I have had two great experiences with Face Forward! First, a exceptionally thorough consultation with Jill that provided an in-depth analysis of my skin condition and it’s needs. Second, a Hydra Facial (plus lip and eye perk) with Amy. Weeks later my skin is still feeling and looking amazing, my products are absorbing better, and the benefits of the lip/eye perk are still evident. I’ll be back!

Growing up and playing sports did a number on my skin. I’ve always been a bit self conscious about wrinkles near my eyes and sun damage in general. I came in for a Halo laser treatment with Lucy and I am very excited to continue treatments with her. She’s super knowledgeable and friendly. My first experience at Face Forward Medical Aesthetics was great. Jill completely explained the process of how dermal fillers worked and what to expect. This was my first visit to a med spa. I had a skin damage evaluation with Jill and found it so informative. She suggested BBL treatments. Ive had two so far and couldnt be happier. My rosacea disappeared, my pore size has diminished, and my overall skin tone has never looked better. She recommended a few key products that Im loving. Everyone there was so pleasant and the spa was immaculate. I had a great experience and will definitely continue maintenance treatments twice a year as suggested.

Finally got to Face Forward for a consultation. The consult was very informative and Jill answered all my (many) questions. I decided on a BBL treatment to treat my brown spots...I am so happy with the results so far! The procedure was quick and the downtime minimal. I also got some great products to continue the repair. Face Forward has the most painless and effective laser hair removal. I had immediate results in one session, more than 4 sessions combined at a different place. The absolute best part was it being quick and completely painless! Jill is so knowledgeable about everything she provides, her office is beautiful and her staff are great! I am new to MA and heard of Jill from a neighbor, and am SO Happy I did! Being from the industry myself, I must say I was/ am very impressed with Jills clinical knowledge of aesthetics, facial anatomy, product knowledge and different procedures. Not only is Jill a gentle injector, she takes the time to explain the procedure and the product she is using. My experience at face forward was amazing! Being brand new to basically anything skin care related and jumping into Botox I was nervous to say the least. The staff is extremely educated and professional. Everything was explained to me from what to expect at the time of my appointment, to the “healing process to my results. The procedure was absolutely pain free (I literally said “oh wow” out loud). After seeing a needle I clearly expected some kind of pain, but nothing. I left with BARELY any marks that were completely invisible within 20 mins max. I even saw some results within hours. Although it’s only been one day and I was told up to two weeks for full results I am already so extremely satisfied and very excited to see what the next two weeks brings! I highly recommend face forward!!

Its been about 2 weeks since I was in to see Jill and Kerry. It was my 1st time with all of this even though I am super into skin care at home. I am very happy with both HALO treatments I received here!! I (32F) came in first for a consultation to see what I could do about my melasma (pigment discoloration) on my forehead and under my eyes. I had previously tried bleaching cream for years but that hadnt been working. Jill was very knowledgeable about what to do and gave me a detailed explanation of all of my options for someone with my skin condition. Assistant Kerry was also very helpful in answering all of my questions before/after the HALO as well as checking up to see how I was doing and if there was anything I needed. After the treatments, Jill also put me on a continuing treatment to make sure that the melasma stays under control. I am SO happy with the results and am really glad I found this gem of a place when I did.

I had the pleasure of visiting Face forward for a hydrafacial. First, the studio is cozy and chic, super laid back vibe. Hydrofacials are meant to be QUICK & super effective. As a busy mom this is what I need- however- even tho it is only 45 minutes the atmosphere and Jill made it very relaxing. I am a huge fan of medical grade products and I am loving all the new ZO & skin better products that Jill has recommended to me. Self care in one stop! Love it!

Kerry performed botox on me yesterday. I was so nervous! Easy peasy! No pain. Tiny needle. Perfect instruction. Diagnosed another skin condition that I noticed. And.... called third morning to check and see how it worked and if there was bruising. No bruising. Honestly, Im always skeptical and always nervous to try things. She was so professional and down to earth to keep you calm. I couldnt help but laugh when she was trying to make me scowl. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Will definitely do it again
