First time at flawless, Donna was very helpful and knew what to do (I’m very inexperienced with highlights). They make you feel right at home and like your part of the family, and very HILARIOUS! They have a returning customer.See you later steel magnolias!

Okay so Emily was fantastic, I called and she got my daughter in right away for cut and color looks great!! Also she cut my grandsons hair which is a very very hard job. He hates getting it cut. Emily was super patient and so kind she did everything she could possibly do to ensure he was happy! She went above and beyond.

I have been a customer at Flawless for 10 years and not once have I EVER heard of an incident like Bobbie Skies described because 1) Donna has the experience that makes mistakes like that super unlikely and 2) Donna would NEVER let someone walk out of her shop without fixing something like that if it did occur. One of her greatest skills is fixing the mistake that other hair stylist make. I cannot count how many times I have been at the shop when the phone rings with an upset woman calling to explain what has happened to her hair. Donna calmly listens, explains what the possibilities are to fix it or to deal with the issue until a fix can be done and generally tells the lady to come on over as soon as she can. No matter how booked she is, the upset woman is treated with great kindness and tenderness, making the bad situation better.And yes, we all do hear about her whole life, no filter. But thats part of the fun of going to Flawless! I go as much for the floor show as for the magnificent beauty treatments. There is never a dull moment as I sit to let my color set and there is always three or four other clients in various stages of beautification adding to the hilarity.And yes, there is space for tattoos and boutique items. But again, that only adds to the atmosphere of fun and excitement. I go in every six weeks religiously and it is never the same place twice. I love the refreshing creativity Donna expresses in her surroundings -- it is just who she is!Flawless is not just the name of the shop but a mind set, a mantra, a vision Donna holds for everyone that walks into her salon. This place! THIS place! Oh, the many wonderful things I could say! I can have the worst day ever...walk in like a grouch...and by the time I leave, I forgot what had me down. This is not the place to walk in uptight and unsociable, because these girls dont meet a stranger! You are just as important, and loved exactly the same, as the next person. And I havent even talked about products, hair and nails yet! These girls use top of the line products, are creative beyond measure, and make you leave feeling the best about yourself! Ummm...my best thoughts ...well...it would be color and nails! They just simply are unbeatable in nail art and foil color! Flawless...IS...FLAWLESS! 😘

I have a three year old son that love going to Donnas to get his hair cut.He want let nobody else touch his hair. Her and her staff are every sweet and makes me and my family feel comfortable and like we are part of there family at flawless

Just dont!!! Not even sure if this should be classified as a salon, a retail store, a tattoo shop, tanning salon, hard to tell. But if you are looking for a place to get a tan, a tattoo, do a little shopping, maybe have a drink and oh yea, have your hair damaged by an incompetent stylist, who spends more time filling you in on the personal details of her life and striving to be the center of attention than whether she has clearly over processed your hair and then tried to cover it up and send you own your way only after she has charged you full price.

***Update***I was just writing about my terrible anxiety and how happy The Flawless ladies make me.That negative post about Donna breaks my heart. Flawless is the 1 thing I look forward to all week. Being pampered is part of it, but the friendship is what keeps me coming back. Heck, Ive even made friends with other customers. Everyone is friendly and i promise its like Donna opening her home to everyone who walks in the door. Sherry and Donna have become extended family. My elderly Mother has had some health issues this year and they treat her like a Queen, going out of the way at every turn to make her comfortable. She is genuinely happier on Friday afternoon than any other time. The negativity struck a nerve.====================================I have been a client of Donnas for going on 2 years. I went there the first time to get my nails done, then she started doing my hair, and then my Mothers hair and nails. Donna and Sherry make everyone who walks in the door feel like family. I read through these reviews and find the bad one very hard to believe. She is a Redken trained colorist, and a very good one at that. In the last year and a half my color has changed every couple months from brown, red, blonde, and even purple and blue. My hair is healthier now than it has been in years despite all the color. If you are looking for a stylist/colorist, I highly recommend you give her a try. If you have ever thought about wishing you had a hair salon like Steel Magnolias, this is the atmosphere at Flawless. You will truly feel like family there and if you come most any Friday afternoon, you will find me there.

Went there with my daughter with no appt. My daughter had been in yhe hospital for 8 days. Her hair was in very bad shape. After beong turned diwn by other salons in my area, these ladies took very good care of my daughter and even gave her an awesome cute haircut. The ladies are awesome!!!
