to patronize this establishment because the manger Lisa is on point! She does an amazing job at what she does! Professional and takes pride in her work and those are very rare qualities these days. Thanks again and ill be back soon!

Got the only man in the bldg to cut my hair! HE WAS GREAT!!! First barber shop in thirty years with no issues, no drama, no cell phone in the middle of my razor shave of both head and face! Highly recommend this fella, Porvis!!! Took his time and did a great job! Left a twenty dollar tip to prove it! Seven other attractive barbers as well and one really cute manager doesnt hurt!

It was great. Called up and was able to find out they were open despite most barbershop in the region being closed due to covid. Drove over walked in and was in a chair within 5 minutes. Great hair cut, affordable prices. Will definitely go back

Lisa is a great stylist. She can do a variety of different cuts. The rest of the staff is very accommodating and professional and prices are very reasonable.

The barbershop has continuously gone down hill the last year and has gotten even worse since they opened there second location. I have been going here for over two years....was the best around at first but steadily declining.

Newly relocated to the Lexington area and brought my son to Lexington Barber shop. We had Justin as our barber who did an excellent job. Justin was very detailed and patient with making sure my son received the cut we wanted. There were others of all ages who came in during our visit and received the same quality and detailed haircut by the other hairstylists. Well definitely be going back for future cuts. Highly recommend!

After I met with my barber Logan she asked me in detail what I wanted. During my session with Logan she was very friendly and professional. Me and the boyfriend went and had two baller haircuts for a great price.Efficient, friendly, and professional. Neither of us left with an itchy barber rash like we have at other locations in Lexington. They have clean and sterile equipment/tools and now LBS is definitely our new go-to.You guys ROCK!Tip: bring cash so you can pay & tip in cash and avoid the very small % processing fee, it’s not a major fee but I would hate to cut into any profit for the artists. They deserve every penny!

$25 dollars to have an apprentice cut my hair. It was a regular trim, took 20 minutes and they charged me $25. Don’t come here.

Have always had the most professional and friendly experience with every visit. Clean, family owned business with an atmosphere that I believe appeals to all, no matter age or gender. Their stylists are well trained, experienced, and want to please each and every customer. If you are unhappy with your cut, color, or trim then you only need to speak to your stylist and they will do their best to satisfy you. Love this place!

No reservation system despite a place to request your barber. This can cause an excessively long if your barber happens to become free and there is a walk in waiting in front of you. The walk in should get the next free non requested barber.If I didnt have to wait 45 minutes while having 3 barbers become available in the next 10 minutes (who could have handled the walk in) this would be a 5 star review.

Miss Mary gave our son a detailed haircut per my request. She was patient and professional. The front desk said they only hire the best and she was right! All staff helped clean while there and the decor is so cool.

For sure not be back. Tried this place spur of the moment and bad idea. Check in guy said the next barber open was great at fades and beard trims. Completely wrong from the get go. Even showed her a pic but she rushed and cut how she wanted to cut it. Told me she couldnt go lower on the fade so I guess she didnt have a buzzer to clean cut the fade. Only cut the bottom of my beard and I had to ask to trim my lip and didnt even line the top of the beard to finish a cut.

This place is the absolute best for me and my family! I started going here based on the great reviews to find that they really are as good as people are saying they are. Each barber seems to cut my hair with the same amount of skill. That is great because that allows me to go in and grab whoever is available. I have never had to wait! My two boys love going here as well. We were taking them to a childrens barber and they actually seem to enjoy this place much better.

Pains for me to say this my last trip will be my last trip thier. The women who cut my hair did not do good job. Top that she charge me 25 dollars for a 20 dollar regular hair cut. Plus tip. So I drop 30 for a 12 dollar hair cut. I be going some where eles now.

Dont let the location fool you--this is a great barber shop!There were five or six people working when I arrived, which meant that there was no wait. My barber, Kim, was super friendly and was very helpful in figuring out what kind of haircut I wanted and giving her own input when I was unsure. She put a lot of work into the haircut and beard trim, including using a straight razor, and it turned out great. It was a great experience and Ill definitely come here again next time Im in town!

Had my haircut here three times, no problem. This morning I got there at 8 a.m. when they open. One barber was cutting hair, three barbers were in the back chatting, I waited for 10 full minutes then left.

Every time I go I have someone new. I went once and had a great experience, every other time has been mediocre. The cut I got today is the worst haircut Ive ever had. Asked for a fade and got shaved. There are always different barbers in there and there is no consistency.
